This is a family owned establishment and they are really nice, friendly, and give off positive vibes. Me and my husband came to check out the dream cloud mattress. They helped me and my husband make a decision on a mattress and they were very honest too. Example of their honesty: the salesman told us about the dream cloud mattress and how many of their customers kept their mattress vs those that returned it. This really helped us decide which one of the dream cloud mattresses to get. I’m really pleased with even the way they handled a discrepancy that happened with misplacement of our mattress. They acted quickly, kept open communication, and again were really honest. All in all we received our mattress exactly when it was scheduled and I’m pleased with our mattress as well.

I love how Avanti is a small, family ran business. The staff who work there are extremely friendly and helpful. The furniture that they sell are high quality and very durable. The delivery crew was outstanding. They placed rug mats down before entering the home. They placed all the furniture pieces exactly where it needed to go. We were looking for a new mattress with an adjustable base (head and feet can be raised and lowered). We went to the sleep number store ($7,500), Darvin ($8,500), and then stopped in here and got a great mattress with an adjustable base for half the price. Also, it seems that this is a family business. The son was our sales person and he would yell back “mom, how much is X.” The delivery/assembly was included and very conscientious. We were very happy with our experience.

Bought a set of Natuzzi couch, loveseat and chair. They delivered on time however the loveseat came with a patch on the arm from previous damage. Extremely disappointed! So sad paying $7K plus for quality itialian leather furniture and they pass off second hand stock thats been repaired without even mentioning it.

Where do I start...we found a kitchen table and chairs we loved, but didnt love the other furniture store we found it in. I emailed Avanti later that night (long after business hours ended), and asked about availability and pricing. I received a reply the next morning, and was very happy with the pricing. My wife and I stopped in later that day and placed the order. When the table and chairs arrived, their installers noticed a flaw on the table that we would not likely have ever noticed. They insisted on replacing the damaged parts (under warranty). Fast forward to when the new parts arrived, they called and set up a convenient time to stop back, and were finished in no time. I admired the integrity and honesty of their installers, and was particularly happy with how responsive Patrick was to all communications. Avanti Furniture sets an example in customer service that all businesses (large and small) should live up to. I will be a customer for life!

With that said, they have the most competitive prices and want your business, they are small family owned.We got our custom sofa, love seat, and recliners here as well as an entire bedroom set, minus the mattress. They have been consistently 20-25% less than other big box furniture stores such as Darvin, ArtVan, Ashely, etc.
