Ive had to wait over an hour after my appointment more than once. The pediatric part is usually more efficient but the adult part is a mess. Being a patient and relying on doctors is beyond frustration. Their time is precious, ours can be wasted and nothing ever happens to them to make them more responsible for their actions.

We followed Dr. Khuddus from Accent and UF before that and still love taking the kids to her. But twice in two weeks we have waited well past our appointment time to be seen. I am not unsatisfied with the actual exam and while my kids normally see Dr. Khuddus, we have all seen Dr. Murphy and I do like her but this waiting to be seen is the pits. I had to skip dilating my kids today because I just didn’t have time after already sitting there a half hour.

My husband went here through the va. He wasted over a year of his life wearing prisms that werent necessary and did more damage to his eyes. He needs eye surgery asap and we didnt figure this out until his recent va eye exam at a different location. We wasted time, money and this put my husbands eyesight at risk.

My daughter absolutely loves her and the treatment she gets. This doctor is awesome!!!! I recommend Family Focus to everyone. Joe B (Retired police officer).

I went to Dr. Murphy because I had a piece of grit or something beneath my eyelid that was scratching my eye. She was so patient, and flushed my eye out twice, and finally while swabbing the inside of the lid with a qtip, was able to dislodge whatever it was. Neither of us could see anything. But she fixed my problem, she spent almost an hour with me, and was gentle and thorough!

The doctor may be ok, but the customer service is absolutely terrible.

Dr. Aria Murphy has been one of the few Doctors in 21 years that helped me get the right medication for my eyes. Working together to preserve my vision.

My 2yr old son and I had a wonderful experience with the Dr and Staff. They had a play area to occupy him, nice patient rooms that played movies, and a bundle of patience. My son cant wait to go back for his glasses.

I was told one thing over the phone and then another about the cost. It’s very frustrating when you ask questions to get the specifics of the cost for the appointment and prescription then drive 45 minutes to get there only to find out after the appointment that we have to pay a lot more than told on the phone. The only thing the ladies could say is that’s our policy and we have signs posted. What does that do to make up for the lack of communication over the phone and the waist of our time and money. The service was very unprofessional and we will never be back to this place or recommend to anyone.

Dr. Rowe was very detailed and thorough as she examined my eyes. Not is a hurry or wanting to move to the next patient. I will recommend her to my friends and family.

We followed Dr. Khuddus to this new location (she used to be with Accent and we loved them there). We have yet to actually have an appointment with her. Weve seen several other doctors who have been okay. They are always running behind, even when you are the first appointment and no one else is there. The nurses are rude and they tell you one thing over the phone but then something different is said when you are there. We left out appointment today not happy and will be finding a new eye care place for my kids. I would not go here unless you have hours and hours to spend.

LOVE LOVE LOVE Dr. Khuddus!My kids have been her patients since infancy and I’ve never had a bad experience. We love her and the staff, they’re all so helpful and kind. She is honestly one of the sweetest most sincere humans I’ve ever met. Beautiful soul inside and out ❤️

Dr Murphy does such a great contact lens exam. Ive been wearing contacts for over 30 years and she has done the best at fitting me!

Was seen within 20 minutes of appointment time. Very professional and thorough. Very nice lady.

Dr. Khuddus and staff are fantastic. I have been taking my grandson to her for 8 years. Her connection with him was perfect from day one. Tammy has also been great! She and Dr. Khuddus set a great tone with him of not having any fear with his office visits or surgical procedure🌷and he looks forward to his check ups.

If I could give this practice more stars, I would! Dr. Khuddus and her staff are absolutely the most fantastic group of medical professionals I have ever encountered. My pediatrician referred us to Dr. Khuddus because my daughters eyelid was drooping. I was nervous about taking my 10 month old for an eye exam. When I made the appointment, her staff explained what the appointment would entail and ensured me it would be an easy, seamless process. Her office is clean and welcoming. Her technician, Tammy, is fantastic and did a type of screening/brief exam before Dr. Khuddus came in. They were very thorough, kind and professional. Very good with kids! It turned out that my daughter had a more serious issue than we thought. Dr. Khuddus referred us for an MRI. Her staff was quickly able to get the authorization from the insurance, help us schedule the MRI and deal with me, a total frantic and scared mom, as well. Dr. Khuddus called me after hours herself the evening after the MRI to let me know the results were normal (thank God!). I am so grateful for this office, this doctor and her staff. I highly recommend Family Focus!

Dr. Khuddus and her staff are excellent! She has treated my child great. I would not trust anyone but her when it comes to eyes! I’m amazed at the level of care and concern that she has shown my son.

Dr Khuddus has been great with my family and I. My little sister needed corrective eye surgery and Dr Khuddus did an incredible job at making us all feel at ease and making sure my sister felt comfortable and not scared thru the process. Would recommend her to anyone!

Appointment at 250p. Got there at 220p. Only had an eye dilation in 2 hours. 6 people have come afterwards and finished before me. HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED!

The staff are rude and incompetent. The only bright spot is Dr k .she knows what she is doing and is a kind and knowledgeable Doctor.

The best eye care in Gainesville. They see everyone from adults to newborns!! Routine and /or full medical exams. They have everything to fit your needs.

Dr.Khuddus is the best eye dr ever !! She has helped both of my children tremendously!! If it wasnt for her my son would have went blind and she saved his eye sight !! Their staff is also wonderful!! You cant ask for a better place they are truly the greatest!!

Wasnt seen after 90 minutes just to pick out frames and drop off the prescription already in hand. They left their last practice so there reviews are reset.

Wait time the last few visits have been crazy! The last 3 times I have been in the office longer than 2 hours.
