Experience was pretty cool as my wife and I ended up buying a Flextop King iLE smart bed. Heather was our sales person helping us out. She was knowledgeable about all of the perks of the bed.THE CONS: I asked her 3 times “if I do not like the bed within 100 days, I will only be responsible for the delivery fee…correct? Is there anything else I need to know before we make the purchase”. Literally; as soon as we ran the card number to purchase, she says “Also, if for some reason you want to return within 100 days, we will not refund the base (runs around 3k), only the mattress”.I wouldn’t be upset if I was ignorant and did not ask her over and over. It was unethical and sneaky. It should of been brought to our attention when I kept asking. Unfortunately, she waited until the purchase to disclose. Makes me not want to do business or refer anyone to a company that feels the need to wait to disclose information.

Worst investment ever! Save your money. The bed may feel good In stores but it’s a nightmare at home. So much back pain I have to sleep on the couch and sleep number won’t take my return.

We purchased sleep number and temp cool. I noticed an itch with temp cool and never thought nothing of it and returned it wasnt satisfied. Now we have heard of bed bugs. I called customer service and they told me that they could not do nothing. What I did noticed that temp cool did not come in box when delivered and set up. I 🤔 I got a returned item that caused this issue. I will never buy another sleep number nor recommend to anyone. I spent so much money 8k to get this type of response.

We went in with the intention of buying a I10 and there were 3 salesmen and not a single one offered to help or at the very least say we will be right with you. If you plan to spend 8-10k on a bed the least you could do would be to have an ounce of customer service to provide. It was a huge turn off and we won’t be back. Please don’t reply with your generic automated reply, that is an insult to my intelligence. Spend the money on training your staff than on marketing tools. The bed can sale itself.

Kelvin is an excellent salesman who explained how the mattresses work in detail and demonstration! He made purchasing the mattress effortless. He set me up on the phone app so that when my mattress is delivered I will be be ready to sleep comfortably. I am anticipating an excellent sleep number experience for years to come. Thanks Kelvin! If you go to the Baybrook store, do yourself a favor and ask for Kelvin!

We had our first queen size sleep number bed for 15 years and will now replace the foam and move it upstairs. We are excited about our new king size with adjustable base and warmer. It is an investment and will last much longer than any other mattress. The delivery guys were great too! I highly recommend sleep number beds.

This store, it’s sales staff, and delivery was fine. The bed we purchased, a queen size, is nice. Our only complaint is the intrusiveness of the app used to control the bed. In order to get the feedback on your sleep, you have to agree to share your data with the company. Creepy. And if you don’t (and we don’t) you get repeated, annoying requests to do so on your phone. I would like to fully use all the capabilities of the bed system, but only if I can have privacy.

DO NOT BUY A SLEEP NUMBER BED!I have trigeminal neuralgia, fibromyalgia, arthritis, and am disabled from the amount of pain I deal with. As well as having to have brain surgery for one of my conditions.I went into their store desperate to find something to sleep on because I cant sleep from my pain. The salesperson quickly pushed us into a bed after I told him all the health issues I have and why I needed it. He said this would be a good bed for me.The bed ended up being too firm and very uncomfortable. I called to return the bed and the person over the phone asked my issues and I told her all the issues in tears no less because Im desperate to get sleep and not be in pain. She instead of my return talked me in to an upgraded mattress that I had to again refinance like a new purchase, but she convinced me this bed would help me and Id have the best sleep ever.I still cant sleep, it is extremely uncomfortable, and I am in tremendous pain even more than my last bed. So I called today and they are now telling me that once you exchange it voids your 100 day trial period, even though it cost me more money and was another purchase.The lady over the phone never told me that when I asked her my options during the exchange when I wanted to return. They were deceptive and took advantage of someone in a desperate situation.Now Im stuck with a bed I cant sleep in, in terrible pain. They are an absolutely disgusting company! Go elsewhere!

Michelle was great. She was patient, knowledgeable, and answered all of our questions. It was late, about an hour to close, but she was still kindly assisting us. We haven’t received our bed yet, but we had a very positive experience.

We are extremely happy with our new C4 bed. It is a split king and the head and feet adjust. We have had the best night sleep in years. They warranty it for 25 years which means it should last us the rest of our lives.

5 stars for sleep number, the mattress and brand. 3 stars for this store. When we bought our bed...We wouldnt have bought there if we hadnt already known we wanted a bed. We were the only customers in the store and there were 3 salesmen. It took 15 minutes before anyone came to talk to us. We then had that salesman to ourselves. After about 15 minutes, another couple came in. Our salesman immediately dropped us to go attend to them. 5 minutes later, another couple came in. Same salesman went to attend to them. Meanwhile, 2 salesmen were standing behind a counter. And we had questions which could not be answered. After 5 minutes, another couple came in. Yep, you guessed it. Same salesman was attending to us all.By then, we were ready to complete our purchase. We were not applying for credit so it was just ring it up and go. Did our salesman do that? No. He ran a credit application for the couple that arrived after us. We had to sit and watch them get their credit approved. Finally, while we and the second couple to arrive were waiting for their credit to be run, the other two salesmen jumped in and helped couples three and four. Meanwhile, couple number two was completed before we were given the time of day.Apparently their commissions are also based on credit applications. So with us paying cash, we were less money in the pocket for our salesman.Like I said, if we hadnt already known we were making a purchase, we never would have done so at this store. What we needed to know was which mattress would suit us best. And it turned out to not be the one we thought we wanted with online browsing. Going into the store is necessary.A final note. Our salesman was pushing delivery on us so our old mattress could be hauled away. Delivery would take 10-14 days. Shipping, we were told, while much cheaper, would take 14 days to be sure we finally opted for shipping vs delivery. We had our new bed within 5 days and it was super simple to setup with great directions on how to do so. We also ordered pillows but our salesman didnt seem to know what pillow was what, so we got the wrong thing. We went back to exchange those and that was another ordeal. At this point our pillows are now corrected and with our new pillows, new mattress, and new bedding, my husband and I havent slept so well in years. Our old mattress (that our sons have now inherited - split king, so 2 twins) was a temperpedic. We will never recommend that brand to anyone. Hands down, sleep number is amazing and totally recommended. Going in the store and trying the mattresses matters. But maybe just make your purchase online.

My husband and I went into this store in early June just to look at a bed. We were very interested in the cooling system and was told it was on sale for 20% off. After applying for financing and ready to leave David, our team member, told us he had made a mistake and it wasnt on sale. We were going to have to call back and order it later in the week if we wanted any sort of sale. We ended up walking out with the intentions of ordering the cooling system the next week and were going to pick-up a bed that was originally a floor model at the Pearland store. We were told that everything would be included in the floor model bed and if we were missing anything they would help us get it. David was the team member helping us out. We got to Pearland and found out that the bed was missing the outer foam walls so this new bed that we had to pick up, was not complete. Over 6 weeks later I finally had to call to figure out why we had still not received the foam walls. They said they were on back order and we would get them later. At this point I already had looked at the instruction manual and realized that our king mattress was also missing the center foam piece. I mentioned that this would also need to be ordered and I was assured again that we would get everything we needed. We finally did get the outer foam walls but the center foam wall wasnt even showing up in my sleep number orders. I gave David another call and was told that the message would be relayed to him. He called back and apologized but said he would get the order in right away. We are now over 2 months since we purchased this bed. In that time Ive called this sleep number store asking to speak to David over 6 times. Each time Ive never received a phone call back. Extremely disappointed with the service I have received. If you want a sleep number bed go somewhere else, you wont get the service or the items you were promised. I will continue to call back because I paid for an entire bed with all the pieces. Their only solution is You can set-up the bed without the center foam piece. It will just sag a little in the middle. I should not need to be put through the ringer just to get what I was promised.

We went to the Baybrook Sleep Number store pretty much knowing we were going to buy one. We didn’t know alot about them except that people we know who have them, love them. When we got there, Lathan greeted us and talked to us about what we wanted and what we already had. He took us around to each different type of bed and thoroughly explained all the details and benefits of Sleep Number beds while we experienced all the features. My husband and I both ended up liking the 1st one best, which is the i8 360 smart bed. It was like a cloud! We ended up buying the king sized split version and now we can’t wait until delivery! We haven’t had a decent bed in about 4 years and we feel like we’ve earned this. We were impressed that theres a 25 year guarantee on them and hope this will be the last bed we ever have to buy. Lathan was very knowledgeable and answered all our questions thoroughly.

Went in knowing what we wanted. We live In a 5th wheel camper. Once we started talking we reali,ed what we wanted was not possible. Cassandra than started over, and explained all the beds to us. She was extremely patient. When she was unsure the two gentleman working with her were very helpful. We ended up buying our 4th sleep number bed.

We bought a split king with adjustable base and they refuse to honor their 25 yr warranty. We had bed for 5yrs. The adjustable base stopped working. They are rhe most difficult firm to deal with and very dishonest.

I wish there was a way to give a company a negative star on Yelp. Hands down the worst customer service I have had in my entire life. Sleep number is a joke. Started off when they came to drop off my daughters sleep number bed. They came set up the bed did not connect anything like my sales rep said they were going to do.So I was on the phone for 10minutes setting up bed not to bad experience. Sales rep lied to me about my bed saying there were no labor day specials coming up. Labor day comes better beds on special for the price I paid for my bed so I get it exchanged no problem. They come drop off my bed again ask the guy is it set up to my app he says yes. he asked me if I want my remote control set up as well I said yes. THEY SEND THE WRONG REMOTE CANT ADJUST MY BED THEN THE GUY DID NIT EVEN PLUG IN MY PUMP SO I CAN USE MY BED IM ON PHONE FOR 3HOURS WITH THESE PEOPLE AND THEY CANT FIX IT THEN THEY TELL ME I HAVE TO WAIT A WEEK TILL I CAN ADJUST MY BED. SO IM LAYING ON A ROCK INSTEAD OF A MATTRESS. I HAVE TO WAIT ANOTHER WEEK for something that should of been set up. I spent 7000 on mattresses for customer service and they didnt even set them up stay away from this company truly is horrible . Rep told yes no worries if you have any issues you can return the matress thats true but the useless adjustable base can not even returned which that cost 1899.99 your not told that when there smiling in your face feeding you Bs. HORRIBLE COMPANY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. On phone for three hours who does that seriously horrible customer service. Had to post this and the picture for 3 hours rediculous

This regards only to their pillows and return policy on the pillows, which there is no returns allowed on pillows. You can exchange one for another but if you cant find one you like, youre out of your money.
