They dont put any meat on their subs at this wawa in the morning and they made it wrong! So my Advice Go to a different wawa if you want to a sub.

I went to pickup an order. They totally ignore the pickup station . I waited like 30 mins just for pickup that should have been ready when I got there. There wasnt anything that needed to be cooked either . It was just premade. Stuff. I worked the food business for years. You cant just ignore the customer just cause your busy. Gotta be able multitask.

I have always purchased food from wawa in several locations in Pennsylvania and Maryland. My go to sandwich was always a BLT. I got one just today and it was the worst I ever had. Barely any bacon, and the way they wrapped it had the bottom slice of bread bent so everything fell out all over the place. Worst sandwich ever.

Half of the workers that were cooking the food had their noses hanging out of their masks. I totally understand that wearing a mask for extended periods of time must be uncomfortable, but It’s super unsanitary during a pandemic. My partner and I have been vomiting and have had other signs of illness since we ate food from this location last night. Could be unrelated but we don’t get sick often. I’d stay away from here, or only purchase pre-packaged food.

For the last couple of trips to Wawa my order has been made the way the person making it want to. I order chicken salad, tomatoes, pickles, onion, lettuce and horseradish sauce. Again no tomatoes no horseradish. Why am I ordering on the computer if you gonna make it how you want with missing ingredients. That need to stop I want what I paid for.

Hair nets, beard guards and hand washing should be more of a standard at this location. I ordered a shorti blt it had 3 pieces of bacon and missing toppings, after I asked for employee to their change gloves after touching face constantly.

We love this location, great staff. Especially Evan! He makes us feel welcome every time we come and always makes it more than just a Wawa Run. We love seeing Evan whenever we go in.

Waited for my food order for over 15 min. Nobody asked me anything the whole time I waited and nobody announced my order as being ready. When I finally managed to get one of the counter people to acknoweledge me the woman I spoke with and another female employee got snotty with me and said it had been ready. That they didnt see me standing right in front of the counter, and that it hadnt been 15 min. This happened at 9 A.M. 6/2/20

They limit the amount of logic cartridges to 3 a day and its becoming annoying, I used to buy a weeks worth at a time and now I have to waste time and gas to go every day. No other chain stores have such limitations and its very inconvenient. If I find another store that sell the cartridges I will stop going to Wawa. They dont limit the amount of cigarettes a person can buy so why are they limiting this. Im trying to quit smoking cigarettes and they arent making it any easier. Is very frustrating. I dont understand their reasons.

I go there mainly in the mornings and the staff is awesome. The ladies are all so nice, friendly and very helpful. If you become a regular they address you by name and know your regular order....just love it! I would go out of my way to go to this Wawa just for the great service. Also love the Wawa App....thanks for adding the ordering to the app. So if Im running late I just order when I leave my house, get there, pay and presto order ready so I can be on my way.

My experience there was good overall but one night at the deli a guy was preparing my sandwich and sneezed over my food on top of that his underwear was showing and his work shirt tucked in his underwear from the back I didnt get the sandwich and he had the nerve to try to argue so if you go to Wawa this particular Wawa watch who makes your sandwich

Employee Dustin was fantastic when making my sub! He saw it was veggie and asked if I was a vegetarian so he could wipe off the counter before making it to make sure it wasnt contaminated. Awesome sandwich and fantastic customer service.

730 in the morning. One working cashier, and the line was to the back of the store. Apparently customer service is not a high priority.8 in the morning. Only two cashiers. Both lines go to the back of the store. Customer service has not improved. If you know that there will be high volume, bring in extra people for a couple of hours. Your business will increase if you show the customers that there time matters.

I am not happy about doing this but contacting store location (GlenBurnie 7124 Ritchie HWY) This is the store from Hell - they will make your salad or sandwich the way they like - I even once received a sandwich without meat. This is not the location to be the standard - in Tampa, Florida went to the same WAWA for 3 years 3 to 5 times a week NEVER wrong / mistake in my order- same for the location at College Park for 4 years never mistake. Six months frequenting this location it is 3 out 5 orders not made correctly - HQ Corporate WAWA wake up!!!! If zero stars were an option would do it, they do not care.Quality Control of food products at this location is zero. I run a government Contracting Business with 72 employees I now put my WAWA stories in emails

Manager is absolutely horrible!!! I had three different people come up to me and ask if I was okay because they saw how she treated to me and no, I did not provoke her behavior. I only asked to get gas and she acted like I was lower than the dirt beneath her shoes. I was of course crying in my car because of her treatment and her refusing to serve me. If I could I would give her a negative star.

Love Wawa subs and the gas is always cheaper here plus free air for your tires always a plus

I ordered broccoli and cheddar soup and they gave me potato. They need to hire people who can read to run the foodline because obviously none of them working there can. Their potato soup sucks ass.

Love Love Love WaWas frozen coffee drinks, better than Starbucks in my opinion. Both my husband and I also love their hot food, subs and quesadillas are terrific! Out of town ppl always make fun of the stores name when they see it for the 1st time, until they eat the food then they too love Wawa! Everyone in our family loves wawa!

I was in this wawa with my mom and we spent like almost and hour in here waiting for food! The cooks Brandi and Phillip were slow as hell and there were so many people complaining and yelling. When we finally got our food the bread was stale!
