This time around, we bought an amazing loft bed for our son, which he adores. The bed itself is fantastically solid and wonderful quality, the mattress is incredibly comfortable, and every piece of the package was well-priced. However, again what stood out to us was the exceptionally high level of service we received. We initially spoke with Staff in the showroom, who was incredibly genuine and kind, and found that the level of service remained high throughout the process, from the selection and order process right through to delivery and set-up.

Bought a new couch here and the experience was great! The couch we initially were interested in ended up costing too much so we chose one that was on sale, but thats okay because it is still nice. Paid in full for furniture in November, was told 14 to 16 weeks for delivery. It is mid June, had to threaten to come get a refund before they call to schedule a delivery time. Scheduled that delivery for 5pm, it is now 7:45pm and still no furniture. Have called twice to be told they are a little bit behind. Its safe to say, I would not recommend this place to anyone nor will I buy anything else there. Poor service to say the least.

The nightstands are super high quality. The wood, hardwood and color are subset. We both love the size of the drawers and the velvet lining in the top drawer. They even arrived a month ahead of schedule.

My husband and I purchased a bedroom suite from here, it was delivered in 6 days. Thankfully everything we bought was in stock besides the mattress. However, our nightstand came cracked, and there were several dents in the dresser. We did order a pine set. The delivery man was sure to take pictures and send them to his boss and we were able to keep this furniture while they order us replacements. Although it was unfortunate our furniture was dinged up and I’m now wishing we chose a sturdier wood, so far we have received immaculate customer service. I would also like to mention the dings in the furniture seemed more from manufacturer than from this business, because they wrap and pack the furniture well in the truck so that it doesn’t move around. Definitely will come back here in the future.

They claim to not sell used furniture, but resell used mattresses claiming they are new. Buyer beware!

They hand our furnitures with extra care and they made sure I was happy with what I purchased which most of other furniture stores blame you for not being happy after purchase but my experience with them was so much nicer and better.

Was told the bed I ordered would deliver in 4-6 weeks. I called after 5 weeks and it wasnt in, was told they would check on it and call back. They never called back. I called every week or so after to check on the status and never got updates. Eventually was told a date it would arrive and it still didnt come. 11 weeks after I ordered they were kind enough to let me pick out something currently in stock since the bed I ordered still wasnt in. They delivered it the next day, which I appreciated. The bed I ended up with was $100 cheaper than the one I paid for. No refund or in store credit was given. I have called and was just told I would get a call back, which I dont expect will happen since they havent called back any time they said they would. The bed I did receive is decent quality, but the customer service is definitely lacking.Update - Did finally receive a refund for the difference. Overall still not a great experience.

On Oct 9, 2020, my elderly mother places a order for an entire bedroom set, mattress, adjustable base and a recliner, totaling over $5,000. She paid half the cost up front and was told the order would be in within 4-6 weeks. Without any updates, she called at the 4 week mark and was told it would be on the truck arriving the week before Thanksgiving. She had her existing bedroom furniture removed from her house in preparation. A month later, still no furniture. Still no updates. I called for her the first of December and was told it was coming in two trucks the following week. Yup, again no furniture, no updates. I called again the week before Christmas and was told the first of January. Guess what? It’s the end of January and nothing and no updates. This is beyond acceptable. At this point, what are we auppose to think except this “company” has taken advantage of an 80 year old woman on a fixed income and stolen her money. BUYER BEWARE!

I was lucky to find the side table I had been looking for, the price was reasonable the purchase process, and arrival was earlier than expected which was wonderful. I will continue purchasing furniture here.

Decent furniture for reasonable prices. Invested nearly $1500 including the delivery fee. Store policy granted a “loaner” couch in place of the $800 investment made pending its shipment. Unfortunately, the delivery personnel caused mild to moderate damage to the door frame, wall, & paint. Complaint filed with manger and it was determined unfounded despite photos of damage. Delivery men suggested damage pre-existed

Ordered a kitchen table set in December 2020. I paid upfront in cash. Was told told 4 to 6 weeks. 9 weeks went by with no update call on when it would be delivered, so I called to see where my purchase was. Same manager we sold to answerd the phone saying oh im sorry we should have contacted you, it will be another 2 weeks. This went on for over 4 months without getting a call...we had to call to get the update every time. Then come find out our kitchen table set had been in for a week with no call on arranging delivery and assembly. I found out by accident on the last call I made to them. So i finally got it delivered today. No call to let me know they were on there way and they dropped it off without assembling. They said they didnt know when they would be back to assemble and i told them if there not back by the end of the day im demanding a full refund and they can take this furniture back, im done with them. Im currently waiting to see if they show back up to assemble this kitchen table set today. Regardless if they if they do or not its a 1 star for me as they have horrible customer service. If i hadnt kept calling them, my furniture could have sit in their shop for 2 more months and they wouldnt care because they already had my money. What a slopy outfit they are. Im tired of being expected to be perfect by everyone and then dealing with all these businesses that do whatever they want. Im expected to be professional with the company I work for and the small buisness I own...soo im demanding others that i do buisness with do the same...Shame on these people. Several other reviews in the past 2 years with experiences like mine so, buyer beware.

The only place that could actually give me a loaner until my furniture came in! This COVID-19 has been so nuts but nobody’s been able to get us any products but these guys gave me a loaner for free! Best customer service best quality! The manager was not pushy and was very great and even though I would’ve spent the most she convinced me to save money and buy something that was actually going to suit my needs. Took a little while to get in due to the virus but We are so happy!

Bought a couch, took 6 weeks for delivery. We purchased a protection plan. The leather ripped really quickly on it. Now we have called on the warranty multiple times talked with someone twice. Other times we have been put on hold and hung up on. It has been 6 months since we asked about the warranty. And nothing. Now Im stuck with ruined couches and paid for a warranty that they arent assisting on.

This was my first experience shopping with Frankfort. The experience was both most enjoyable as there was so much stock to choose from and the prices were very reasonable.

I purchased a couch and loveseat with memory foam from this business, I will have to say they were great to do business with. Ive had several living room sets and this one is by far the best. The memory foam is much more comfortable than my past living room sets and it was half the price considering what I spent on my previous living room sets. I got the 5 year warranty just in case I have any issues. My furniture was delivered and set up with no issues. I will definitely do more business with them in the future.

Terrible delivery times, no communication with customers unless you call them. Then they have little to no information for you. Take my money and I wait 3 months for a slay bed ? Ridiculous. I wont be shopping here again! I want a full refund now!

Purchased 2 rocker recliners, sofa and loveseat in May. Back of recliner broke 7 months later, chair is Covered under 5 year warranty that I paid extra for. CANNOT GET IT REPAIRED. Called multiple times with all sorts of dead end excuses. Buyer beware. Would give Zero stars if possible.

Something where over priced...

So far, so good. Ordered a broyhill sofa. Will take 4 - 8 weeks to receive it. Staff was friendly without being overbearing. Left me on my own to make my decision but was available for any questions. No high pressure sales tactics. My rating may improve once I receive my sofa.

We purchased insurance on our furniture. What a waste. We started calling them 2 months ago regarding a broken piece, and just get the runaround, or a promised call back. Now they just stopped answering our calls. Time to call a lawyer, I guess. THESE PEOPLE ARE CROOKS.

We bought a bedroom set from here and when we got it, the nightstand had water damage, the dresser with mirror didn’t have the threads in the holes to put the legs on it! We have called and complained and even sent pictures and we’ve went up there and they keep saying they will do something about it and they will keep us informed every step of the way. That was in December. We have yet to get a call back. I went up there last night and asked about it and they said they will call me today. NO CALL!! I will NEVER give them our business again. They scam and overcharge for pressed wood. They don’t care about their customers.

Great service! Found our new couch

Myself and my family bought a bed and mattress from here. Great product but while buying we were told one price and then upcharged once we paid. Being I had my to small children with me we didnt notice until the next day and we went back. They didnt want to do anything at first and we left not very happy. Then we were called back with them saying they would deliver for free and refund our sales tax on the item they over charged us for. Well the bed was delivered and everything was great. We were still waiting on the refund check. A week later on a Sunday I went in to inquire about the refund and was told it had been mailed out. We waited till the following Friday and went back because no check had came. To then be told that their corporate had mailed it, even though this is a local business not a corporation at all. So was lied to again. Had to call the BBB for them to actually cut a check from a local bank.. They are liars and scam artist and I would not recommend anyone buy anything here. I know I wont be anymore.

Terrible customer service. Once they are paid, they won’t answer questions or return phone calls regarding any issues you are having. Apparently no one in the store knows a thing about customer service or how the business even works except the store manager, who is always busy and will never call you back. Every time I call, whoever answers acts like it’s their first day on the job and insists that I have to speak with the manger because they can’t help me or answer any of my questions. Train your employees, value customer service, and RETURN PHONE CALLS.
