Customer service was good when buying the living room set also not a problem with delivery but the leather couch we had for almost a year started fading called talked with someone left messages, emailed,called again talked with someone else said she would get back with me still waiting…. For 3000 should have lasted longer…. Never again will we buy from there it’s now going on year two no one ever got back with us also called the local store in Webster

We waited 2 1/2 hours to try to return a 40 dollar lamp and got the run around between customer service and the manager. We have spent a significant amount of money here and was treated as if the 40 dollar lamp was a huge deal. We were told because it was an acceptance now account nothing could be done after customer service had already approved the exchange and had let the supervisor know. We ended up returning the item and paying the difference for a more extensive item (pillow). The hassle was unnecessary. Very bad customer service.

The customer service is awesome awesome. All the reps spoke and they were friendly and alert . There where about two are three of them spoke and asked if I need help two are three times. Thanks Diana and ms Lewis for your help. Look at all the different styles and variety they have . The prices are unbeatable. I am about to buy all kinds of lamps wow.

If it were possible I would rate them a -5. Service was great while they were MAKING the sale. Afterwards when we had problems with the delivery, due to the salesmans mistake which he admitted to over the phone but didnt do anything to correct. It took talking to FIVE people over SEVERAL HOURS to find anyone willing to help and we still had to wait until the next day to get someone to come out and correct the problem. Some of the worst customer service I have ever experienced. We will never be back.

I have been trying to buy 4 throw pillows from Rooms to Go to match an accent chair I purchased and despite getting instructions from the staff at the store on how to complete the form to make the purchase ( this was accompanied by a picture) I was sent the wrong pillows. I have been trying for weeks now to correct this and after ringing customer service again I was told I had to go into the store to sort the order out. I spoke to the staff at the store and they insisted I had to come into the store to sort it out. I got there and was told by the manager I had to ring customer service to fix the problem. The lady at customer service was the rudest ever as she told me to listen to her as she explained that the accent chair didnt come with a pillow. I explained that I knew that , I was trying to order one that matched, obviously she didnt understand what the word match meant. I will never purchase anything from them again and if I could I would cancel an order that I am still waiting on.

I would caution anyone getting a king-sized bed frame from Rooms To Go. They do not have proper support to hold that large of a mattress. The one we got has collapsed TWICE, luckily no one was hurt.And so far their customer support hasnt been the greatest. I was offered a $30 refund or $50 store credit for a $600 bed that I had to fix, because their guys couldnt put it together correctly. They went up to $150, and thats it. They couldnt have cared less. Great job, guys.

Use to be a great company to purchase items from. This time I purchased furniture for several rooms and the experience has been horrible. My daughter moved into her first apartment and was so excited to be living independently. Unfortunately, her living room set arrived scuffed up and with fabric damage. It was advised that we accept the furniture then ask for an exchange. We did but have since had 2 attempted deliveries that arrived in worse condition. We requested the furniture to come in the original crates to prevent this from happening again. That delivery arrived today uncrated and damaged. Tried calling customer care during regular business office to discuss options and recording said they were closed and to try back during business hours. Then top of all that the delivery time constantly changes without anyone contacting or verifying your availability out side of the scheduled time block.

First I will say, I understand that furniture is extremely difficult to come by these days. We were looking for a sectional for a small apartment living room, we explain to the salesman that we needed something small. He suggested a small reclining sofa after a lot of looking. We got it home and it had to sit way too far away from the wall for it to recline so we need to bring it back the next morning. Rooms to go would not allow a return they said we had to have in store credit and could pick something else. We picked something else and they guaranteed that it would be to us in two days. They said it was in stock and promised us it would be ready. Today is day two, they didn’t call so we tried calling the store, no answer, no return phone call. We went up to the store to find a handful of sales people just sitting in the front. When we asked about the couch, they said it had been sold. We were upset and asked for our money back and they will not do it, even though there was a guarantee it would be there and now is not. There is nothing being done to fix the issue they are telling us we basically have to just deal with it and wait until August. We have family coming in for our daughters wedding end of July and the salesman, Tony, knew that and promised us we would have it. We had told him we saw another couch elsewhere and could get that one but we decided to buy with Rooms to Go because they promised it would be there. We will now go get the other couch and try to re coup our money somehow with rooms to go. Just not honest people. Not a way to do business. We told Tony we were afraid that the couch would be gone by the time they “processed” the paperwork and he said no way but here we are

Good store, and had a great experience with Bernie helping us. He was helpful and cared to go into the important details that we needed, even ones we werent aware could come into question, as he helped us split our order as some pieces would be available sooner than we expected, and made sure that all the edge cases related to that were explained. At the same time, Bernie made sure we had our space and didnt follow us around or tried pushing us for anything.The only reason it doesnt get 5/5, is that we did have a worse experience with another associate there, who did indeed follow us around, as we were just looking, despite us saying wed let him know if we needed anything. Also, prices are average, not especially cheap, but the quality seems to be according, so should be worth it when it comes to furniture, as youd like that to last for many years.

Save yourself a headache, customer service is horrible. Sales people are great but when something gets damaged youre on your own. The extended warranty you can purchase also gives you the run around. Furniture is cheaply made. I was a long time customer, but theyve lost my business.

Very good customer service! I fell in love with this bed for my daughter. Since it was Labor Day weekend I got it on sale so that was a plus!Luckily they had it in stock at the warehouse so we had to go pick it up in katy. Kyla Lewis was very friendly and she helped me a lot and had a lot of patience while showing me different mattresses that would go perfect with this bed! I highly recommend them!

Diane Harris was an AWESOME customer service representative at the Webster location. She has a good eye for detail in what you are looking for and very driven. There were other male employees sitting when we walked in and she was the only one offering us a hand with measurements with a table we were interested in. Also unlike other sale representatives she gave us choices and alternatives and allowed us to make the overall decisions. Sales and customer service were great. However we ordered the teak set in March and waited until the end of May for it to be delivered. We were patient with this because we loved the furniture and the sales. Then we received the furniture only and no cushions because of a sunbrella back order. Again we have been patient. Realized that the two chairs were broken underneath(supposed to get replacements). Which I find very suspect that we had to wait three months for and now they’re readily available in two weeks. Now we are getting only the partial order of cushions and the complete set won’t be in until October!? Bc supposedly on back order. I can’t even mix and match the cushions at this point to fake a complete set. I am very disappointed with the entire delivery process which is very unfortunate because the sales people have been very kind in trying to be accommodating and the furniture is pretty and comfortable, but because of this experience I will not be a returning customer.Update 6/26/21. I received 1 cushion set for 1 chair. The “partial order” was supposed to be 2/3 couch cushions and 1/2 chair cushions. Instead I received just 1. I called customer service to have my order just returned. They directed me to the store. I went in store, explained what happened, they asked me to please give them a chance to make it right by waiting until July 9 when it shows on the computer all remaining cushions will be in my home as well as the two broken chairs will be replaced. I told them I will not be waiting 1 day past July 9. I left and called customer service again to just have them pick up their furniture and refund my money. I was told the best they could do was exchange for a set of equal or GREATER value! I asked to escalate to a supervisor who told me the store manager would reach out. Since I spent so much on this pleasant bay teak set with a couch, two chairs, a coffee table and two end tables, and this is the treatment they give their customers, I will be updating this review until I get my order in a timely manner or my complete satisfaction

Very terrible customer service. Had to have my nightstand re delivered 3 times due to damage and my bed I had to wait 3 weeks to put together due to them not bringing the screws to put it the first time then the second time they brought the wrong screws then they finally got it right. But on the first deliver my mirror nightstand and foot board was all damaged. Then the second delivery my nightstand was damaged again. The third time I was running a little late and they said they could not deliver. I would never buy from them again and will never recommend anyone to them again.

Kevin Torres is the kind of sales associate that everyone should get! He was kind, patient and listened to our needs and found exactly what we needed and didnt pressure us to make a decision. We came to the store 3 times before we purchased anything. When we told him about a warranty issue on our current bed, he helped us rectify it so that we didnt lose money. All I can say is Wow Wow wow!!! My son and I were on our way to Sams bc he needed a matress.but not the way I said lets just stop here and see what they got. Within 10 mins we found exactly what he wanted. I was hesitant at first bc anytime Ive been in a furniture store prices are super high. NOT THE CASE here Sierra was super helpful, she answered all my questions and didnt make me feel like I was a bother. My fiancé came to Rooms To Go today looking for a replacement couch and we really just wanted to look around to see if we found something we liked. We wanted to peruse without the guidance of a salesperson and Linda was the only person who afforded us that opportunity - for that purpose, we asked her for help when we found items we loved! After she began assisting us, we were in and out in literally 10 minutes! She was quick, efficient, and SO polite! It’s like she treated us as actual humans instead of another paycheck, and my fiancé and I truly appreciated that. She bantered and joked with us through the whole process when her tablet ran a few seconds slow and never had that “salesperson” attitude. She got our paperwork to us without a hitch and made sure the products were exactly as we wanted. Without a doubt, Linda receives a 10/10 in our book!

I had previously spoken over the phone with a delightful salesman named, Marlone, whom I requested upon entering. He graciously met with us while in the midst of taking care of other customers. After wrapping up with them, he took phenomenal care of us and accommodated all of our needs, all while making us feel like family. He was extremely patience, attentive, and personable. Bought a new bed and box spring. They delivered a used one. had finger prints and stains on it. Friday was the earliest they could deliver. Told them I had to work. They wanted me to take a day off to make it convenient for them. So, they said they would see what they could do about Saturday. But no promises.When I spoke with them. They act like they are doing me a favor. How long am I supposed to have a used mattress? The manager said he would make it right with some kind of compensation. Still waiting on it.

I went to rooms to go looking for furniture that could be delivered within the week. I made that very clear upon arrival. The first associate helped me find my couch in under 5 minutes. He was great. Then he took me to the kids department to find a bedroom set for my daughter. He notified the sales associate, Ann, to only show things that were currently available in the warehouse. She should me around and after picking out and paying for the bedroom set, she told me it wouldn’t be delivered for two weeks. That’s not what I asked for, and had I know before I swiped my card, I wouldn’t have. But two weeks is doable. I call to double check my order, and am notified that part of the bedroom set won’t be available until JULY. It’s APRIL. I was lied to. Then when I called and spoke to the supervisor JUDY. She called me a liar and told me that she could not process my refund and there was nothing she could do to help me. I called the 800 customer service number and the customer care agent that answered the phone assured me that Judy did have the ability to cancel my refund. She lied to me. This transaction was over $2,800. And they are playing games with my money, my time and my furniture. SHOP SOMEWHERE ELSE.

I walked in expecting to be greeted as other were being greeted as well, however when I walked in with my brother and niece most sales representative decided it was appropriate to walk away. Not Ms. Hera, she was the only one who didn’t discriminate me and chose to help me with great attitude andthe most respectful tone. She took the time to show me and my siblings many options and never left my side and made my visit very comfortable. I am very proud to say she got my full respect and credit for the sale she made that day. As a 19 year old with a full time job that works for a company that customer service is a big thing and also something I take very serious. Like we both said “nobody shall judge a book by it’s cover” I ended up buy a huge set that approximately cost around $3000 with all the add ons and Warranties. The two ladies who helped me were Kyla in the kids department and Huda in the main furniture department. They were both great to work with, patient and pleasant. They didn’t rush me in my decisions. I was able to take my time and make my selections and both ladies were their in each department to assist me a long the way. Great customer service. Beware of damage furniture being deliver and you have to figure out how to rectify the situation!!I purchased a section and when it was delivered the springs were broken to the point they were protruding from the base of the couch. The delivery guy was trying to push them in as if that were satisfactory. It saddened me that the delivery guys saw this and brought it into my home anyway as if it was in a condition to be used. I was told they had to leave it and someone would call me to fix the issue. No one ever called. I called the 1-800- customer service number, if you will call it that- several times and left my number to be called back at 130pm. No one called prior to the center’s close. I called the store hoping my sales person could assist. No help there either the manager told him to log it and someone would call from customer service in 2-3 business days to schedule a replacement piece. Wow, this is your best??? And best customer service, which is what you do... customer service allows you to sell and have repeat customers. I am beyond frustrated and disappointed because I have purchased many pieces for my home from Rooms to Go. Perhaps it is time for me now to let them GO... now I am left holding the bag to figure out how to either get a replacement piece or have them come get this entire damaged couch they thought was okay to leave at my home and refund ALL of my MONEY! The entire process is broken and needs to be reviewed and improved this is unacceptable by any means!

TERRIBLE customer service from these people do not buy from these people!!! I ordered a couch on December 20th, my couch was delivered in February it was missing two pillows. I call as soon as they left and told customer service I was missing 2 pillows and it was even documented on the delivery receipt. The told me it was ordered. Waited til March called back same story its ordered, I figured Id be patient. Fast forward to today July 13th still no pillows. Just spent 2 hours on the phone with these people and they are giving me the same runaround. They wont even refund the value of the pillows. How long should a person have to wait to get what they paid for 7 months ago??? Completely unprofessional of these people!! Please save yourself and dont do business with these people.

She is very knowledgeable of the products at the store and does not pressure you into things you don’t need.So update from March! Really starting to regret buying rooms to go patio furniture, two of the chairs came broken, (but they will replace). Still have not got my cushions they were supposed to be delivered tomorrow, however a lady from rooms to go call today and let me know that two of the three couch cushions will be delivered and only one of the two chairs sorry they’re on back order till October. 🤷🏼‍♂️

I had such a great experience today at Rooms to Go. My sales person was Mr. Kai. He made this experience a very pleasurable one. My shopping experience was beyond amazing! My sales guy Eduardo was fantastic! Not only friendly but very knowledgeable and down to earth! Unlike previous experience he sets the bar high hands down! Most sales people hassle you or begin to be rude once they get your money but not Eduardo he was fantastic from start to finish! And might I mention that I was in and out. The process was smooth and super easy!

This is not the first time that weve bought furniture from Rooms to Go, but it was definitely the quickest. We explained that we had limited time so Leonard expertly guided us to the products we described an interest iin, offering helpful and informative comments along the way. With a bit of help from Judy, he efficiently handled the ordering process and got us out of the store in just over an hour. As always, were very pleased with the whole transaction.

A little intimidating at first having all the staff waiting as a crowd at the door, but we could not be happier with the lady that was helping us. She did not shadow us or pester while we were browsing but was always available when we needed her and was very knowledgeable. Overall very happy with our experience there and the furniture we got.

Bench not delivered. The delivery said it was. Terrible service. Well be speaking with a banch or district manager soon. Unacceptable. One box for table and two boxes for 4 chairs. No bench.
