Visiting mother-in-laws hearing aid went out during her visit. Called 6 other hearing centers (2 additional were out of business) all of which required a scheduled visit 3 - 6 weeks out. Veteran Friendly!!!!! We were told by the VA that they wouldnt be able to fix my husbands hearing aides until JULY! 4 months from now???!! So I decided to try Trusted Hearing Center. Phillip said we could come in right away and that he would look at the hearing aides. He replaced a part and cleaned them with specialized tech. When he brought them back out my husband tried them on and he said they worked better than ever. Best of all he didnt charge us a dime! They also offer a veteran program at Trusted Hearing Center in which they clean and service your hearing aides every three months free of charge! No long drive to the VA, no long wait on the phone to get an appointment and were freed from the bueracracy!! I cant recommend them enough! Phillip and his team at Trusted Hearing Center are amazing!! I recently purchased a set of Unitron hearing aids a couple of weeks ago. These are excellent hearing aids and they are rechargeable. I went on a trip and I forgot the charger. While we were driving to College Station, my wife called Phillip and they were able to send me another charger that arrived at our hotel the next day! Phillip saved our vacation! It is hard to find this level of service after the sale...

Phillip Zamora has been absolutely wonderful about working with me and allowing me to try many DIFFERENT hearing aids. I have avoided any group of more than about 8 people for several years now because in noisy situations I have had so much difficulty understanding the person I WANTED to hear. I am wearing the new Signia AX DEMO aids right now and they are making a huge difference. I attended a pot luck dinner party just after getting them and deliberately sat in the middle of a table of 10 - 12 people. By FOCUSING the area the aids were picking up on, I could understand anyone I was facing!!!!I am still learning. They are not perfect, but NO hearing aid will be perfect!! I just wanted to share my experience with Trusted Hearing Center!Before having great performing hearing aids I had began pulling myself out of conversations in groups because I couldnt hear well enough to follow a conversation!Phillip at Trusted Hearing Center walked me thru a series of Audiologists hearing tests which outlined my loss of hearing frequencies.He started me off with a pair that should have fit the bill by the tests results but I still couldnt hear the best.Phillip then let me try some upgraded hearing aids which were perfect.My world has brighten for the better as I now am getting back to wanting to be with people but also have the best sounding music and clear phone calls thru my tiny hearing aids.To say the least Im stoked about my new fortunes to have great hearing!

As my hearing continued to deteriorate and technology advanced, I was on a 3rd set of hearing aids since about 2007, all from Costco. However, the last pair never really met my expectations of sound quality or usability. All my previous hearing aids were Resound and having read they had some new promising technology. While I had investigated other independent hearing dealers in the past, paying over twice the price of Costco simply seemed unreasonable, but I made a decision that I needed the best and latest tech available, so I put in a search for a resound dealer close by, and Trusted Hearing popped up. So, I made an appointment with Phillip Zamora and am really happy I did. After a full work up and a hearing test, we talked about my options. I told Phillip what I had read about Resound. He said that he had those aids, but recommended another brand that he believed would produce better sound quality and the convenience that I was looking far. And boy was he right! He put me in a pair of Unitron Moxi ( which I had never heard of) top of the line technology. and even with the TV remote transmitter, they were less than Costco. Ive worn hearing aids for 20 years. It was time to get new ones and I tried the box store. They were too hard to get into see and took too long have the aids tweaked. After some research I tried Hear It All in Liberty Hill, TX, 12701 TX 29 Suite 3. One of my criteria was price of course, but most important I wanted customer service. I found both a reasonable price and folks that were mainly concerned with customer satisfaction. I have returned several times to have the settings changed and could get an appointment within a day.

I have worn hearing aids for over thirty years. The pair of Unitron hearing aids that I recently bought has all the new bells and whistles. Phillip Zamora of Hear It All in Liberty Hill has done an amazing job of helping me to navigate all of these new features. Together, Phillip and I have programmed my hearing aids so that they fit my needs perfectly. Rings and conversation are streamed from my Android phone directly to my hearing aids. A TV connector allows TV audio to stream directly also,and allows volume changing and muting with the push of a button. The short drive from my home in Sun City, Georgetown is well worth taking to get great hearing aids at a great price, and the friendly personal service is unmatched.
