Deann was great. She took the time to adjust my hearing aids on a Saturday afternoon when she could have gone home! She did a great job of re programing my hearing aids. I would highly recommend her.

I had been to three hearing aid centers in Georgetown, Texas recently. You often hear companies say they are interested in you as a patient but seldom do you really experienced it. Today was different. I found NewSound to be passionate about improving my life by correctly diagnosing my particular hearing problem. They have a small camera to let you see why you have difficulty hearing. No other hearing aid center I have visited has such a high level of people who are experts in the field of Audiology. Tom Gillespie and Deann Reinshuttle took the time necessary to correctly diagnose my problem and then informed me that a hearing aid may not be the best solution for my impaired hearing. Other hearing aid centers wanted to immediately put me into a hearing aid. I knew there was something more to my hearing loss issue. The terrific staff at NewSound in Georgetown isolated the problem and directed me to the medical treatment specialist I needed to correct the immediate problem.When it is time for me to be fitted with a hearing aid, Ill go back to NewSound where the latest technology and best staff reside!
