I could not believe how fast my glasses were ready. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Walked in on Saturday, picked up glasses on Tuesday. The service was friendly and very professional. I just love love the shades. The other pair were a frame I previously purchased from somewhere else. They fitted them with my prescription.Amazing. Thank you, thank you Eyecare Express. I will definitely recommend this business.

Everyone is extremely nice, helpful, and patient. The doctor is a sweetheart and super nice. The prices are good too and you get a big selection of glasses. If you are thinking to get your contacts or prescription renewed don’t doubt to go here!! :)

Refreshingly positive experience from start to finish! Lots of stylish top-name frames to choose from, and I think I tried every one of them on until I found just the right pair. Very affordable prices. (I took advantage of a great BOGO offer.) And because they have an in-house lab, many types of prescription glasses are available same-day, some within an hour. But of course what really sets Eyecare Express apart from the rest is their excellent customer service.It took me multiple visits to find my perfect frames, but the whole staff -- Lori, Amanda, Shelby, and Paul -- were all incredibly patient, helpful, and encouraging at every step of the process, offering insightful suggestions and friendly feedback, checking the availability of alternate colors and sizes for in-stock frames, and thoroughly explaining all the different lens options, all without any sales pressure whatsoever. I had actually visited several other opticians closer to my home before stopping by their store, and I am so glad I waited to get the right glasses from the right experts at the right price. The best place in Gainesville to get your eyes examined and buy your frames and glasses. Their Optometrist Dr. Johnson Does a complete exam. He is professional and very personable. Amanda, the young lady who helps you with your frames and adjustments works with you to get the best deal on frames and lenses and how you want your lenses. She will also fix any changes after you buy your glasses. They make your lenses at their store and are usually ready the same day . I highly recommend this Eyecare Express.

Wonderful, love this place! My frames broke outside of their year long warranty, but they agreed to replace them free of cost since I had never claimed a replacement on my warranty before. I was in and out in 2 minutes, and they were very friendly.Ive also had my eyes checked out here; very friendly and very good patient treatment. Not too costly either.And I get my contacts from here too!I would definitely recommend this place. I use this place for all my eyecare needs (:
