Recently purchased a new house and with a new house comes new furniture. Our family had been shopping around for furniture at many different retailers in town and then we finally came to Furniture Liquidators. The prices are reasonable and the service is excellent. Our sales associate, Kelly W. was first class and had excellent knowledge of all the products. Did not pressure our family into buying anything right off the bat, but just gave useful ideas. For right now, we ended up getting a new King mattress as well as a new Full mattress. We will probably return to the store to see their sectionals and work within our budget to ensure we find the sofa that suits our family.The front end manager, Kelly, also was very polite and provided excellent customer service. On the day of delivery the store provided timely updates of where our order was during delivery. In the evening, manager Kelly called to do a follow-up call to see how our products were. Overall, highly recommend this store and the staff here is top notch and you cant go wrong! This store does really know how to Save you more!

I have had nothing but good experiences at FFO home. Anthony is usually the person my friends, boyfriend, and I have spoken to when we come here sporadically to look at furniture options for future apartments. To be completely honest we are young and not particularly financially well-endowed and with looking at furniture stores that can often make me feel intimidated, but with Anthony and FFO home we are always greeted enthusiastically and treated the same as any other customer. He is particularly well-informed and will answer any questions we have in an understandable way for furniture-store beginners. I genuinely appreciate the attitude he and FFO home present, and will always look at buying any future furniture from him first because I feel valued and appreciated as a customer.

Sales staff were experienced, friendly and professional...never pushy but always ready to help.Delivery was fast, easy and convenient with online tracking that was accurate within minutes. This was huge for me!The delivery staff were courteous and friendly. They delivered and set up my sofa and bed professionally and quickly.Overall one of the easiest and best buying experiences I have had anywhere from start to finish!

This is a tough review. I’m editing this due to the help of one person.The manager of this particular location was of great help. He went above and beyond to make things right, within the scope of his ability. He also made himself available any time until this was resolved. So that is why I went from 1 star to 2.That being said, I will still be honest. While he was very helpful and great to deal with, I do not agree with how they do business. Virtually every place now is offering 30 - 100 day trails with a full refund. Here, it’s 30 days or whatever but you can only exchange it for something else, in their store. So no refund. I had a particular price point that I did not want to go over. By the grace of god and the manager working very hard, we found something that is manageable. But it was not without a lot of phone calls and Effort on mine and his part.So, if you want a location where you will be told the truth and helped, I would go here.If you only like one mattress in there and you want to “try it”, shop else where because you won’t be getting a refund if your unhappy with the one mattress.

We needed another mattress cover because our old one is worn out, I’ve never been inside this location before but I’m glad I that I went there. Franco was the guy working and asked me if I needed some help he showed me the covers they had they weren’t plastic like the one I had these ones are cloth and look like they’re better quality he told me that they are guaranteed to keep the mattress clean and dry and if anything soaks through and the mattress gets wet they will replace the mattress so I figured they must be good and do the job if they’re willing to do this, He also showed me some mattresses that were sewn by hand and looked like what I’m looking for and that they are an additional %60 off the sale price he was very knowledgeable about the different types and which ones would be good for me I plan on going back in a couple of weeks and getting a new set.

I had been to a few different stores recently as I needed to replace my old bed set which was giving me back pain. Some stores I felt ignored, others I felt badgered and stalked as the sells person seems to follow not far behind me as I walked around. My boyfriend and I happened to be in the area and dropped in just to check their price range. Frank greeted us and made me feel at ease while looking around. I didnt feel rushed or pressured to buy anything. He was very friendly, funny, easy to talk to, and informative. We were able to quickly narrow down which bed was best for my needs. They offer delivery, which is fantastic since I dont own a truck. They also will dispose of your old bed at no extra charge (only the $30 delivery fee). I highly recommend visiting this store if you are in the area and looking to replace your bed. Hopefully you will get to meet Frank and have a great experience as well.

Made two visits to make a decision on a mattress. Rick was very helpful and guide us to what to test based on what we told him. Returned a couple of days later and decided on a different mattress with some help from Frank. Both were helpful without being pushy or pesky and let us evaluate on our own. Felt like we got a good deal. Hopefully we like the mattress as well when we get it home!

We came to this store looking for an affordable tv stand. We found one we loved that had already been sold, but the sales rep, Steve Fish found one left in their Frankfort store. He called and set up the transaction for us. The stand is of high quality and low cost, and Steve took more money off due to a small amount of damage to the wood. Steve was very friendly and helpful, and we will definitely return to this store for future purchases!

Steve was a great help. He got everything we needed and was the best sales rep I have ever seen. He was hard working and had great style and made sure you were comfortable with what you were getting. His 20+ years in the business really showed and I would suggest him every time.

As always when Ive gone there the staff is very helpful and knowledgeable about all of their furniture. Ive bought from there in the past and will continue to do so in the future. Everything Ive gotten from there is still in great shape and has lasted for years, some of which Ive given to my son when he moved out on his own. Ask the staff about the furniture youre looking at before deciding to buy, as with any place you get what you buy. They do have lower priced furniture but by spending just a few dollars more youll get so much more for your money and it will last just as long as my furniture has for me.

We came in to the store today ready to buy a mattress since we had looked at another location for what we wanted. We came in and told Frank our situation and what we wanted and needed to do. He understood and helped us completely!! Got everything signed away and set up and even got our bed to be delivered the day after Christmas! Wonderful man and really helps his customers get what they want!

I moved into my beautiful home the beginning of August. Tried this company out to furnish my living room, dinning room, and children’s bedroom. Very unprofessional with handling the delivery of my furniture. I spent over $3000 with this company. My delivery date was set for Friday August 16. Drivers did not deliver my furniture that day, and I never received a notification or anything that they were not gonna bring it. I was then told they would bring it the next day, which was Saturday, by 6pm. Still did not receive my furniture. I contacted supervisors and manager and was told the drivers did come out and took a picture of my door no one was home which was a lie because I had been home the entire day with my front door wild open. After speaking to several employees and a manager. He offered me his direct number and stated he promised the delivery for today (Monday August 19th) between 3-5. Here it is 5:18pm and my furniture has still made it to my home. There’s has been no sense of urgency, no accommodations. Nothing offered other than an apology and rescheduled delivery dates that has not been fulfilled. At this point I want a refund for my furniture and I will shop with another company that cares!

Although I had a decent experience buying my Restonic mattress 4 years ago, Mattress & Mores warranty and service has been a nightmare. We bought a mattress with a 25 year warranty that failed after 4 years. Mattress & More asks that they handle the warranty claim and not the mattress manufacturer. We followed the process for a warranty claim given on their website. Our mattress was inspected 11 days after the claim was submitted (we had to pay for the inspection). Mattress & More has ceased all communication with us since they saw how bad our mattress was. A report from the inspection was to be sent to us no more than 10 business days after the inspection. It has been 33 days and we still dont have the report. In that time there have been countless emails and phone calls have gone unanswered. They also have not responded to our complaint through the BBB. It has been made clear to us that Mattress & More cares only about sales and not taking care of their customers or honoring their warranties.UPDATE 2/27/19 - Mattress and More responded to my BBB complaint, but has been giving me the run around. Today they show up and refuse to replace it giving another excuse.

Had exchanged three mattresses and each time you pay a fee for (the so called comfort exchange) plus a $60 delivery charge. I cant believe they tried to pawn a defective mattress off on me. My girlfriend and her husband from out of state has the same exact mattress and never had any problems with theirs. The inspector (you also pay for that) came out and said that he immediately could see the problem and by the report he turned in didnt identify the issue. The mattress kept sliding to one side. It looked as if it was laid on its side and the gel had set causing a problem with edges of the mattress. It would throw you to one side and it felt as if you were climbing a hill struggling to get back up. I had rolled completely off of the mattress and onto the floor. The first mattress was hard as concrete and they kept telling me to give it about two or three months. I did...My body ached for weeks. The mattress you lay on in the showroom feels great. Anyhow this last exchange feels so much better. Im sleeping really good at night. Wanted to get another mattress for the guest room and it wont be from Matress & More.

We purchased a new King size Tempurpedic pro adapt bed during the July 4, 2018 sale, and Frank the manager was AWESOME. He explained in detail all about the mattresses until we were able to make a decision on our needs. Frank, actually made the bed buying experience fun, we laughed and he got us the bed we wanted. If you are looking for a new bed, go see Frank and he will get you all set up.

Pretty rough experience to be honest. Furniture delivered in wrong color and damaged. Originally paid for delivery. Specifically picked Saturday to avoid taking a day off work for their time window delivery. Of which I have no choice of time. If Im paying for delivery, give me options. You shouldnt make the rules when I pay for shipping. I should. And when I need a replacement couch because of FFO mistakes, I shouldnt have to take a day off work because you dont replace stuff on Saturdays. I paid for delivery. I didnt pay to take off during the week. In the end, I got the furniture I wanted, at a good price and in good shape. But the process was a pain. And I had to be the proactive one to make sure it got done.

My experience with this particular store has been the WORST experience with any business in my entire life. I bought furniture from them a month ago, paid a high amount for several pieces of furniture, insurance and delivery service, since that day I have been trying to get my furniture. First time they came to my house they were really late making me loose a doctor’s appointment, one of the items was incorrect and another one broken. Next time, we called ahead to specify the time frame we would be home so they could bring us what we were missing, they were late again for hours and we were not home at that point. Third time they had to come to my house another item was broken and we had to send it back. Trying to get a hold of anyone is really hard, whenever I speak with someone they say they are not responsable for solving that issue. I have talked to MANY people already trying to solve my issue and nothing. A manager called me to apologized for the bad service and said she would even send a $100 gift certificate, it never happened. Now a month later I still don’t have all the furniture I bought and still no one is “the right person”, as they say, to solve my issue. I would highly recommend to anyone looking to buy furniture to avoid all the stress and waste of time, go somewhere else. FFO for me does not longer exist, I will never again buy nothing else from them, as their customer and delivery services are awful and very disappointing.

Bought all my furniture there for 25 years 4kitchen sets 5 livingroom sets 6 bedroom sets mine and kids office furniture never got a warranty got a warranty on my last living room set ffos that I bought it the year before go with warranty company which I got through them how to send pictures emails finally they said I was supposed to go to ffo by the time ffo got back with me I had to go back to the warranty company the year was up are they told me they dont fix cracks in the furniture Ill never shop at ffo again

Great furniture and great prices, but the service is very problematic. Ordered a bedroom set minus the drawers/mirror. It arrived, the movers were very fast and didnt say much. They ended up breaking one of the bed supports accidentally but they left so quickly that I didnt even have time to notice until about 15 minutes later. I had to play customer service tag over the phone for a while. Ended up driving down to the store to pick up the missing piece. They said over the phone that it would be at the front desk, but when I got there, they meant front desk at the warehouse location, which is easily over an hour away. Since they already closed, I wont be able to get it until tomorrow. Ill be sleeping on the couch tonight, not very happy about that, especially considering how much everything cost in total.

Terrible service!! Never received our recliner because it was placed in the system as warehouse when we bought the floor model. When we asked about our delivery the woman was incredibly rude and said they had spent enough time looking for our recliner in the warehouse. We let her know that it was a floor model but she didn’t want to hear. Incompetence all the way around. DON’T buy from this store!!
