My first visit was great, my second visit and follow up, absolutely horrible ! Im back to where I was 10 years ago. Wearing contacts for nearsightedness and wearing cheaters. I loved my monovision, but now I have to start all over. Ill never go back, and I sure as hell will never give them a favorable referral.

Being new to the area, I asked a friend where to find the best place to go in Gainesville for eye exams and to get fitted for new glasses. She told me to see Dr. Jolly at North Texas Vision Center, and I was not disappointed! The staff was very professional, helpful, and took time to answer all of my questions. Plus, I was very happy with the results. Thanks to the entire staff for going beyond my expectations. I highly recommend NTVC!

Very disappointed in the service... I was seen by the Dr. and was fitted for contacts. When I left I was not given a copy of my prescription (As required by the FTC’s Eyeglass and Contact Lens Rules.) When I called back to get my prescription I was passed around to three different numbers that would never pick up. I finally got ahold of a nurse who was kind enough to put me on hold and actually walk over to the Optical Center and actually have someone answer the phone. The person in Optical apparently did not know anything about the FTC’s Eyeglass and Contact Lens Rules and refused to give me my prescription. I hung up with that person and place a call to my Family Ophthalmologist in Denton where my Mother worked as a surgical assistant for many years. He informed me that I should have received a copy when I left and that they should be able to give it to me over the phone. When I called back and informed the person in the Optical center about the FTCs rules she said she would get someone how knew more to help me. When the office manager came on the phone she was very rude accusing me of cursing at the previous person I had talked to and telling me that I was not welcome to come back to the clinic. Again refusing to give me a copy of my prescription and telling me I was not even able to pick it up in person. 20 years in the customer service business I have never treated anyone as poorly as I have been treated.

This use to be a great office with wonderful staff but they have obtained a very unjust policy and if you have a child sick or you have to reschedule more than three times they kick you out of their office even though you have been with them for over six years. Great loyalty to customers. What a shame!

I love this place. All the staff are so friendly. I had cataract surgery done and it was amazing.❤

Dr Jolly has been awesome for our whole family. Hes a great doctor, very professional, thorough, and caring. Wouldnt go anywhere else and highly recommend him to everyone.

I had a good experience very nice and pretty quick. Already leaving with my new glasses.

You cant find a better vision care office in Gainesville the nurses friendly and very professional . Overall it was a wonderful experience I would refer them to everyone.
