My husband and I were there yesterday.. the restrooms are NASTY… trash everywhere, toilets were very dirty, fecal matter was smeared inside the stalls.. blood was on the floor as well, I couldn’t use it in there had to go find a clean restroom elsewhere in the mall.. there was a lot of customers including me that approached an employee very politely asked him could he get someone to please clean the restrooms.. even the men’s restroom had urine all over it some other customers said. So at least an hour went by and my husband and I were leaving the mall, I decided to see if they were cleaned before we left and the women’s was still not clean, disgusting.. and smelled horrible.. not sure if they cleaned the men’s by then.. probably not.. please keep your restrooms clean! It’s horrible!

Horrible experience. If you cant buy the items you have in the store with the JCPENNEY card then why have one? Either that or why carry the items? Pick one. Dont have me wait in a line to purchase just have to deal with the embarrassment of being told the card is being declined when Im a platinum card holder and have more than enough credit to purchase the selected items. You just lost yourself a customer. I wont ever buy anything from this company again.

I love Penneys it breaks my heart to think of it closing. It is the only place I shop for clothes. It was nice shopping today it was quiet but still nice variety to choose from. I got two pairs of shoes and new purse it was good to shop Pennys again.

We were here to get our pictures taken in their photography studio! The staff there were awesome. And they cleaned in between customers and just made you comfortable!

Been looking for a set of towels in a light green for months. Not only did this JCPENNEY have the color I wanted they are also are a good quality towel Ive been searching for awhile. Ive been to my local JCPENNEY and they didnt have any towels of this color or quality.

I went in and came out with over $500 worth of clothes for only $300.

They always have some great sales, but the lines to check out are always long and time consuming.

A long time favorite. The baybrook location was disappointing due to a rude manager An item clearly marked with their clearance tag she questioned at length. Even after taking a Very Long time to go view the sales rack where clearly several others of the same item were also matked down she hesitantly gave us the OBVIOUS Marked down price ! Totally unnecessary & a waste of time. You would have thought it was effecting her personal pay or something!

I did go in here and I bought a set of beautiful luggage ,a very long pearl necklace,and two bracelets. They were all on sale.

It was cool, but if you want the real deal with Sephora stuff then you need to go to actual Sephora store in the mall. Plus JCPenney sells what I wanted $10 more.

This has always been a great JCPenney. They always have great sales plus you can get your hair cut while there. Hey, they even have a Sephora inside for makeup needs and mens cologne. Very clean store.

Ive never done any serious shopping at this location, but I regularly park at Penneys because there is good parking and its easy access to the rest of the mall, and so I end up walking through the store often. The store is always clean, and the employees seem friendly. Seems about as nice as any other Pennys Ive visited.

Had a couple of returns, the young lady that helped me ( Manuela) was very professional as well as knowledgeable at her job. Its people like Manuela that keep people coming back.

BEWARE! I am so very upset and disappointed with JC Penney right now!! I have shopped there for years and have always been satisfied, but not this time! I was Christmas shopping with my Mom and we saw a great deal on the Cooks brand instant pot. So we decided to buy 3- one for us each and one as a gift. Got to the register and we were told that the price is after the rebate. So the $29 price was really $49 and then a $20 rebate. We decided to go ahead with the purchase and there was no mention of limits whatsoever. Then when I go to request the rebates, there is a limit if one per household. I am not happy. Have contacted customer service twice to no avail. They just keep saying we have to follow the promotional policy. Ugh!! I am so mad that they are not willing to take care of me as a customer over $20 rebates. I mean, most people probably dont even bother to redeem them. I feel like they are scamming their own customers!!

I found a shirt I liked, in my size, on sale. In and out in 10 minutes. Pleased.

The store hours are till 8pm. At 730 they made an announcement its 730 and we have to close the mall doors. Without notice without 10 min warning.The store manager Eric made lame excuse that mall asked them early without warning.Had to walk all around the giant mall with small child to get to my car.

Great place to shop for clothes. Wish they had more cashiers to check people out, there seems to always be a line of 5 or more people.

Probably an off brand you havent heard of before. The price will be significantly higher than Amazon, even after all the stacked coupons and sales.Checking out involves walking through a short closed off aisle of HORRIBLE impulse buy stuff, the cheapest merchandise available. Once through, settle in for a wait because the checkout process at JCP is the longest of any store Ive ever been to. Archaic POS systems and software are used, theres at least half a dozen upsell prompts, and the associates are encouraged (nay threatened) to lie about the JCP card to try and get you to sign up.Get. With. The. Times. Update your systems to focus on quick checkout, stock quality products at MSRP like your succeeding competitors do, and up your dismal employee pay to levels where you can find employees who actually care even a little.Learn the lesson Toys-R-US failed to.

Paid way less then I thought when I got to the counter. Which is always a plus, but why they only have one cashier area open is beyond me. The line was literally around the corner. Thank goodness someone told us customer service had started checking out.

This JCPENNEY is my favorite. Very well organized and stocked.

Only have 2 registers wich make the line up to 20 costumers with 6ft distance from each other great costumer service they really try there best but the should have more registers

Not quite the same since they cut back on checkout places but it seems like enough staff if you need help. Glad some of the dressing rooms are open.

I love shopping here. Its a clean organized store. The employees could be more helpful. If I ask anything the answer is responded with a finger pointed in a certain direction that way or over there or in the back.

JC Penney has been around as long as I can remember.I love the home goods but today I was shopping for myself and found some pretty good deals. There wasnt a line at the check out so that made it even better.Please remember to hit the like button if my review helped you in anyway.

I went here hoping to find some white Oxford cloth long sleeve shirt and some dock shoes. They had a sale on the shirts I have buy one get one free but unfortunately I could only find one. And they didnt have any of the style of shoe I was looking for

I bought a jacket as a christmas gift here. i had my receipt and the jacket, it did not fit so we tried to exchange sizes. the jacket had a kohls tag even though i clearly bought it from here???? they yelled at me and did not let me do the exchange.

Such nice and helpful sales people. Had ordered wrong size on line. They helped me return, order right size, and even got me a better deal. Only problem I had was finding an open cash reg while carrying a heavy cooking set around the store.

Went to this Salon to cut my hair really short with Dalia on a Friday. Saturday, she did my balayage and I liked the color but no one in my family did, so I went back on Sunday, so she could fix it, and she did an amazing job!!! She was professional, sweet, and did an AMAZING JOB!!! I will definitely come back to her!! Sorry for being so picky!!!!

The only problem was checking out. There were only 2 Cashiers in the front of the store and 3 in the back. Need to work on this.

We love Aryn in the portrait studio! She does takes the best photos, best poses, and gets the best facial reactions! I never feel rushed with her. And I also dont feel like she is trying to push the sales. When it is time to pick out your portraits she will let you look by yourself and select your favorites. And then when you are ready she will come back and make suggestions or edits if you want them!

I went shopping for a suit today. The JCPenny located at the Baybrook Mall had everything that I needed. Good selection and good pricing. I recommend checking it out if you are in need of a suit.

Great store. Had what I needed but the personnel were short before Christmas. To top it off sale personnel working hard but the people shopping were taking too long. Plan better management.

Let me be clear. The salon is clean with quality stylists. The salon receptionist, Sarah, is wonderful. So, why 3 stars? I can walk through the home department without cringing. Although, it is a limited selection. Home dept has order and associates who will help. The childrens department is disorganized. Clothes on incorrect racks, on the floor, top of fixtures. No sizing. Multiple times, I hoped for the convenience of grabbing PJs or socks for the grandkids. (Kim cuts my hair at the salon she is very good). I think I saw an associate, once. They wouldnt look at me or greet me. I left empty handed (several times.)

2 stars because the girl who rang me up was nice and I found what I was looking for. I walked in to Sephora, wasnt greeted, didnt find what I wanted, par for the course. We walked past two chicks at a customer service area, werent greeted, someone who walked up to the register was tho. I found what I wanted in The shoe department, thanks to nobody but myself, BTW that dept was a mess, and headed to another part of the store to pay. I got a good deal, but how about if the salespeople quit yakking to each other and notice the guests? No wonder they have falling sales.

Excellent service from Rosa in the blind, curtain & shade department. She gave us sooo much info we didnt know and she was very patient, answered every single question we. Very professional and very knowledgeable about products in her Dept. I highly recommend you go to her if and you need window coverings.

Came in to purchase an item we saw at a different location, we had difficulty finding it at first. However Mr. Roman, one of the associates, was extremely helpful! He went above and beyond expectations. He was so quick to help. He was in a completely different location in the store but he made sure we were walking out of the store with the item we wanted! Products are nice, but the way they treat people aren’t. I went in not to long ago and saw a manager just disregard an employee about her w-2. I mean she was basically begging why can you help others and not me.I mean there were other incidents at this location but this really stuck out. Another customer and myself were really customers and staff were handled by managementWould be 5 stars but that’s just unprofessional as all get out.

Very well stocked and staffed. We had gone to Macys right before here to get some things to wear to a funeral and was immediately disappointed by their stock and prices. Jcpenney had everything we needed and for half the price! We got dress slacks, 2 dress shirts, a dress, and high heels for the price we paid for just my husbands dress pant at macys! They were my savior

Havent been to a JCPenney in forever they have alot of interesting items and great deals during the holidays.

Ship items to the store for pick up is good unless you have to wait over a week.Xmas time and New Years Day sale is when you get the best discounts.

I visited the salon to get my weave cut. I asked for layers and she asked if I also wanted it to have the V look. Needles to say, she cut my hair but next time I will ahead to the saying good things come to those who wait. I shouldve waited and let Mrs. Rose cut my weave.

Showed up late, like 8:00 on black Friday.Bought a refrigerator and a large freezer and believe it or not got great service despite the day most of the employees had. Christopher was excellent at his job, friendly and professional. Set everything up for delivery and then helped with some decorating items my wife needed. So thanks for all your help Christopher and thanks to Pennys for a great sale. This is probably my favorite department store for most of my needs.
