Ashley Richburg is a very competent Audiologist and delightful to work with! She helped me from start to finish to upgrade from old hearing aids purchased 5 years ago to new hearing aids with better technology! I highly recommend her especially to fellow residents of Sun City!

Ive been wearing hearing aids since 2003 and have bought hearing aids in different places. I would highly recommend Hill Country Audiology, mainly because of the no pressure, but very informative education of the new technology of the hearing aids. Dr. Ashley Richburg was so good at explaining the advances in the technology and suggesting a good brand for me. The office is friendly and great at staying in touch.

Marla and Leslie has taken great care of me with every visit. They are very friendly and easy to get along with and they are very professional in their jobs. I’ve never had one thing go wrong with my any of my visits. I love this place and recommend it to anyone.

I found out 2 weeks before the end of the year that my insurance benefits had changed and would now pay for hearing aids! After talking to a couple different places that either couldnt get me in or couldnt file in time, Dr. Richburg and Dr. Pennell both worked with me to get me the industrys best hearing aids for my needs. They were able to fit me in around the holidays and filed with insurance before the end of the year. They took time to explain the new app, the new features, and to make sure I was comfortable with the new pair. They both are very professional, courteous, personable and knowledgeable. And lets not forget Leslie at the front desk! Amazing staff, amazing care, amazing experience. I will definitely return for mine and my familys hearing needs. As well as recommend everyone check them out!

I was very apprehensive about having to wear hearing aids, but Dr. Pennell quickly put my fears to rest. The office and staff are very friendly, professional and perfectly fit my needs, I could not have picked a better place. I highly recommend Hill Country Audiology!

HCA came highly recommended by a friend of my wife, and I am so pleased I followed up. Ashley Richburg, Au.D., CCC-A, is my audiologist and consultant. She quickly picked up on my frustrations with my hearing aids at the time, gave me a full audiological assessment, and together we identified a couple of hearing aid models. I had done my own research as well before deciding to upgrade my hearing aids, and the model Ashley recommended was the model I was most impressed with and ended up buying. Dr. Richburg impressed me with her concern and interest in my hearing loss and her commitment to improving my quality of life.
