Dr Charlene Singh was amazing. She was very patient and understanding. She took the time to work with me without rushing me out. Although she was busy she never made me feel like I needed to hurry. A lot needed to be done to figure out what I needed. ( and it was tough ) but made me feel like I was the only patient there.Anyways. Everyone was very friendly. Recommend highly !! :)

The new doctor is amazing never seen someone so happy to see a patient and help. She has great communication skills she remembers a lot of details about her patients. Her secretary is amazing too she is very polite and helpful.

I desperately needed contacts. My prescription was literally 3 days old. Talked to heather or Pam or whatever their name was. She said that sometime doctors will extend prescriptions by a few days if you ask. So I called my doctor. After waiting on hold for 30 mins finally got in touch with him. He said it was no big deal. Faxed me a new prescription. So I ran to Walmart. The lady used her super detective skills and said something was off even though we just talked about it earlier. She called the doctors office. And the doctor had left for day so she wouldn’t give me my contacts. Huge waste of time and I will never go back. Here’s the kicker. I uploaded my prescription online with a different company. Not only did they accept the script no questions asked saved almost half of what I would’ve paid at Walmart. And that’s even with the extra cost of expedited shipping. Makes me wonder why I or anyone else ever went to Walmart in the first place. Save your money and some aggravation, order online save money and avoid heather and Pam. This location has a new doctor, Dr Charlene Singh. She is a wonderful doctor that does a thorough exam. She even offers retinal photography. The office accepts most vision insurances and can do walk-in appointments. They also offer Saturday appointments. You can call or go online to Ryan LeBlanc and Associates to schedule an appointment.

The front desk staff are amazing. When it comes to questions and concerns being answered by the doctor? Well, they never were. Since having gone to Belmont Eye, I found out I was missing out on a whole eye exam experience. I didn’t know it was the norm to show me pictures of the backs of my eyes, take eye pressure, etc. Walmart was a value for me at the time but I’ve since found out that almost all eye doctors are the same cost if they’re in network with your insurance or if you’re like me and don’t have any. I gave it 3 stars because they can be seen at the drop of a hat and the front desk people were always so kind to me. If you care about your eyes and want to be taken care of by a more professional optometrist, I’d recommend going elsewhere.

Make note that they currently spray your hands upon entering from an unlabeled bottle and they have no idea whats in it. #1 I find that to be an OSHA violation. #2 I think it is pure alcohol. I told her I had eczema and she told me to rub it in. Two days later I am having more issues with the eczema on my hands. I guess when I pick up my glasses, I will bring gloves and they can spray that. She wouldnt let me use my own LABELED bottle of hand sanitizer! I am so mad as my Hands itch like mad and peel.*Update* Shortly after my post, they changed their procedure and didnt squirt an unknown substance on my hands. I was then happy with their services.

Called to make an appointment and they said there’s no need since they take walk-ins. A few days later I go and they refuse to see me because the doctor has already seen “26” people today. So they refuse to make appointments then refuse to see people after telling them they would. Worst mistake was trying to go there in the first place. Waste of my time.

Found a crack in my lens 6 weeks after I received my glasses. Never dropped or impacted, sorry you have to buy a new lens. When I do buy a new lens and or glasses it wont be from a place that doesnt warranty there work. I will take my business elsewhere.

Needed see a doctor ! But older lady said they couldnt see me cause they was booked ! Really where was everyone at , and doesnt that defeat the purpose of having a sign saying WALK INS AVAILABLE

Receptionist was rude and very unhelpful. The first time I went up to her she was eating a bowl of cereal then she told me to come back later for an appointment. She was on the phone with someone else the entire time she was talking to me. Then she kept telling me they couldn’t find my insurance
