Rhonda and the store manager, Jeff, (at the 19606 Gulf Freeway location) went above and beyond to help us get a mattress quickly. The mattress is beyond comfortable, everything you could want in comfort. The manager, Jeff offered the option of being able to pick up next day with a store drop off delivery helped us in a time crunch. This is my only place to go for excellent service in the Bay Area. Rhonda, you were a joy to work with!

I came in to this location because I was sick of waking up every 2 hours to readjust and struggle to find a comfy spot. I spoke with frank and let him know that I didn’t have a mass wad of cash to drop in a bed, but I still needed help. He jumped on it with the quickness and got me financed with meh so so credit. I’m going home tonight to sleep for real and it’s all thanks to him. He was friendly and helpful. Job well done.

One of the nicest shopping experience I ever had for a mattress. I went in they show me several mattress and asked me which one I like. I chose the middle price one. The salesman, Byron, asked me if I had the foundation and frame, I did not. Byron gave me a great deal on them, I almost felt guilty. This is the only place I will shop for going forward for all of my mattress needs. The manager, Frank and Byron made me feel right at home with a no pressure sale pitch. Dont overpay somewhere else, take a moment and stop by and see what they can do for you.

Bryon and Frank were very knowledgeable of the multiple different mattresses we looked at, from how they were simpler to what was the selling point of each one. If you are completely at a loss on where to start looking for a new mattress I would start here.

I would give zero stars if I could this is the worst mattress store.......... I bought my mattress Sunday and was told it would be delivered at the store Monday. I never received a call to any of the numbers I gave to be informed it was ready. I waited all week so I finally went to the store Friday to only be told my order wasnt even placed........... the gentleman that sold me the mattress should worry more about placing paying customers orders instead of maintaining his beard. Because now I dont have a mattress for my family to sleep on

I already did some research and wanted the gel foam bed in firm Sealy. He wanted to know my price rang , I told him I wanted to see the options and make a choice. He gave me an attitude to give him a price rang, I said show me the options, and yet again he gave me attitude again. He then carelessly walked over to a bed and said these are it , cheapest we got. Not explaining what type, style or anything details on the product.I then informed him “we obviously aren’t hitting it off, He then walked to the back, so I walked off.He was extremely disrespectful and cared less to make his customers feels comfortable.Being in Sales myself this is definitely a company that has put a dirty taste in my mouth.Was really looking forward to buying a bed today, will take my cash elsewhere.

Victor was extremely rude and was super aggressive. He was trying to force us into trying things we were not interested in at all. His pushy attitude made us uncomfortable and as we left he said thanks for wasting my time, which is really ironic because no one was even in the store to begin with. This is a joke of a store don’t waste your time with people like Victor.

Bad communication with delivery but when they finally did deliver the guy was super nice.

Call Frank,He is extremely knowledgeable in the matress department. He showed me several options and really helped me choose the Temperpedic to help my back. He even through in 2 pillows to close the deal. I will definitely come back here for any of my matress needs.

Was expecting a much lengthy wait on a delivery today only to find out the company filed bankruptcy!! Poor business!!!
