Got a great deal on a brand new queen size bed ... Customer Service whom I talked to on the phone was very helpful his name was Tom and the guys who delivered The bed was very respectful and polite.

Dont use rent a center

After five days of ‘verifying’ I’ve done all the communicating. Calls go unreturned. Kyles always at lunch. Items went from in stock to needing to be ordered. Call Aaron’s.

Tried to rent a washer and dryer.. waited days for verification with no response... hated they ran my credit for nothing. Such a shame. I’d rather take my money and buy my own washer and dryer before I deal with these bums.

Great staffalways ready to help

I do not have a beef with ANY of the employees at this location. They have always treated me very decently. My problem seems to be headquarters. You have an option for your payments to be taken out automatically. I NEVER signed for that option, yet the past two months (April and May), someones been auto-paying from my account. The first time I called about this problem, the Frankfort Office told me to contact headquarters. I went through all directions (for some reason the AutoPay was checked). I took that off. This month, the same thing has happened. This is slowly turning into a nightmare.

Completely unprofessional, the employees have no idea what theyre doing at all. I was inconvenienced for 3 days constantly told to come back just to have my time wasted. The supervisor/manager is a joke. Everyone at this location needs to be retrained. Ive always enjoyed my services with rent-a-center in the past years but, I will never go back to any rent-a-center ever again thanks to this frankfort location.

They must not want my payment theyve been open for an hour and a half and still wont answer their phones!!!!
