Alex hooked us up with brand new mattresses and two bases for my new apartment and got us great deals on all of them. Very knowledgeable and customer-focused. The delivery of the bases has been quite a headache (there is a free base promotion going on I think). I paid for my bases and was promised delivery today. Sarah had the unfortunate task of delivering the news that one of the bases I have been waiting for is out of stock and that we would have to reschedule my delivery. Oh Sarah, this news before my morning coffee equals her being the unfortunate receiver of grumpy brittany. She was incredible. He was considerate of my needs and not pushy in any way. I came back the next night with my spouse and he again listened to our likes and needs. We ended up buying a mattress that had not initially been in our price range but because of the 0% interest they offer, we agreed that the bed was worth every penny. This was our first experience with the Mattress Firm. I was pleasantly surprised that we weren’t greeted with a rehearsed sales pitch directing us to a pre-selected group of products with a higher margin than other possibly better quality products. What happened is that the sales associate asked good questions about the type of mattress product we were seeking. More importantly they were able to direct us to a smaller group of products that fit our needs and budget saving a lot of confusion. Shopping for our mattress was a pleasant experience.

We have bought our last five mattresses from the mattress firm and they are always professional and courteous.The employees always go the extra mile and then some. Our latest mattress was for my daughter and after a couple months she was not happy with it.Kelsey who sold us the mattress originally, helped her find a new mattress that was less soft and made her happy. Kelsey handled the return and even helped her find a great pillow.We really appreciate the mattress firm and their employees, and will continue to buy our mattresses here.

I have been dreading getting a new mattress and have put it off because I really don’t like sales people-sorry! HOWEVER, that being said, when I walked in to the store I was greeted by Elaine. She asked me a few questions to get started and then I tried out several beds. She made herself available in case I had any questions yet also gave me my space. She was very polite and patient as I was here most of the afternoon. Top notch customer service!! Don’t go anywhere else for your mattress needs!

We bought a mattress last year during a sale, and a few months back we discovered a defect with basically split the mattress in half. So we called, and all we had to do was send pictures and they gave us a credit for what we paid for the mattress. We didn’t get hassled or anything. But my main issues are #1: The one we bought was discontinued and everything had gone up in price of course, so we had to buy a more expensive one, meaning we had to pay out of pocket when we really just wanted an even exchange. #2: Even though it was THEIR screw up, and we shouldn’t have had to look for another mattress for at least a decade, we STILL had to pay the $100 delivery fee. I thought that was totally bogus since, again... it was THEIR screw up and we shouldn’t have had to go there again in the first place, especially having to pay out of pocket for a new one.

Thank the both of you for being so helpful andKind. I felt the warmnest the minute I entered the door.

Sarah helped us find a bed for our young adult (student) son. She was no-nonsense about the process and accepted our budget constraints and willingly worked within them. She solved an issue we had about getting a queen box spring up stairs and around sharp bends by suggesting a split box spring. She steered us toward beds that were on sale, allowing us to get a better bed than expected for the amount we were willing to pay. We arrived and then finished, paid, and left within 45 minutes. I was amazed at the ease we experienced while purchasing this bed. I highly recommend Sarah at this store.

I was pretty hesitant to go mattress shopping, especially on President’s Day weekend, but my girlfriend said we couldn’t avoid going to Mattress Firm. I was anticipating getting hounded by a salesman that wouldn’t let us leave without taking a mattress home strapped to the roof of my car. We met Sarah and her team and spent somewhere around two hours there, not because we were held hostage but because we were comfortable enough to really check out the options without being rushed, up sold or forced into a decision. We ended up checking out a couple more stores that had different options afterwards but ultimately came back. I was very pleasantly surprised with the whole experience and would recommend this store if you’re looking for a mattress.

Needed a nice firm twin mattress for cheap for a kids trundle/grandparent visitor bed. Was in and out in less than 15 minutes total. Scott Rogers was a huge help and made the whole experience easy. Also nice that they have a little Lego table to keep the little ones occupied!

Brandon was so helpful! We were hesitant to make a decision on a mattress because I deal with arthritis in my hips and back. Picking the right or wrong mattress is a daunting decision. Brandon answered all of our questions, provided lots of information about which mattresses to consider and which ones would likely not be a good fit for us, and stayed well past closing to make sure we were taken care of. We are completely satisfied!

I had done research and had a good idea of what I wanted.
