Carlos the technician in Georgetown Texas has allowed me to hear again. Due to staff shortage he drives from Loredo (4 hours) every 2 weeks to serve the Georgetown office. I so wish he would be transferred here. Many seniors need his kindness and knowledge.

I had a good exam. He was very thorough and attentive to details. He made a discovery that two of my channels had identical settings and made changes to improve wind attenuation, which will help in outdoor activities.

Back some years ago my wife had significant hearing loss and my Dad who past away in 2006 had some Beltone hearing aides. My wife and I took the hearing aides to Beltone and the life time warranty and service contract was transferred over to my wife because she was married to me. We both could not believe this Blessing that we had just received from Beltone for the simple reason that hearing aides are not cheap. To make a long story short over the next few years of maintenance and adjustments on the hearing aides free of charge, they soon became out dated and since my wife is a preschool teacher they gave us a source of an organization that helps people that cant afford hearing aides. I had no idea that they were so expensive.The organization furnished the hearing aides at no cost to us, and Beltone has taken care of us since then and we have never received bill. With that being said I highly recommend using the Beltone company for any and all needs concerning hearing loss. They are truly a company that stands behind their product.

I have been going to Beltone in Austin for a while. Im am so glad I scheduled my appointment in Georgetown. The receptionist was great! And Stacia was awesome! I cantRemember the last time I actually enjoyed going to an exam. It was a pleasure!

Beltone didnt give me a speech recognition evaluation, which is VERY important and you dont get a print out of your hearing evaluation. Went to Costco for a free hearing and speech evaluation (for Costco members) and received a print out from the test results. The audiologist told me the I needed Bicros hearing aids, my right ear hearing is next to nothing, hear something but cant distinguish whats said, they dont carry Bicros was told to get in contact with my audiologist, which is BS&W, I did and they can set me up with Bicros hearing aids, there economy package starts at $2400. Shop around, this test at Costco saved me, Beltone would has given me the wrong hearing aids and I would have been very disappointed with those aids and would be out a lot of $$$$$.... The Georgetown Beltone location is amazing because of the staff! They have 2 amazing people Nick is the Hearing Aid specialist and he takes great care of my dad. Melissa has been there for a while and she is amazing. So if you have to get hearing aids this is the place they take great care of you. Amazing customer service and Hearing AIDS.

While on vacation in Texas I realized I had left my beltone amaze hearing aid charger back home in Illinois!!! So I found an office in Georgetown Texas and Kylie sold me a new one and saved my vacation! She was very friendly and helpful and let me stay at her office to quick charge the hearing aids and then charge them one at a time in my car via USB connector. I appreciate Kylie so much shes the best!! Thanks again Kylie
