Installers were very prompt, very efficient, did excellent work, cleaned up everything, and were nice and polite. Im extremely pleased with all aspects of them. Had a great experience from start to finish. Very helpful with helping me pick out what type of flooring. Very patient and very knowledgeable are the two things that really stood out. The flooring I wanted was on back order so it took a couple weeks for install but I cannot fault them for that. When the floor came in they called and set up an install time. They said they would show up at about 8am and be done about 4:30. They showed up right on time and finished right on time. Installers were very professional and very efficient. Floors look great. Only complaint I could possibly have would be my walls did get marked up in a few places but soap and water fixed. Appreciated the thank you card as well. Was happy to support a local business over big box. Very happy customer and will definitely be reaching out to them on my next project.

I also was in a time crunch to get the bathroom completed and they were able to fit me in to there schedule so that I could complete my basement project sooner. Oser Paint & Flooring deserves ALL the stars. I was impressed with their variety/quality of stock, patience with me in the show room and dedication to helping install vinyl planking in our entire home. They let me take home multiple large (2x3) sample displays (as opposed to the big box stores 4 squares) to find the right product. Mr. Oser came to our home to measure and addressed all of my concerns within a couple of days of asking for an estimate. In no time the product was in and their install team was motivated (never saw them take a break), clean, and gave all the attention to the details. Things other flooring installers often leave for painters were taken care of too, like caulking and touching up quarter round/nail holes/cracks. If you want an easy, smooth experience go with Oser. You wont be disappointed. Instead of getting the run around with phone calls and what employee may/may not be around (as happens with big box stores) you get the phone answered within one ring, are never transferred, and get treated like the neighbor you are because its a local hometown business. Support local and go with Oser!

Tremendous! Patient while I picked out my carpet. The estimate was correct and all-inclusive. Helped me find the right product for high use with my pets in mind. Install was clean and quick and all furniture was moved back perfectly. And wouldn’t you know it, two hours after they left my puppy accidentally stained the new carpet. I cleaned with cold water and dabbed and just like they said, and it came right out. I’m already planning finishing the upstairs. Great company with beautiful easy to clean product!

We had a wonderful experience with Oser from start to finish. Larry came out right away after my call and provided a detailed estimate for an entire house re-floor, half carpet and half hardwood. Todd communicated with us promptly over the phone and via email every step of the way, and was able to accommodate a hectic schedule. The estimate for materials and labor was very competitive, and I was really pleased with the selection on hand in the showroom.The install team was professional and FAST - what I thought would be a 5 day job was done in 2. I was blown away by the quality of their work, especially given that they were getting through almost 100 sq ft per hour. They even went above and beyond and removed cabinetry in the kitchen, when the fridge was blocked by the additional 1/4 of floor height. They did an excellent job of cleaning the house before they left, and returned very quickly to resolve some very minor issues that cropped up.My wife and I are both incredibly pleased with the quality of the flooring and the install as a whole, and our house feels brand new.
