Awful customer service. Had floors installed by this company several years ago. I inquired about having them refinished a few months ago. I was told my floors probably cant be refinished, but that I should email the company with my information. I sent an email and received a response saying yes they can be refinished. If youd like to speak to one of the guys, send us your phone number. I sent them my phone number but did not get a response. I called them today to explain what happened, and asked how I can schedule to have my floors refinished. In a very sarcastic voice, the woman said We dont do that here. We only do new construction. I asked Why wasnt I told that in the email you responded to, asking me for my phone number so that I could discuss it with one of the guys ? She said We answered your question. You asked if your floor can be refinished and we told you they can be. Her attitude was extremely rude. I told her that whomever sent me the email should have told me, at that point in time, that the company does not refinish floors. I hope the owners of this business realize that by having someone answer the phones, who is rude to customers, they are losing business. I will never refer anyone to this company.
