Every time i go in here i never get help even when i ask... they never go to the back of the store to show me the wigs. It’s also very hard to see the hair because of the way the store is set up. Id rather go up the street to hair way to heaven. bigger selection and better service

Started out soooo excited to have a beauty supply, so close to home. Big place , lots of product. The prices are ok, but I would advise not purchasing the chemical products they sell. In particular the DESIGN FREEDOM PERM for tinted hair.Long story cut way short..... I used the perm, now I wear a wig. Not because the perm doesnt look good, but because it instantly burned my hair off my head. Literally had to buzz my hair to a 1/4 inch, and it is still not coming back healthy.The ONLY compensation for selling a product that has destroyed my hair and my feelings about my appearance, is 1/2 off the wig I bought, from them. I am still devastated a month or so later and am so dreading the upcoming summer temps and the fact that Im gonna miss out on some summer activities because I look like a troll!!! Just sharing my experience. Buyer beware, the age of customer service is a thing of the past!!!

I went in to look for a replacement blade for my clippers. The attendant told me they didnt and that maybe I should go to the dollar store. Absolutely disrespectful unprofessional and bad customer service.

This was a great beauty supply store. I would like to say this is the best one in the Greater Fresno Area. Way cleaner and neater. However, the prices were marked I’d say 20-40% higher on some items. But they had the best variety of Eco Styler Gels and Hair Gels I have ever seen, which is a plus. I wish they didn’t have to follow you around so much, that would make this a 5 star review! ☃️

When they first opened up I was excited to see what’s inside and if they were just like the rest of the other hair stores but I can honestly say that I’m impressed they have so many options to chose from especially the accessories you cnt go wrong with anything you wnt be sorry when you step foot in there my fav store to go and now I knoe the employees in there lol they are professional and always make sure your satisfied friendly and kind the best store ever

Hands down the best Beauty Supply store if you’re looking for cheap prices and great customer service Angel Beauty Supply is the Place. Jay the owner is a very attentive guy who helps you without being pushy he wants you to come in to his store and feel comfortable which I like without wondering if I’m being watched. Kim as well is a nice woman who is also helpful and sweet. I will choose them over any Beauty Supply store thanks will shop here again .

Stop by to purchase products and honestly was treated with respect and very professional!!! Angel I believe is the manger made sure that my discount was added even after I already had paid for my product and gave me the difference. They have a really big variety of hair essentials. They even have some all natural products u dnt usually see in hair stores. Plus they have alot of really cute jewelry!!

No customers service experience

Met my sister there after work earlier this week. We walked in together to a huge store w/no other customers & no greeting but we didnt think much about it. After a few moments of browsing the braids and locs aisle a staff person comes by and asks if we need help. We say no thank you and she walks back towards the front of the store, but not completely. Do you know this child had the nerve to stand at the other end of the aisle were in and just watch us the entire time we shopped. Two middle aged women, shopping afterwork no less. I mean, cmon... anyway, my sister is heated, so we get what we need and head to the register. Honestly we would have spent way more money had we not been followed by ol girl and a guy we only noticed towards the end of our transaction just swarming around us like bees. In retrospect I should have spoken up, but sometimes you just want to ignore internal bias and just be. Anyway...thats my last visit to this place.
