Love going to this Glen Burnie location. It is conveniently next to Lowe’s and in between lots of other shipping. Yet despite busy location, it is seldom crammed full with lines. Cashiers are always polite to customers and pharmacy service efficient. Outside, there is gas for sale, a drive through, plenty of parking, in front and even more in back facing the storage place. Lines, if ever long get emptied quickly, and the location is so convenient as it is near Lowe’s and behind the Best Buy and HOME mall.

The pharmacy manager refused a medication to be filled. The strict laws allowed it, the doctor allowed it, the insurance company allowed it, but she said its the pharmacist discretion. Trying to have patience, she is a professional. I explained about my sisters surgery, part of her stomach and intestines was removed and reattached and her bowel. She still refused, I explained that her regular Walgreens was out of this medication and sent me there. She said that all Walgreens works and agrees on this. I explained I just came from there, her record is at your fingertips. She lied to me, it was then I realized she was not a professional and left. I listen to my sister cry out in pain for 2 days.

Rick and Jake gave me exceptional service. First time walking into this walgreens just cause I was over at the gym across the road. Definitely coming back in here. Solid job gents. Made my picture printing very easy and just cause if how I was treated I ended up getting my vitamins there while I waited. Thanks gents.

This Pharmacy is ALWAYS packed there is NEVER enough staff, the pharmacy NEVER has the medication you require or they have half of it, they NEVER call you to tell you when your scrip is ready, they gave my 3 yr old son the wrong medication didnt find out till it was too late, they CONSTANTLY have trouble answering the phones and communicating with your dr office, im changing pharmacies

Good friendly curbside service. Renovation near main road here is questionable of road safety as for driving into this walgreens.

Been going there for a year, and always had a good experience. Nicole, a pharmacy employee, was extremely rude and facetious and abrasive. She was sarcastic with me from the very beginning. After I left, another customer approached me and said Nicole had been rude to someone else before I arrived. Will be using a different store going forward.

Went for a COVID test, without insurance, and we were told its $150 for a self administered exam.Went to another pharmacy for the actual vaccine, which was free, and asked about the tests and was told its still paid by the government.

Rude employees and not the least bit helpful. Switched up pharmacies and it couldn’t be any easier!

I walked in here to drop off a package for Fedex. I walked up to the fedex drop off counter and said hello how are you doing to Amanda... she didn’t acknowledge me but proceeded to carry bags out of the store to a customer for pick-up I am assuming. She returned took the package and said do I want to add my number or email; didnt specify what for or anything. I said my number. I have yet to receive a text, so I asked for a receipt. In a snarky tone, she says, thats why I asked for your number, to return to attitude, I said to her she should specify that next time. Listen, I get it maybe your having a bad day, but don’t let the customer know.

On hold for over an hour what is going on here?

Im here. Been at the photo counter for at least 15 minutes. An employee knows we are here. There is more than one person in line. No one has come to help. This is ridiculous 😒.

The photo album we ordered turned out just beautiful - thank you. We will be returning. We also appreciated the excellent customer service.

Considering the high number of customers (especially the pharmacy) the service is quite good. The majority of the delays I have seen at the pharmacy are people not being prepared when they arrive. Thank you for a job well done!

Go to literally any other Walgreens location because the pharmacy at this location is AWFUL! Drive thru pharmacy lines always have at least 4 cars in line, and you’re lucky if you get your prescription in under 25-30 mins - after you’ve already been told it’s ready for pick up. I’ve written a complaint about this specific issue, was contacted by the store manager, and nothing has changed. I’ll be switching my prescription to another pharmacy ASAP.

Very good experience came there today around 3:30 and jasmine helped me find everything i needed she was so professional i wouldve told the manager but i was in a rush but will visit here again

The pharmacy portion of this Walgreens is the worst I’ve ever been to. Literally to the point i feel they are pranking me. What’s the point of preordering refills online if they never refill it. Then it takes over 40 minutes when i get there!? I placed the refill 3 days ago...

I have been getting my prescriptions from this Walgreens for a few years.They are outstanding and professional at every level all the way up to and including the Pharmacist. I have been coming to this store for over 15 years. Over the last year or two, store has rapidly declined in customer service, appearance and cleanliness...drive thru pharmacy always down, credit card machines never work, bathrooms are always out of supplies and disgusting! Revolving door of employees in the pharmacy....maybe should work on improving existing stores before taking over Rite Aid!!

Don’t ever go to this pharmacy again. They can’t keep employees always a long wait. They have pharmacist who don’t care if you have been a patient over 10 years. They choose to over ride any pain prescriptions from your doctors. They know nothing of my history. I would have appreciated that instead of deleting a RX from ER. I waited 7 hours in ER and when I dropped off RX. They called ER and had it deleted . They can’t do business when you don’t care about people in pain.

Terrible pharmacy. 20+ minutes on hold and had to hang up so who knows how long until they answered. The wait in line is just as bad. Pharmacy techs look like they aren’t trained well (I sometimes wonder if they are even certified pharmacy techs). Seem to always be short staffed. Very disorganized and not efficient to say the least. So extremely frustrating.

I do not fill my prescriptions there and never will be. My child’s medication is $170 there vs Walmart for $63 . But I shop for random things all the time since I live close by. Vitamins,milk, candy, holiday cards, tampons etc. It’s clean nice little store. However it’s getting crowded in the evenings and only 1 cashier is working at all times. So it’s annoying to wait. I never had a bad experience there . But again ,I do not use their overpriced pharmacy.

Drive thru pharmacy is friendly and quick. They can probably do a better job of telling customers to go inside if they have a million questions though.

The pharmacy is horrible. I was picking up a refill and the tech told me 10 minutes. I go up to the counter and it’s not ready. Her reason was because they we were closing soon and they had a lot of orders. If that was the case then why would she tell me the wrong pick up time. Inexcusable and very unprofessional!

Almost always has my medications in stock when almost every other place does not. Quick wait to fill time.

This Labcorp is far worse than usual, very disorganized, same story two different days. Even though I had made appointments in advance.

I went in yesterday to purchase hair dye the ethic hair and was told by the manage they dont carry any...no Dark n Lovely, Cream of Nature or any other of that type of products. Its sad, disappointing and says a lot about this store.

I have been coming here for years. They have a hard time distinguishing between my husband and I and our insurances. We are different people with different insurance and birth days, but they don’t see to figure that out. If I call a prescription through the phone, they can seem to fill it. I am getting ready to find a. Online pharmacy since they are not customer friendly and continue to make mistakes and waste my time.

Its easier to go downtown and get drugs from an illigal dealer, than to get your prescriptions from this pharmacy with your perscription from a doctor at a hospital... dont go here ever. Please go out of business so the pharmacist who refused to answer a simple question about whether or not they have something before i drive 30 minutes to get there has to find a new job hopefully cleaning bathrooms at McDonalds its a woman pharmacist, fire her please.

Seriously disappointing and disgusting! The pharmacist did not check the phone for s called in prescription, the nurse told me she would call and try to get someone on the line so I informed the pharmacy tech and she let the phone ring. Had to take my daughter to the restroom and it looked like it had been cleaned for who know how long! Dirt everywhere and chunks of dirt/hunk in the diaper changing station. Looking at the floor in the actual store, you could tell that cleanliness is not a top priority. The place looks like it hasn’t been swept or vacuumed in weeks.I return to the pharmacy and the pharmacist hangs up the phone from listening to her voicemails (that they’re supposed to check every hour) and says she’s got it. The tech told me it would take 30-45 mins to fill. Mind you at this point I have been there for almost 30 mins.Just upset that my infant son needs his meds and they didn’t check their phone and I had to again get a longer wait time for their inconvenience.

Every single time I come to this pharmacy there is always at least a 25 minute wait with cars wrapped around the building. The people that work here are extremely unhelpful and have no manners. They are all young adults without a clue of what they’re doing

Went there to pick up two prescriptions, was handed the bags get home and find out only one prescription was filled.called back left on hold forever only to be told that my Doctor would have to get it cleared with the insurance company. Been going here for years and its usually fine, but our daughter has autism and twice now on a Friday they needed doctor authorization to fill a new medication and dropped the ball. I call them to let them know they need to call the doctor before the office closes so she doesnt go without medication over the weekend and they say ok. No call to the doctor like they were supposed to do.... The doctor is the one the prescribed it, so why the need for authorization anyway?I call to let them know I am dissatisfied that they didnt follow through and I get a robotic response I understand, sir. No, you dont understand, I called you so you didnt drop the ball and you didnt care enough to follow through so my daughter had to suffer through the entire weekend without medication.
