Friendly staff very helpful!

I have been to many Sallys Beauty stores around town and the staff at this location is amazing. Tiffany Vangyi is extremely knowledgeable about hair and the stores products. I went from dark brown hair to a gorgeous pale blonde and its all due to her excellent advice!

I used to really like Sally Beauty but the last 4 times Ive been there it hasnt been a good experience. The prices are a bit over average which I normally wouldnt mind for great customer services but thats greatly lacking at this store. During my most recent visit I purchased over 50$ worth of items and I wasnt offered the free tote. The next week I went in to purchase items for my daughter and spent over 50 again and I asked about the promo that had ended just the day before...allegedly..the cashier said she would have to ask the manager if they could give me a tote even though I had my receipt with me. If you show up 30 minutes before closing they turn off the music and half the lights. During these highly competitive days in the retail world you would think they would be more than happy to make money but instead you feel so unwelcome you cut your shopping trip short and dont spend. When I was a Manager in retail that sort of custimer service would never had happen if I wanted to keep my job! Very disappointed.
