The staff at the front counter, scheduling appts, are very good at what they do, and they care about getting you in as soon as possible. Iris is a ray of beautiful sunshine! The office would not be the same without her!! Jose is the man. He is the one to fit you in your glasses in every way shape and form. He will even help you find a pair of glasses that actually fits your head shape and for the exact lenses you need put in your glasses. He is so professional, and is so on top of knowing everything about a pair of glasses that you would have never even known actually mattered. We are so happy with Quinn that we get excited about going there!! Everyone there cares about you. It feels like a family. They are so different from any other business. The entire staff was very polite and helpful. They were very patient answering my many questions. The office was very clean. They cared about following COVID protocols. They ran the office efficiently and in time. AND, they have Saturday hours!! I would definitely recommend this practice to anyone needing vision care.

I didn’t know this center, someone recommended and since I entered I felt welcome! I couldn’t be more pleased, especially I have to highlight Jose Bellos attention! wonderful!! He took the time to explain to me, with kindly detail, every little thing that nobody else had done before about my glasses and its prescription, advantages and disadvantages of transitional formula, progressive, whether use or not the blue light blocker, etc etc! I highly recommend it !!!

Quinn Eye Center is very efficient and quick to see patients at their scheduled appointment time despite their full schedule! Their optometrist and reception staff is very friendly and very helpful!When my wife’s glasses’ frame broke, we were afraid of what it would cost to replace the frames because of insurance limitations. However, the optometrist, after trying to repair the frames, went in the back and found an old “removed from stock” new frame that fit my wife’s lenses exactly and gave them to us for free (they look really great too!)!!! We were so shocked, impressed, and thankful.

I have been using Quinn Eye Center for many years. Most of the time I see Dr Quinn. However due to the pandemic and my own schedule I havent been able to get in. I have been wearing my last pair of contacts for several months and I havent had glasses for several years.. I called the Quinn Eye center to finally set up an appointment and the earliest appointment available was about a month out. I was desperate and needed something sooner. They offered to put me on a Saturday waiting list in case someone canceled. I am leaving on vacation soon and was hoping to get new contacts and also order new glasses. I received a phone call on Thursday from Dr Quinns office and advised they had an opening on Saturday but with another Dr., I eagerly agreed to come in. From the get go on Saturday morning until the time I left, the service was awesome. I was taken care of quickly.I was seen by Dr Desai. Everyone that took care of me that day were very professional and pleasant to be with. I ordered new glasses and will be ordering contacts as well... I have never had a bad experience at Quinn Eye Center. The staff and Doctors in my opinion are top notch. Thank you Quinn Eye Center for your service. You are the best.

Dr . Quinn is really good. He took the time and went the extra mile for my eyes because my situation is more complicated than just getting a new glasses prescription. And his staff dealt with my insurance so I paid as little as possible. Very competent and caring, thank you Dr. Quinn.

Horrible experience! I was 15 minutes early for my appointment and they were 40 minutes late. As I was asking when I would be seen, another customer left after waiting for 45 minutes. They said it was because it was the first day in a new building and none of the equipment was ready, but the charts were paper and just sitting there. When I was finally brought back somehow my chart was shuffled with someone else and they read off someone else’s medical information for me (although my cover page was correct). It took over 10 minutes to read the old prescription off of my glasses. At that point I had been there an hour and 15 minutes and asked how much longer. I was told I needed to be dilated, and wait 10 minutes before the doctor could see me. I was left in the room with the door open and tons of employees walking around and no one came to dilate my eyes. I finally had enough and left. The kicker was that my husband had an appointment 45 minutes after me and was already with the doctor when I left. The issue was not the new building, but a terribly run business that mixed up medical records and had more patients than doctors available.

Highly recommend. The staff is friendly and very helpful. Doctors are fantastic and accommodating. Great pricing too! Great selection of frames in a wide price range. Really something for every age. I was thrilled with all the selections they had, so many great styles. I’m beyond happy & will be back every year!

Love my experience EVERYTIME i come in for my eye exam. The staff & physicians are always kind and professional. I never have a long wait time (if i even have to wait at all). Always provide hard copy of prescriptions without hassle. I would definitely recommend to anyone.Currently, given the times with Covid, I think they did well with everything being sanitized, having 6ft markers placed for patients, and having sanitizer placed for customers to use.

A friendly staff person, Courtney, was extremely helpful in accommodating the need for urgent care the day I called; my daughter had a speck of metal on her eye! We were from a different county and not current patients, but were given every courtesy and fit into a busy Saturday afternoon schedule, Dr. Steve was great! He was friendly, professional, very capable, gently removing the rusty metal from her eye. I would definitely return for care, if needed, and recommend to anyone! They rate 10 with me!

We absolutely love this practice. Theyre professional, communicative, and more than happy to take the time needed to help you with your questions/concerns. You dont feel like just another patient being pushed through the system as fast as possible like many other healthcare practices these days. Your concerns are not dismissed, but understood and addressed. We are happy with our ophthalmologist and he is wonderful with kids (our daughter started with him at age 4-5 and he knew exactly how to work with her to get a good comprehensive eye health screening completed).

Amazing! I have been wearing glasses/contacts for over 40 years and I have never been able to see more clearly! I came to Dr Quinn with many concerns including hardly wearing my contacts any more because I had to wear readers with them to see close up so it was no longer worth it. He was able to adjust my contact lens prescription so I no longer have to wear readers to read a menu! I love finally being able to wear my contacts again! Thank you Dr Quinn & the amazing staff who were so kind & helpful!

After a negative experience at a different eye office I decided to give Quinn Eye Center a chance. Upon scheduling I was already impressed. The scheduler was knowledgeable and helpful regarding my insurance. Scheduling an appointment was easy and they have very flexible hours. When I arrived the front desk staff was very friendly and welcoming. The location is very convenient as well. I was taken back to a room quickly and treated well. The physician was knowledgeable and helpful. He also offered to let me try some more affordable contacts than what I had been using to save me money. I was informed of anything that might cause additional unexpected costs. The building was in good condition and clean. I will definitely go here again and would recommend it to anyone.

They explain the all the costs upfront but that was really weird to me and I didnt quite follow what I was going to have to pay. I have insurance so usually I just pay a copay. They did say my bill would be less than the charges they had listed because of my insurance but they didnt say how much. I got scared reading the other reviews while waiting to be seen. I asked to take off contact lens fitting. The pink haired girl seemed angry about it, she warned me I wont be able to buy contacts without it. I told her I do all the time and she insisted I cant. Theres plenty of places you can online. Finally they took off contact lens fitting. I arrived at 10:05, my appointment was at 10:15, I was seen around 11:20. I was hoping for a new prescription because I cant really see street signs well while driving. Unfortunately they determined I need the same prescription I already have and theres not much I can do about it. Dr. Hughes was informative and gave some tips that might help. Now Im not getting new glasses because I have the same prescription... so Id like to use my insurance for contacts. Well I didnt have the contact lens fitting and theyre not open on Sunday, my one day off. I hate to have to go back. These are optometrists just like in the mall. I wanted to see an optomologist but I was misinformed about Quinn eye center and I didnt check before I went.

Unfortunately, my dog chewed up my Kate Spade glasses and ate around 50% of the frames. Luckily the lenses were still intact but had chew marks on them. I got these glasses from Quinn Eye Center last July and my insurance wouldnt cover a new pair until 2018. So I figured that Id call and ask what my options were for replacing these glasses. My expectations were really low when I called, but Quinn Eye Center was incredibly helpful in helping me replace my glasses. They said that my lenses are still covered under a 1-year warranty, so theyd be free to replace a long as I still had them. Then they gave me a great discount on the frames, but also said that I could look online to see if I could find them cheaper. I was really impressed with how flexible they were and how willing they were to work with me. I ended up getting a brand new pair of glasses with really nice lenses for about $80. Ive been to many other places that would have told me that I was out of luck, or that wouldnt work with frames that I didnt purchase from them. Thus, I was incredibly impressed with their customer service.

I have been wearing glasses since I was in first grade. In my later years, I had taken to getting my glasses at optical shops in the mall. My long time friend suggested Quinn Eye Center. I went there about 5 years ago for the first time. Dr. Quinn is an excellent doctor, and it was great that I got a discount for my exam and glasses since I have no insurance. I was impatient about waiting 2 weeks, but after I got them, and they were adjusted perfectly the first time, I bragged to everyone about Quinn Eye CenterTHIS time, I went to pick up my glasses. I was getting them adjusted by someone different than last time, and I didnt feel they were right. I told her I kept wanting to push 1 side back, and they were crooked. I think she took it personally, and said she did all she could do, and called someone else out for his opinion, who ended up laughing at me because I was trying to show him how my old glasses with the duct tape were straight on my face and not the new ones.Well, I left, frustrated because knowing me, if glasses dont feel right or look right to me I will obsessively keep checking in the mirror. Well, they never looked right and then they started hurting, peeling skin off 1 side of my nose and hurting my ear.I live in Bronson. I adjusted the glasses myself to the best of my ability. I am a pretty nice person and deserve respect as a customer and an older woman. I will pay some one else to adjust them later on if necessary, and I will go somewhere else next time. Lynne Stephens

Working with eye doctors for 27 years and Quinn Eye Center has been the best so far. The doctor was polite and informative during my exam, the receptionists are always caring and willing to help find a good pair of glasses, and the glasses techs (a guy manager - so sorry I cannot remember his name) are amazing. I would go back and get adjustments just from him because he would always make my glasses fit comfortably. I am very happy with my glasses Quinn Eye Center, thank you!

I couldn’t be happier with Quinn eye center. I got a really bad ulcer on my cornea and they not only talked to me after hours but fit me in the next day and for rechecks a few days later. Dr Quinn and Dr Hedges have been awesome. I feel at home there and everyone knows who I am (unfortunately because I have been having to go in for frequent rechecks). I highly recommend this practice for routine care and other eye issues.

My experience here has not been positive. My eyes are sensitive to touch tonometers, so I confirmed over the phone that they had the alternative air-puff device before I scheduled my exam. On the day of the appointment I was told they only have the touch-type device, which is a highly uncomfortable experience for me. Also the optician lady was not very friendly or helpful in selecting frames.I see they have a lot of good reviews (which is why I went there in the first place) so I guess your mileage may vary!

I was very pleased with my visit and I will return. The Dr took the time to answer all of my questions and even explained my prescription to me when no other optometrist ever has before. The front desk staff are also very nice and I waited maybe five minutes. I was in and out within an hour.

Great customer service and very thorough with each exam and procedure

Giving it three stars because I had a good experience previously. But please be aware that Quinn eye center does not value your time.Waited two weeks for my daughters eye appointment. Left work early, in order to pick up the kids early enough to get into town on time. Arrived five minutes early for it. Air conditioning was broken. Was allowed to wait for thirty minutes with no sort of communication from the staff. When I asked what the hold up was. I was greeted by what I assume is a staff manager saying it was At least an hour exam for a child. Okay that’d be no big deal if we were taken back on time and not made to wait. But we have lessons that I scheduled accordingly for. I allotted an hour and 30 minutes in our schedule for the appointment. And due to the lack of respect for our time (which is the most valuable thing people have). We chose to leave in order to meet our other commitments. And regardless of the quality of your team, we will choose to take our family of four to a different eye doctor. Please take the time to value your patients and their plans and either not over schedule yourself or communicate effectively upon arrival so people can be prepared.

If you have a difficult contact lens situation Dr. Quinn will work tirelessly to find a solution. Two years ago, after wearing contacts for over 44 years, I had cataract surgery in both of my eyes. I had expected to finally be free of contact lens and glasses forever. Unfortunately, it was not so. I have been to 5 different eye doctors, and spent so much money only to be told the only way to see clearly again is with glasses and that I am not a candidate anymore for contact lens. I was devastated; but, luckily I was referred to Dr. Quinn because I was told he had been successful with difficult prescriptions. I am so very happy I made the appointment. Unlike the other doctors, He has explained medically what was happening with my vision and has had so much patience with me and has tried diligently to find a positive outcome. We are very close. The office staff has been so kind and helpful and I found the cost of the visits to be extremely reasonable. I highly recommend the Quinn Eye Center to others.

Always enjoy my visit to Quinn Eye center. The place is very organized and clean with friendly staff that are very good about answering all your eyecare questions, and insurance concerns. They have many fabulous styles of eyewear to choose from at competitive pricing. You can go budget friendly or totally bling out with designer brands, such as Gucci, Coach, Ray Bans, etc. I really love how they are experts at fitting the glass frames to your face structure and make sure that they are comfortable to wear. Highly recommend and will be going back.

I just recently visited Quinn Eye Center for the first time. Upon entering the office someone was right with me helping me get my proper paperwork filled out. I was very pleased with the staff. Dr. Quinn was very kind and explained everything in detail. I had to recently leave the eye doctor I had gone to for over 30 years. It was hard to change however; Dr. Quinn met my high expectations. They have been very accommodating with both my husband and myself.

Very friendly and professional staff! My doctor was awesome as well! I went in because my previous doctor had given me an incorrect prescription. I was able to get a new and correct prescription from Quinn and now I can see everything so clearly it seems like magic! :)Moreover, they werent fussy about printing my prescription at all. At previous eye doctors, they have been so focused on selling designer frames, they made it a hassle for me to ask for my own prescription! While Quinn does have stylish frames available, I got the impression they care more about your health than about making sales. Definitely an optometrist you can trust!

My husband has been well cared for by Quinn Eye Center for a long time, so when I finally decided Id better get some real glasses instead of just drugstore readers, I made an appointment with Dr. Quinn last year. The staff is very pleasant and efficient, and I have always felt completely comfortable with the quality of care I receive at Quinn Eye Center. Its conveniently located and they have extended hours so making an appointment or dropping in to have an adjustment made is never a problem. They even made progressive bifocals kind of cute !

I wouldnt think of going anywhere else. I couldnt recommend Quinn Eye Center any higher unless there was more stars. For your vision needs this is the place to go.

I have been going to Quinn Eye Center for the past seven years. I usually see Dr. Quinn himself but this time Dr. Hedges was assigned to me. I am very pleased with the professionalism and accuracy of both of these fine doctors. They are a credit to their trade. Ive never had any problems with anyone on staff or management. Excellent service. Staff is professional, friendly, caring about their clients, prompt in scheduling appointments. The glasses, frames, replacement lenses, etc. provided are great. My dry-eye problem is already improved just since yesterdays appt. I wouldnt go to any other optometrist. Its a blessing to have Quinn Eye Center attend to my vision needs.

Ive been going here for several years, and this is by far my best optometrist experience. The staff is friendly and helpful, I cant say enough about the care and treatment I have received from Dr. Quinn, and Ive always been satisfied with my glasses purchases. As a part-time contact wearer, Im also pleased with how much effort they have put into finding the best lenses for my specific eye needs. Highly recommended!

I had a great experience getting my first pair of prescriptions glasses. I walked in and I was seen within 5 minutes. They really took care of me and helped me find out what I needed for my lifestyle and have me the knowledge I needed. Great service and great prices. I would recommend Quinn Eye Center to anyone.
