Great place to find vintage and modern items for your home. Lots of clothing and shoes. Well organized and friendly staff. Prices were reasonable. Enjoyed my visit and will definitely stop by again soon.

Great prices very helpful staff and clean store.

I collect antique uranium glass that can only be verified by shining a uv light on it. I was told i am not allowed to inspect pieces. And that is exactly how they permenantly lost a sale today and a regular customer. A poor attitude and a lack of customer autonomy is a bad look for what is essentially a small goodwill. Not one single resale shop in the local area had an issue with my using a tiny uv light to check the glow color of certain glass, and ive been to exactly 9 of them today in the tinley park, Orland, mokena, and new lennox area. 0 out of 5. Will not waste time there again.

I recently donated some items to Nearly New. The staff accepting the donations were very courteous. I had not been in before so was surprised at the variety of items they had in the store. I even ended up shopping! Gina and Elizabeth were very helpful as I was asking questions about specific items that I was looking for. Not much of a thrift store shopper but I will be back there.

Nearly New Resale falls on the nicer-than-usual end of the spectrum of resale stores. However, their prices are a little bit higher than other resale stores in the area, but from what Ive seen, the selection is nicer. They have all kinds of things, clothing and shoes, toys, books, housewares, etc.

Doesnt matter what day or time that I visit the younger staff members are ALWAYS rude or hiding in the back room leaving the floor unattended (opening for theft). God forbid you ask for help with something on the floor then the customer service gets even worse. Yesterday one rolled her eyes because she had to actually walk to the register to help customers check out. So I called her on the eye rolling. As a avid thrift store shopper in 3 counties would have to say this store has the worst customer service out of all that I frequent. I dread going in.

This was my first time visiting this small but great store fantastic prices and the customer service i give a 5 stars magnificent.

Small place, typical resale. Has deals. Staff not always friendly. I asked a young girl a question and she gave me a rude answer. Morningstar down the street is way better.

This place looks kinda wierd from the outside with all the dresses in the window, but it has a lot to offer and I always leave with something! Solid place with art, books, furniture, knick-knacks, jewelry/accessories and ofc. clothes. Cheap prices and lots to look at.
