Jon, the Assistant Manager, was extremely helpful. I did not want to get glasses without my husband, but he found the perfect pair for me regardless. I sent pictures to my hubby and he really liked them. He also put up with my crazy kiddos and was very patient, even when they got a bit loud. I recommend checking this Lens Crafters out.Oh, and my daughter’s glasses were done in less than 20 minutes? Quickest service ever!!

Everyone that I came in contact with, beginning with the eye doctor and his assistant; to the woman who helped me pick out new frames and get lenses, was very helpful and professional. I highly recommend.

Brought my niece in for an eye exam and glasses appointment after calling and verifying they accepted her insurance. Wait wasnt too bad we had exam and ready to select glasses in an hour.Now comes the one star the Dr accepted her insurance the eye glasses area does not. So make sure u verify both lens crafters Dr and glasses area accept insurance. Or ur just getting an eye exam and a rectal exam. Who goes to get an eye exam and doesnt want to get their glasses or contacts at same location? you really need to make that information clear when asked before appointments are made. Now we have to find a location to buy glasses with their prescription because insurance only covers one exam.

I went to LensCrafters in need of having my mothers glasses repaired. The service I received was that of a 50s era small town repair shop. The staff lady that greeted me was prompt and warm. She took the glasses with confidence that they could be fixed and a short while later they were good as new. If my sight ever becomes troublesome, LensCrafters will be the first place I go to. My moms glasses did not come from LCs but they fixed them for free regardless. Its rare to find such hospitality in a store these days but LCs has it!

I was able to get a Saturday appointment. I was so excited that I didn’t have to take off work to go for my eye exam. Dr. Spangler was so thorough. He explained every step of the process. I love this office. The lady who greeted me was so kind and pleasant. I have been vaccinated but saw others wearing masks. I asked her if I needed a mask and she gave me one. I wanted to be respectful to others. Thanks for making my experience so great.

Ive tried several times to get used to progressive glasses .I took off work today to get another set of glasses made . 😎 I started out at visionworks when the lady told me 7 to 10 days it was time to go! So I went to lenscrafters in Gastonia wondering what am I going to run into over here . I went in the store it was being repainted looked so if it was being remodeled. I sat down explained to the sales guy Im not interested in progressive glasses again Ive tried them several times with no luck. one of the guys painting and remodeling overheard the conversation and said they have several types of lenses in stock and talked me in to giving them another try so I did and it was the best decision Ive made in a while . As I spoke to Gary for a while he actually worked at the Southpark store and from now on Ill travel out of my way for all my glasses. Thanks Gary class act.

Had a great experience today with Mr. Romero! He was very professional and expressed great concern with my issue during my visit there. He noticed my new prescription was INCORRECT and made sure that I had the the CORRECT prescription for my safety lenses for my job site! He was so thorough and professional I ended up leaving with safety lenses and a NEW complete pair of eyeglasses for an unbelievable price! Both pair were ready in a timely manner, fit perfectly, and they looked amazing!Thanks Lens Crafters😊

Ive been going to this location 4 years now and Ive always gotten great customer service there. One of the managers, Sal, was tremendous in helping me out. Would definitely recommend, 5/5 stars.

I hate that I have to write this review as Ive been coming here for years seeing the same people for years. The whole place no longer seems to care. It gets worse. I always get scratch insurance. I went in to get new lenses on a claim. They were basically cleaned and handed back to me with the same lenses with the same scratch after a couple of hours. I complained. I went back the next day. They did replace the lenses, but were again handed back with new scratches. They claimed it was the frame that made it difficult. I said I didnt have scratches to begin with when they were made new. Is it the frame or the person behind the frame. Probably the last nail in the coffin is that they no longer have all lenses available for straight, clear prescriptions. One pair were done in a couple of hours, and the other had to be sent out getting returned in a couple of weeks. I should have just let my eye doctor order and given them the business instead if there was going to be that kind of wait.. defeating the purpose of the one hour or same day service of LensCrafters. I have not decided if I will ever come back.. just be warned: inspect your lenses, especially in sunlight. Make sure you have their insurance so they cant give you an excuse. If you notice a problem, inform them immediately and refuse to pay the copay if you just received your lenses.

The female optometrist I was examined by was condescending and passively rude on more than one occasion and I didnt like it nor did I appreciate it.Ive since moved on and have a different eye doctor who is never anything but professional, helpful and kind.

They did an awesome job and this was my first time getting glasses and Jonathan rocked taking me from a to z and thank you to him shout out to lenscrafters in the eastridge mall they made it happen I love my glasses and got two pair go lenscrafters go. lens crafters 🎊🤩

My experience here was horrible. Staff is unprofessional, lack of respect, and do not communicate amongst one another. I was told different things by many different staff. Sylvia one of the clerks that work in the front doesn’t speak good English. She does not relay proper information do to her language barrier. I do not recommend anyone to shop here. It’s taken over 14 days to receive a refund. Products are well over priced. LensCrafters needs to do better. Please if anyone is going to shop here. Read some of the other reviews thanks.

The woman took care of me was absolutely amazing.

Customer service is horrible at this establishment. Two weeks ago my wife went to purchase glasses from here. They over charged her for the glasss. Not only did they do this. They added all these additional charges without her permission. Charged her insurance extra money behind her back. So we go to lenscrafters demanding a refund. They told us they could give us a refund but since she paid in cash they would mail her out a check. 10–44 days to receive they said. Then they tried to lie to us saying it was just a misunderstanding. PLEASE DO NOT SHOP HERE. P.S you can barely understand what some of them are saying. Customer service is not of the essence here.

My husband and I had an appt at another eye center Covenant Eye Care when we showed up this past Friday the Doctor had decided to take the day off and they did not notify us. I called Lenscrafters Gastonia and told them what had happened at the other office to see if there was even a slight chance one of us could be seen.... we both had taken the afternoon off work. This Gastonia Location, they did not have any appointments but they made room for my husband and I both to get in for complete eye exams and then made time to let us both pick out glasses. We thought the staff was AMAZING. After this visit we will never go any where else .. Thank you so much Gastonia Lenscrafters. You have our Business for sure. If you want friendly staff and great equipment this is place to go..

I am recommending to all my family and friends they give Lencrafters, in Gastonia NC a try. My first trip to this store I had an unpleasant experience. The NEW MANAGER contacted me personally. He explained to me he was new to this store and there to help. He is definitely an agent of change. He took time to hear my concerns. He went over and above necessary to make sure I was pleased with LensCrafters. Ask for Alan hes a great guy and manager for Lencrafters. If youve had a bad experience in past go by talk to Alan. This is a great place to buy glasses!

Did not have a satisfying experience this time around. Went to pick up my 5 hundred dollar Prada eyeglasses and staff member hands them to me in a generic lens case​ with no cloth. Whatever eyewear a customer purchased should come with its matching case. Then, staff member offered to clean the glasses only to make the lens worse. Then wore the glasses only to find that my vision was distorted. I brought them back to have them recut but have to wait for special lens. I appreciated the fact that the doctor offered to change the script, but I probably wont be returning back due to this hassle.
