My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our experience at the Baybrook Lovesac location. We ordered a sectional from the store in Baybrook mall. The service we exceptional. Very knowledgeable and helpful staff at the store. They promised delivery in six to right weeks. We received the couch in a week and a half.Following the order, we were contacted by Priscilla, a customer service representative, who provided a map for assembly and tracked our order.When the sactional arrived, we were missing one cover. Even after hours, their team contacted us and had the missing part sent via FedEx the next day. Fantastic service.The couch arrived with detailed directions on the inside box cover. One note, the directions are on both sides of the box, open up both sides and read through the instructions. Covers fit tight, so line up the corners of the cover with the corners of the sides before you slide them all the way down.Follow the build map as the locations of the peg board squares are also important to locking in the sections in place.Overall, once you get the hang of it, the assembly is quick and easy.We had a great experience and the team at the store and on line were fantastic. I highly recommend Lovesac.

I have wanted to own a LoveSac for a very long time and was so excited when I was finally able to afford one. I love them but I have been very disappointed with the delivery process. I bought my pieces during the Black Friday sale this year and was told I would have everything before Christmas. This was not the case. On Dec 11, I received all but one deep cover set and was informed a week later that it was on back order. After that I did not hear anything back as to when I could expect delivery. After several texts to the “care rep” and showing up to the actual store I was still only provided with minimal information and no date for delivery. For the amount of money that is spent on these items I would expect that the items would all be shipped together and that if something is on back order to be notified in advance, so that I could have the option to wait for that item to become available or choose something else. I was just notified today that my missing item will be delivered next week. Again very disappointing that a company of this size is unable to fulfill their orders in a timely and efficient manner. The customer can not fully enjoy their purchase if we have to wait 4-6wks to have a complete set!!! I was looking forward to ordering more pieces but after this experience I am not sure that it is worth it unless LoveSac changes its policy to ensure that all items are delivered together and that they are able to have an accurate account of inventory to prevent delays like the one that I am experiencing.

We visited the store on the advise of our children who own a Lovesac system and because we could not find furniture that perfectly fit the unique design of our living area. Much to our delight we were led thru the experience by an advisor by the name of Sunil, whose expressed goal was to make sure that our needs and desires were met thru his recommendations and guidance. We had a wonderful experience arranging and rearranging the blocks which represented the pieces we selected. The whole while Sunil patiently walked with us thru the experience. To sum up, we are overwhelmed with the entire selection and purchase experience and want to express our special thanks to Sunil for his invaluable part of the process!! I love the LoveSac Brand and the way they run their company. I love the personal connections the employees make with customers - even during a pandemic! I have a lovesac that I stillLove and enjoy every day but had been dreaming about a chair and the modular couch. Zoe was in the store the day I visited at the Baybrook Mall location. Her attitude was energetic and so willing to help me - I told her what I wanted and asked her to help me make it happen. She helped me decide things, told me what was on sale and how to put together the piece of furniture I have been dreaming about ! I am so so happy. We had been shopping online and in person for months. We went into LoveSac at Baybrook Mall in Webster Tx and our search was over Zoe was AWESOME she was so helpful, she knew her stuff from top to bottom. She did not rush me and did everything down to finding something the color of my walls to make sure the fabric would look right. She priced out many options without complaints (we had that problem at two other stores). We were familiar with Lovesac but Zoe absolutely made the decision a simple one for us. We are now anxiously awaiting the arrival of our sactional and Lovesac

We did end up purchasing our first Lovesac Couch. Yes, the prices are higher than we expected to spend, but my wife and I were tired of cheap couches falling apart. So, we chose to buy quality. The sales lady had a vast knowledge of the product which was nice because we had a lot of questions about warranty and the design. We have 5 kids and 4 dogs. Our couch will be delivered next week and were all excited.Update: 1/23/2021 we have had our Lovesac for almost a year now. We still love it and it is still in great shape. The best part for us is being able to pull the covers off and wash the whole couch. The construction is extremely durable.

Went to the showroom after my good friend raves about Lovesac.We ended up purchasing 2 Moviesacs and 2 Pillowsacs as they worked perfectly for our situation in our new home.The showroom and associates were welcoming, friendly, and super helpful at allowing us to decide what worked best for us without being pushy.It was a great experience and we are thrilled with how these products are working perfectly for us and our lifestyle.

I just purchased my third Lovesac and it couldn’t have been easier. I was at work and looked at a recent email I received advertising a flash sale. I found something I wanted, called the Baybrook store, and spoke to Amelia. I told her what I wanted to purchase and she provided additional suggestions on items that I may have been interested in. Since I already had an account Amelia was able to complete the entire transaction over the phone. Right when the purchase was complete I’m pretty sure I heard a crowd of people cheering in the background and a flock of doves flying overhead in slow motion.I am pleased with the experience and I will shop there again if I need an oversized fluff ball that feels like you’re sitting on a cloud.

I bought a couch. It cost almost as much as a car. It is a great couch. It came in a to of giant boxes so we naturally played fort. The lady that helped us in the store was nice and she didnt think I was nuts because I couldnt touch stuff. I have sensory processing disorder so we had to feel all of the couch materials to make sure I could touch them before we bought them. Apparently, Im not the first SPD person that she has had in her store. They get a lot of autistic customers. Yay! Im overall happy with my couch. Best part, my kids cant break it and if they do manage to break it the company will replace it.

So as far as the furniture goes, I find that to be completely opinion based and in my own words I would say it’s pretty dang amazing.As far as the shopping experience, my biggest pet peve is walking into an establishment and being lurked on or bombarded with a sales person shoving useless information and sales pitches when all I planned on doing was deciding on how to spend my money in peace and without being rushed or stared at while I pretend to behave naturally on furniture. They stare at you from the other side of the couch acting like it’s the best couch or bed you have ever had the priveledge of sitting on while you sit there in a manner that you would never sit in and tell yourself it’s a piece of junk.This was not the case at lovesac. In fact it was a great shopping experience with me lounging on there furniture while a few asssociates showed me the benefits their furniture offered and told me to have at it and kick my feet up for minute to see what I thought. They let the furniture sell itself and in turn I walked out with an 8 piece sanctional and a super sac.Great overall experience and would happily reccomend.

I made purchases Jan. 2nd after applying for a line of credit at their store, and I still have not received a card, statement on where to pay, or the products. Its Feb. 2nd. I went to their store and asked why the long wait only to be told it would take 3 business weeks. After 3 weeks went by, I e-mailed them and never received an answer. A month has passed and Im now worried that they will charge 24months interest to my purchase since I technically havent made a payment because I havent received their credit card or payment information or their product. Ive asked the simple question,How do I pay? How do I give you my money so I dont violate any contingencies in financing? They couldnt find or open up my profile. Jesus Christ....I cant...Lovesac..I just cant....
