Good customer service, lots of variety and very knowledgeable staff.

Frustrating finding help in this place!! Employees were unconcerned and too busy to answer or help. NO stars for customer service... it was obvious that I was a no body the way that I was pushed on the next Rep and his body language when inquiring about the membership/credit card. I was caught of guard with his comment (OH!), once he realized I was approved and the amount. His was friendlier and very talkative. Needless to say... closed account/wasted money on membership and sticking with Costco!!

Im giving 1 star only because I have to as it will not allow me to proceed. The 1 star is not for the product or merchandise, but for the racial profiling as I felt as if I had a literal tail behind me with the salesperson following me around every which way. And when I was at the counter to make my purchase, this person had the audacity to ask if I was ready. Um - you followed me around the entire time I was shopping, Im pretty sure you knew I was done... #shoppingwhilehispanic

Its convenient, for me but often have to go other cosmoproff because its so busy , they are out of the things I need
