Mason and Cain at Floor King quite literally saved our move! Four days before we were scheduled to move into our new home we found out that the carpet throughout the home was so soiled that even the steam cleaning company recommended replacing it. That news sent me into a hopeless frenzy of calling every flooring company in Austin asking if anyone could pull off a miracle and replace a house full of carpet within 3 days. These guys came to the rescue in a BIG way! As soon as I got off the phone with Cain he made some calls to see if he could find an installer available this week which somehow he did. He immediately text me back letting me know and asking if he and Mason could come out to measure and bring samples of the carpet they had in stock. I’m pretty sure they showed up within an hour of my initial call and were as friendly and accommodating as could be. When they got back to the store, Mason sent over the quote and I could not believe pricing he was able to get me. I was in a pretty vulnerable situation and willing to overpay to just get the job done quickly, but they did not take advantage of the situation. In fact, they recognized that this was an unexpected expense for us and got us the BEST pricing! Mason stayed in touch throughout the week and checked in several times during the installation today, even coming out to check the work himself. The installers did a fantastic job, were friendly, professional and cleaned up afterwards. I am just so impressed with the service and workmanship, and will definitely be using Floor King again. Thank you for delivering a miracle and giving us a clean start in our new home!

Very poor customer service. Poor follow through. Ron repeatedly said he was so busy working 70 hours a week . Just not friendly and it was bothersome for him to do another job. 3 weeks to get a measure, another week to get a quote and told it would be at least 3 more weeks out to order and then install.I would not recommend this business.

Floor King did a beautiful carpet runner for us on our wood stairs. Ron Ferguson was our salesperson, he was very helpful throughout the process and we are very pleased with the final product. Thank you

Excellent service from start to finish. Ken Bower (Sales Rep) listened to what I wanted and needed as well as kept my budget in mind without going over. He didnt try to oversell me or lead me in a different direction that I initially came in with. He was nice, professional, personable, and knowledgeable...and can be quite the comic. :)The installation couldnt have gone more smoothly. A team of two showed up promptly at the scheduled time. They moved the furniture and the old carpet only taking one thirty minute break for lunch throughout the day. They were focused and professional. They took the old carpet and padding to dispose of (when they were done), replaced all the furniture in the rooms like it was untouched and swept and vacuumed the floors before leaving. An inspection showed the pride and quality of their work. I am so pleased with this whole experience and would definitely go nowhere else when its time to replace my downstairs flooring. Thank you for making this so easy....P.S. I love my carpet!!!!

Ken greeted us in the showroom and was very knowledgeable and helpful in selecting carpet for our home. We ended up choosing a carpet that was better and cheaper than carpet we priced at two other locations in town! The carpet was installed a little over a week later and the installers were super quick and professional and did a wonderful job, even in cleaning up afterward. I highly recommend Floor King for your flooring needs!

Floor King in Georgetown recently completed our floors in October 2019 and we could not be happier. We had tile and carpet removed and replaced with wood like tile. I had 6 quotes before a recommendation from a custom home builder provided me with Kens information. Ken provided a competitive quote (2nd lowest out of 7) but Ken provided me the reassurance I was looking for. The crew did an excellent job. There was only one small hiccup during the renovation where some small holes were present in the grout (we had 1/8 grout installed). I called Ken and the crew came out within a couple days and took care of everything. Great experience with Ken and the crew! I highly recommended.

Was not pleased with service at all. Went in asking a few questions, sales person never once got out of his seat to help, when I would ask anything he was very condescending. Would not recommend this place at all.

Did not choose this store. In my search for flooring I went into the Georgetown store asking for some education in wood flooring. I intended to use them, but was treated like I was a tire kicker. The sales man rushed through my visit and really did not help me with my questions regarding wood laminate in my kitchen and bathrooms. By the way, I was the only one in the store.I ended up using Floor n Design in Cedar Park. Oh and Im spending $10k. Hope you take women more seriously next time.
