I have been getting my eye exams at this location for a few years now. This is a very professional place. Everyone treats me with friendliness and as a valued patient. The eye doctors here have all been very skilled and informative regarding my eye care. I go back periodically to be checked with some specific tests to make sure I am not developing glaucoma.Just today I had to go in for an adjustment to my glasses. They were beginning to hurt my nose and needed some fine tuning. I was greeted by Wheeler. He is so nice and very professional. He happily fixed my nose pads issue on both of my glasses. He made sure that they fit me properly and adjusted them carefully. He is a great addition to this office. He encouraged me to return if I had any more comfort issues with my glasses.Thank you Wheeler for your kindness, professionalism and overall ability to represent My Eye Doctor and make me feel like a valued patient.

My experience has been amazing with this office. Im in Jacksonville and they were able to get me set up with contacts and everything right over the phone. My contacts have never felt as good as these do and the whole process with amazing. Friendly, helpful staff and that to me is amazing especially when everything was done over the phone. I would definitely recommend this office for all your needs.

I took my daughter for her first eye doctor appointment and everyone was very friendly and helpful. My daughter was nervous but they explained every step of the exam very patiently. The person who helped us pick out glasses was also very nice and wanted to make sure the glasses fit her right.

The doctors are sweet. Reception is the absolute BEST. Sales/glasses is where they need some work. The most limited selection I have ever seen. Most of their selection is really odd sizes. No help at all selecting frames or trying them on. I was told what color stickers are 100% covered by insurance, what is $20, and so on. Then they just walked off. If youre planning to buy super expensive, luxury brand glasses, this would be a good fit for you. If you are using insurance, I STRONGLY suggest looking elsewhete

Had appt on Jan 21, glasses came in 2 weeks later, they filled the wrong rx, had to send back to lab. Ive called 3 times, recently speaking to a supervisor, they still arent in as of March 7. I will absolutely never return to this location for my eye care needs. Definitely filing a grievance with my insurance co.

I had come in to get glasses in mid of February 2020. They called for me to come pick them up in the first week of March. They were in the wrong set of frames, not the frames I had picked. They told me they would be available quickly due to the inconvenience and for me to wait to hear from them. Three weeks later I call and get an automated message saying that glasses would ship to us April 20, 2020. I did not get any package nor calls from them. I called them early May and was on hold for 40+ minutes waiting to talk to a representative. I called again today May 23rd and was told my glasses had been here. I came to pick them up and was made to wait outside in 94 degree weather. The lady who eventually came and got me was nice but this company has been ridiculous. During this wait I had to buy a pair of glasses online because I need them to drive. Having to wait 3 months for a pair of glasses and not following through with calling nor mailing the glasses is why I’m giving one star.

I set up an appointment online a day or two before, walked in a few minutes early to complete any required paperwork and was almost immediately pulled into a room when I completed the information sheet even though I was still early for my appointment. All of the staff was very informative and able to answer any of my questions and made the entire appointment go by smoothly and comfortably. During my appointment it became apparent that I could use glasses, and my vision plan covers almost every option so I was able to choose a pair that would work for me at a very reasonable price. They sent me a text letting me know when they had arrived and I was able to run over on my lunch break and pick them up, nice and easy! I had my fiancee go in a week later and she received the same welcoming and easy service. Will definitely be going back and sending my friends and coworkers!

Saturday appointment for my 6yo. Were 10minutes late... the doors are locked with a sign saying to call when you arrive, so we do. There is no answer, my son peeking through the window says shes not answering mom. A moment later she comes to to door asking if she can help us? Ummm yeah, we have a appointment. She says we missed it, that they have a 5 minute window due to covid.Are you kidding me! 5 minutes! And this wasnt told to me on any of the reminder calls or texts.This is the closest eye doc to us and its over a 30min drive... I can not believe she turned us away. I had even made arrangements for someone to keep my 2yo so It wouldnt be so hectic in the office with 2 kids.Shame on you

Dr. Ho is an outstanding clinician and had a terrific manner when I was seen by her. She explained everything in terms that made me comfortable and answered all of my questions thoroughly. I was hesitant to return here as I had a less than pleasant experience in the past,but Dr. Ho and her staff were outstanding. I could not ask for a better clinician to take care of my eyesight. Assistants were great and front desk staff were efficient and friendly for a very busy morning.

I dont recommend this company (MyEyeDr). I had a terrible experience with them. They dont have integrity in keeping their date for pick up when your glasses are ready. They will have excuses for why its not ready; they will blame the lab or frame for missing, unavailable, etc.

I made an appointment a month ago for special testing and received a confirmation two days before the appointment. When I show up to the appointment, they tell me, with sass, that they have called me multiple times to reschedule the appointment. I checked my phone and they had not called. She read the number out to me and it was the correct number, so it wasn’t because I gave them the wrong number. Apparently when they scheduled the appointment they left enough time for the appointment but not for the doctor to talk to me afterward. She then told me they were booked out another two months. And there were no available appointments until the end of April. So because of their scheduling error I’m being pushed two months back into the time I’m supposed to be using preparing for exams and taking the Bar. I would go somewhere else if anywhere else in Gainesville took my insurance but unfortunately that’s not the case so I’m stuck with them.

❌ The anti-glare coating on my lenses started peeling off, making them unwearable. Called and confirmed that the lenses were covered under warranty.❌❌ Went to store to have problem addressed. Yes, your lenses are covered under warranty, but we forgot to charge you a $25 warranty fee when you bought them. But dont worry, you can pay that now. (huh?!?)❌❌❌ Lenses promised in two weeks. It took three. An eternity when you are eyeglasses dependent.Im done with this place. Too many other options to put up with poor quality lenses and shady customer service.

Waited 30 minutes passed my appointment time. I refused to have my eyes dilated so they refused to see me. I told them I have to drive and I live a hour away and it really bothers me to drive they did not care they still refused to see me. Then apparently they did not know my mom was in the waiting area and she herd then talking about me how I refused and it was ridiculous because now they cant bill my insurance and it wasted one of there appointment times. Even tho I waited 30 passed my appointment time I even arrived 15 early as they asked. I will never go back and you probably shouldnt either.

What a great experience and I left feeling like I had my eye situation under control. Also got a lot of good nutritional suggestions to help keep my eyes well. I would highly recommend to anyone.

I usually dont write reviews but recently I was in desperate need of prescription sunglasses for cycling. I went into Lange Eye Care and was greeted by Crystal Webb Pattie. She was amazing and very knowledgeable. After a few questions and measurements she had my glasses ordered and once they arrived she made sure I was satisfied with them. Working with the staff at Lange Eye Care was a pleasant experience and Ill definitely return for my next pair of glasses.

I had a perfect visit. No extra waiting, all of the staff was friendly. They even gave me a free pair of nonprescription sunglasses to wear home instead of the flimsy face hugger sunglasses most places provide. I will definitely be going back.

Incredibly overpriced. Glasses for 300 that you can buy for 100. Exams double the price of competitive stores. To top it off, red head lady at front desk had very rude demeanor. Acted like she didn’t want my business or to even speak to me. I actually left to go to a reasonable store. I agree with every bad review from others too, based on my past experience here. I just cannot believe how terrible the treatment was by the staff.

The Dr and everyone was nice, but service was slow. They dilated my eyes before the eye exam for glasses, and I cant see out of my glasses.Update: I went back to do a recheck to get a new prescription for glasses, and was told my eyes were the complete opposite of last time. He was very kind. Most of the staff were very nice, except one of the receptionists, who was very rude. I have to go back in 3 weeks. Maybe the receptionist was having a bad day.

The doctor was great--very knowledgeable, helpful and personable. The wait and the treatment I received from many of the staff was below-par. I waited for almost an hour after my appointment time, while the staff seemed to be visiting with each other at the front desk. Im happy with my eye care treatment, but dont look forward to having to go to a future visit.

My relative highly recommended Lange Eye Care to me as the place to go when I inquired . My 7 year old daughter appointment was at 3:15pm and it is more than 4:30pm and the doctor hasn’t see her yet. Poor service specially with kids. I don’t recommend it. Next year I will take her to a different place.

The absolute worst customer service. Took my sunglasses in and and asked for lenses with new prescription. Told it would be two weeks before they were going to be ready. No problem. Went back two weeks later and was told they would be in three days later. Called three days later and was told they would not be in for three more days. Now we are going on three weeks. Why do they lie to the customers? Why not tell the truth from the get go. If you can go somewhere else I suggest you do so. The attitude is Tell the customer anything just to get them out of the store or iff the phone.Bad business model....UPDATE: Recieved a reply from owner. Asked to contact them.....have tried several times but to no avail....the link they gave does not work....if truly concerned why not just a straight forward email address or phone number.Still do not have glasses........as I said earlier if you can go somewhere else do so as fast as you can.....there is no customer service here.

My appointment was on a Friday, so I expected it to be busy. The staff (especially Allison) was so nice and made sure to greet me with smiles as soon as I walked in. As I waited, they were super attentive and were sure to keep me updated on how much longer until I was seen. I was seen by Dr. Ho, a very nice and knowledgeable lady. Had the absolute best experience today! From getting greeted as I walked in to the very last person tAlked to was so pleasant. The lady that took me back and did the first part of the exam explained everything to me before and during her doing it. She made sure I was comfortable the entire time. Then the eye doctor came in and explained himself very well and made sure to Answer all my questions thourlly. Sat me down for the guy to tell me exactly whAt was wrong with my eyes and made sure i understood. I highly recommend this place.

Reception: 1/5 starsSimply unacceptable customer service and long waiting times. Lady at the desk was rude and not paying attention. She handed me another patients information and complained that I had made a few marks on the papers before giving them back. In addition, I received a voicemail informing me that my appointment was at 9:30 only to be told it was now at 11. They did not see me till nearly noon. This is also not the first time this has happened. Doctor offices should operate like normal companies and try and accommodate your schedule not the other way around.Doctors: 5/5 starsI will say that my doctor was very good and trey the assistant was fantastic.

I have called twice to speak with someone about ordering prescription lenses for my husband. Both times, the staff put me on hold for 3+ minutes. When they picked up the phone, they asked if they could call me back, and assured it would be same day. I never received a call from either staff member, and now after speaking with a manager, I have found out that neither employee documented in my husbands account that I called. Hopefully the manager that I am speaking with can get this corrected, and give feedback to her employees about proper customer service!!!

Scheduled an appointment for my first visit. I waited 50 minutes before I was pulled back to have my exam, and continued waiting for a long time back there. Everything took over 2 hours before I left, and it only took me 10 min to pick out my glasses. For some asinine reason, every time you visit this place it takes an exorbitant amount of time to resolve ANYTHING. Ive had to re-visit them multiple times after my exam because there was an issue with my prescription. I told them that my eyes wont adjust, I get dizzy and it gives me headaches, I also gave it more time than needed to allow my eyes to try and adjust. They could not resolve my problem after multiple visits, including one which I sat there for an hour and completely wasted my time, and all I wanted to do was schedule an appointment which I still could not do.I even overheard someone complain to the manager on my second visit (it was his first) about how much time he had to wait even though he set up an appointment. The manager never asked me on my first visit or during any of the multiples about my visit or experience. I guess theres selective value for certain people! I dread on the thought of returning to this place.. Theyre insanely expensive ($120 visit.. with good insurance!), they have ridiculously long waits (and theres rarely a customer in here, whats taking so long?..), and lack the ability to solve problems coherently in reasonable time. I sent this same review to the Customer Service on their website over a month ago and never saw a response, so here it is for the world.Ive already found better place for my vision needs.

Terrible experience from start to finish.I sat there as it took 45 minutes for them to order my glasses. I told the person at Lange to contact me via email when the glasses were in because I dont answer strange numbers. A little over three weeks later I call, transferred three times, put on hold for ten minutes, and the hung up. I call back and nobody knows what happened to my glasses. Im told I will have to come back and speak to the manager.I go to the store on Saturday, and still nobody knows what happened. Im told that I can cancel my order or I can get all these special extras added on. I told the lady that I would wait and come back Monday and speak to the manager.I came back to find out that my glasses were allegedly lost by UPS and the manager already placed the order. I dont know what happened to all those extras I was told I could get. Also he claimed he tried to call me after I told him to email me.I was then told they would hurry and the glasses would be in the store on Friday. Friday comes and the glasses still arent three. Finally on Thursday about 5 weeks after I placed my order the glasses arrived.When the glasses arrived I asked to have them adjusted and the lady couldnt even be bothered. Instead of heating them up she just bent the ends on the table and gave them back to me. At that point I just left.I will never go back there again.

The admin staff are continuously confused about my insurance even though I have gone there for years. Its even a pain just reordering contacts. I have had enough..i will no longer be going here.

The doctor is awesome! However the staff is hard to deal with and complains in front of the guests. When I came in with my wife to get her glasses tighted It took over 30 minutes and took 2 sales associates to tighten them. In the process of tighting they used to much heat and broke the lense and they didnt offer any sort of discount. We spent 100 dollars on the lenses after being basically forced to get the most expensive pair. When I asked if we really needed the 100 dollar lense we were told that they go to school for 2 years and there not just sales people he had a tone as if I insulted him personally. Rather then just have a conversation with me and explain why we need them? So in all BUYER BEWARE.

Worst experience ever. I never saw the Dr until my eyes were already dilated and it was a very quick half-behind exam. I have never had to pay over $100 for a contact exam with insurance. But for just an exam and 2 boxes of contacts it cost $109. I will find a new Dr next year for sure.

Worst experience I’ve had at an eye doctor. Assumed I was cool with them dilating me without asking if I had someone else to drive first, which I didn’t, and then stormed off complaining about having to discuss my refusal with the dr. Dr won’t see me without it. I can’t remember the last time I let someone do it. I might have been 7. It’s never been as issue, but this guy apparently won’t see you if he can’t make maximum $$ from your insurance.

Ordered my glasses late March. They did not arrive until late May. I was told they would be ship to my address, but I had to call them so that they would be shipped. So I will not be receiving my glasses until early June. It is ridiculous to wait a little over 2 months for my glasses after a promise date 2 weeks after I ordered them. No apology was given. Will Not see you if are late to your appointment even if you call and say I will only be a couple minutes late they will say “ok see you when you arrive” and when you arrive “oh sorry you need to reschedule” why don’t they just tell you on the phone when you call to tell them you are going to be late instead of waiting your time by allowing you to continue to race to your appointment just to turn you away it usually isn’t a big deal for me but when I talked to the lady on the phone I let her know I lived an hour away so it’s not like I just live down the road

Very unhappy with this experience. Ive had glasses & contacts for the past 15 years and this was the worst experience Ive ever had. I had actually never had a bad experience until this place. I had a baby 7 months ago and knew my vision had changed and it had gotten worst in one eye than the other. The OD I saw just said oh okay well well just bump that side up. She didnt even check my close up vision. Now after paying $550 (I had insurance too) Im still having vision problems. It took two weeks to get my contacts and glasses on top of that. They were more concered with making me pay for extra exams which showed nothing & telling me what the FDA recommends for contacts than actually checking my vision. I have never paid so much for contacts or glasses & Ive never had a worst eye exam in my entire life. I will never go back & I will make sure people steer clear of this place. If someone comes in after having a baby & says their vision has gotten worst please just check their vision!!

Horrible experience. Took over two weeks to get glasses. Only after calling daily theyfound my glasses. They were lose fitting and when I said they did not fit right was told they weret falling off. After three times of not fixing them, I said thank you and left. The star is for the actual exam which was excellent. Will only go back for exam and take my script elsewhere. Terrible. The staff were mostly friendly.

I really wish I had read the google reviews before going here. I have been wearing glasses for 20years and have had an eye exam every year and not once have I spent $400+ dollars on glasses and contacts with my insurance. Thats not even the worst part. I had the worst customer service experience with their staff. I was charged for add-one without even being discussed with first about it (extended eye wear insurance, etc) and when I asked why my balance was so high, the sales person Ebony rolled her eyes and said because thats how much we charge. Not once did she explain the break down cost with me (or even smile the entire time I was there). I had to speak with the front desk attendant just to receive a print out of charges and this was AFTER I paid. I even overheard the sales staff talk about their commissions from my sale. This place is a rip off and I will be filing a complaint with the BBB. Please do not go here, you have been warned.

I bought my prescription glasses and prescription sunglasses here. I normally wear contacts but am going abroad where it would be unsanitary to wear them. Just two weeks before I am supposed to leave I realize both pairs of glasses were not fitted correctly. The sunglasses were giving a fishbowl effect and my normal prescription glasses don’t fit correctly and hurt my ears. I currently live in a different state but there is a MyEyeDr. store in town. The person who helped me said that my prescription glasses need to be reframed which would not be ready in two weeks. Clearly this store does not provide quality service.

Waiting times not great: disappointing customer service experience with front desk receptionists. I called ahead of time since I was stuck in unexpected archer road traffic and told them I’d be a few minutes late to my 3:45 appt. they told me the eye doctor would not accept patients over 10 min late so I stomped on the gas, literally sprinted into the office at 3:53. I thought I was fine and they didn’t mention anything when I signed in so I was relieved—until it was literally 4:35 and multiple other clients had been taken to the back and I was still waiting there. I asked the receptionist when the doctor would be calling me in and she says, “well you were over 10 min late. Do you want to reschedule?” Then she tells me that they took someone whose appt was AFTER mine since he got here first. No apology, no notification, I bet I would have been sitting there even longer if I didn’t ask. I got there within 10 min of my appt and I was finally taken in about an hour after when I had it scheduled for. I try not to be an annoying client to deal with, but I made an effort to get there in time and still my time was not respected (I had things to do after the appt).Doctors great: That being said, Dr. Ho and her assistants have always been fantastical and helpful. None of this reflects on their professionalism at all.

I managed to badly scratch my cornea late one Friday afternoon, and after calling half a dozen places in Gainesville, Lange was the only one that could fit me in. They were extremely professional and kind, and Dr. Atkins was great. Follow up care was scheduled right away, I never had to wait long that first night or on subsequent appointments, and generally everything about a bad and painful situation was made better by going to see them. Ill be going to them for all of my future eye care.

I don’t know where all these 1 star reviews are coming from, but my experience at myeyedr was fantastic. Friendly staff and great doctors; that warrents are 4 star review in my book. My only criticism is the limited selection of male specific frames, however, I still managed to purchase a pair I was happy with.You guys obviously didn’t have to put up with Sears Optical for 4 years. Trust me, Myeyedr is a breath of fresh air!

Lange Eye Care has always done a great job for me and my family. We always pay cash and get a very good deal. My wife just got all of her contacts for the year and then only had to pay $25 for a pair of glasses. That was an unexpected benefit! I bought a pair of Maui Jims that were expensive but "you get what you pay for". They have always done their best to accomadate our needs.

My wife received glasses from this location. She went back twice because prescription was wrong. This location was unable to correct prescription.I went to this location and was told my glasses would be in in 1.5 weeks. When I called they said the lab messed up my prescription. They didnt call me I had to call them. STAY AWAY FROM MY EYE DR.

Go elsewhere! They told me Id have my glasses within two weeks now its taking a month to get them. Now Im sure the date they told me my glasses will still not be here. Oh and forget about anyone calling you back about the questions you have. Ive waited a week for someone to call me back after calling every day to talk to someone about my problems. I would even give them one star.

Very good customer service! I had an appointment and the employees were very friendly. After the appointment I bought glasses. Long story short the glasses broke. The manager replaced them with no questions asked. The manager then told me he would make a note in the computer that if they broke again they (MyEyeDr.) would replace them with another brand. Well yesterday my glasses broke again and I went into the store and explained my problem and without hesitation the customer service rep was assisting me with trying on new glasses (NO CHARGE!).***I would definitely recommend MyEyeDr.for all your eye needs***

Their receptionist is incompetent, rude beyond any comparison in my experience of business encounters. And this company is not forthcoming, set a appointment after advising me that my insurance is accepted and will cover entire cost of eye exam, lenses and frames. Then the receptionist shook me down for a $15 exam co-payment. The doctor was competent. Afterwards the receptionist directed me to select a frame from the the white plastic trays of frames, explaining to me that these are the only ones that my insurance allows. After selecting a frame another employee explained that the glasses would be ready for me in a couple of weeks. Then she said there will be a $85 copay for the glasses. I returned to obtain copy of my record and was told that it would be a while because only one employee was authorized to access patient records and that the technician would be busy elsewhere. Then they charged me $5 for the record copy after a excessive wait. This appears as largely a bait and switch business that charges the insurerers for their entire services while they shake down their customers in sleezy techniques to maximize their bottom end. Patronize businesses that earn themselves a good reputation. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this one.

Dont bother going here. They messed up my order for my contacts and had to wait over 6 months to finally receive them. I went to the office multiple times throughout the months and not once did they contact me informing me there was something wrong in my order. The service is incredibly slow, they have no patience over the phone, and very uncooperative. Not only that, but they tried charging me $100 for no reason! Take your money else where.

They will sale you glasses that are not made for your lenses. They will tell you that your glasses will be back in a week and 3 weeks later they still are not in. My wife had contacts and she lost one the day after they gave them to her. It was a trail. When she called up there she spoke to Jessica and was told it would take 3 to 5 days to come in and 2 weeks later they have no clue what she was talking about when she called them. I was told by the new manger that things had changed around there but true to form they are still the same.I will NEVER go back there.

Had an eye apt feb 5th at the Gainesville location. After waiting over an hour after my apt time I was able to get my exam. Ordered and paid for glasses that day. They told me they will be ready in 10-14 days. I received a call 12 days after to pick them up. Drove 45 min to get there only to be told, ummm no they aren’t ready “we have no idea who called you”. Yeah that was annoying. Fast forward to today 3/17/18 still no call. I call them to get an update, what do ya know! No glasses still. I ask for a manager to call me back. That was hours ago and no call back. I’d just rather get my prescription and money back and order online at this point. Save your money and aggravation folks! Pass this place up, it isn’t worth the hassle. I’d give a negative star if I could. Update 3/31/18. My glasses came in. Sweet right? Nope. Wrong prescription. Lol, ya gotta laugh at this point. Who’s running this freakin place? It needs a house cleaning.

The front desk person doesnt know what shes doing.I was told I didnt have to pay until my glasses came in then, told by another person I have to pay half down. I have prestige and my eyeglasses are gonna cost me 128 out of pocket total since I have to get a high index lens on my right eye. Dr Atdkins was very pleasent. I have to give their service half because of the front desk person not telling me I wasnt going to be charged upfront . I was charged half . and then there lack of selection of frames.

Worst customer service experience of my life! My fiancé and I walked in early Tuesday morning and were told we could be seen right away, while the receptionist was looking up our insurance she called me back to the desk to state that she was looking at the wrong day (Thursday) and they could see us later in the afternoon instead, not the worst thing ever. She also said she couldn’t find any insurance on file for me. My fiancé and I have insurance through our mutual employer and have the same exact plan. She told me I needed to call my employer to proceed. After calling my insurance provider and verifying that I do have insurance, I asked the receptionist to check again with the same information as instructed by the insurance provider. The receptionist scoffed at me and rolled her eyes before calling the insurance provider again. While on hold with me, she asked me to fill out the new patient paperwork. I told her I didn’t want to fill it out until she had my insurance approved so I didn’t waste any of my time. She just pushed the clipboard towards me again.My insurance was eventually approved and my fiancé and I returned back 5 minutes early to our appointment. My fiancé was seen immediately but I wasn’t seen until half an hour after my appointment time, and only after asking the receptionist when I would be seen. The doctor and tech were both very nice and professional during the visit. After being escorted back to the waiting room to pick some lenses, my fiancé told me that on our insurance plan we had an $X frame coverage and any overage would be discounted X%. After looking around for 10 minutes or so, an associate came over and told me that my insurance covered the same dollar amount for frames that my fiancé told me, but there was no discount beyond that. I asked how that was possible if we had the same insurance and he said he had no idea and told me, “It only saves like $10 anyway.” I left without purchasing any frames. I called my insurance provider the next day and verified that my insurance covered a discount on any amount over the frame coverage like they told my fiance. I called over to Target Optical, right next door and they were incredibly polite and helpful over the phone and even told me about extra savings available on the Target app. I will definitely be taking my business there from now on.

Let me start by saying I was having a wonderful day as I drove by Lange Eye Care hoping to schedule an appointment to get an eye exam and new frames. I walk to the check-in desk and am immediately confronted with a snarky Ill be right with you. A lady then comes to the desk to ask for her i.d and the individual behind the desk relinquishes it with negative attitude and no words, and as the nice lady walks away I watch this member of the staff roll her eyes....(minding my business in good spirits) I continue to wait there for 15mins, patiently waiting just to make an appointment..eventually I chose to just say Its okay, I know your busy, Ill come in next week and the staff member blandly responds Okay...Clearly this is not okay, as a front desk associate and the first person clients see when they walk through the doors, try to be a bit courteous or at least fake a smile as you are a representative of the entire establishment. Like I said, I came in having a wonderful day just wanting to schedule an appointment, but ended up leaving with negative vibes from a rude staff member. Believe me, I am going elsewhere for my eye care.Bottom Line: Do not have a Walk-Ins Welcome sign outside of your establishment, when clearly you do not welcome them at all.

Had to call an ask if my glasses had arrived, instead of getting a phone call/text informing me that they were ready. When I stopped in to pick them up, they only had half of my order. Awful customer service staff, tried to get glasses RX sent to another optical center and had to call back multiple times after a blank fax was sent and then had to sign another release form just to send a prescription. Was put on hold multiple times while trying to ask simple questions and then was hung up on at the end of the conversation. I would strongly recommend against this establishment and will never be returning.

I ordered contacts through them, and I did not receive those for two months after a 10 days promise. I dont understand why are they still in business. They make money out of you at least an extra $10 per box when using insurance plus the $15 in co-pay. Their frames are overpriced, and on top of that poor costumer service. You are warned!

The frames selection is terrible. I had an exam in May replacement single vision lens. I was told the they would ready April 10th. I was told the turn around time about a day by one of the staff. I stopped in a few days after the 10th and asked if they were ready and the staff member acted like I had lost my mind. I was asked if anyone had called me and who said something about it taking a day to get them done. I dont need an inquisition. I just need my glasses. Its now April 29th and I have heard nothing from them. If I would have known that this is how going to be I would have gone somewhere else. I spent way too much money for this kind of service. And also they said they were out of lens cleaner and could not give me the name of a safe lens cleaner to buy for the time being.
