They are very rude and very unprofessional. So, stay away and dont work with them else you will be repent for your money and time.

I signed the contract for Robert Kole of Kole Digital to install my home theater on January 3rd, 2019. Robert Kole told me work will start the next week. This did not happen. Work started mid February after I asked for a refund if he wouldnt give me a start date. Then he promised to finish the job in mid February but we are in May and he is still not done. In addition I have paid him three payments totalling $32,250.00 out of $34,500.00. The final payment is due on completion as stated in the contract but Robert Kole is asking for payment even though the job is incomplete. Theater chairs are not installed, he left paint marks on the floor which he needs to clean and I have not been trained with my family on how to use the equipment. I also need clarification on the final amount owed as the amount he is requesting doesnt match the contract. In addition, I am asking for a full refund on some extra equipment which he tried to sell to me. This extra equipment is not part of the theater room. I mentioned that I might want to buy a TV from him and he went ahead and included some extra equipment with the TV. I ended up not buying the TV and I am asking for a full refund of the unnecessary equipment he tried to sell me.

I was glad to read reviews. When I visited the showrooms, the young showing me around was knowledgeable and helpful. The showrooms are gorgeous. Like several of the comments, I had to contact the business several times to get an appointment and several calls to get the estimate/appraisal. Rob assured me that his equipment prices couldnt be beaten. The Logitech LOGIHARMONYPRO remote thats priced at $399 with Kole Digital actual cost is $99 on Amazon. Other items cost several hundred more than other stores (Amazon)(Protech). Thank you all for your reviews. They helped a lot and showed consistency with untimely communication. I would love to keep my business local, but not at my expense.

What an amazing place. From home theater, to audio, to lighting, to smart home technology, to custom cabinetry, or custom anything for that matter. Hands down you wont be disappointed here. Their staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and Robs passion for what he does is shown in everything they do.

I was very impressed with this showroom. It is more then just a Best Buy type electronics store. My husband found this place and came home to tell me about it. I was skeptical as he is always wanting more toys. However I went back with him and was pleasantly surprised that the sales guy at the front desk gave us a full tour of the place. I had no idea all that they did until I went there. We ended up setting up an appointment for the owner to come scope out our home. We are now the happy owners of a whole new Vantage lighting control system. No more running around the house to shut off the lights. I love that I can control them from my iphone when I am away from home. I have had to call service to come out one time when the lights in one of our rooms was not communicating but they got us scheduled right away. The installers were courteous, clean and on time. We plan to use them again once we finish our basement. So happy my husband came across this place.

Wow! Im more than impressed. The showroom is fantastic. More like rooms in a beautiful home than a store. Top quality electronics and furnishings. I felt like a kid in candy store.

I cannot say enough good things about Kole. Our lighting system is fabulous. Our TVs are all linked together. THe music system is fabulous. The installation guys were fantastic. Not only quick and courteous, but great problem solvers. I highly recommend them!

Disappointed. Just purchased a home with an early Kole Digital installation. Wanted info to understand what we have and what to upgrade. Stopped in. Received impressive store tour. However, no one ever responded to our request for info. Will go elsewhere for upgrades. Got the feeling Kole is too big to care about our business.

We have been dealing with Koles electronics for over four years now. We are about to buy another t.v. from them. We are going to have them install and set it up. We found that the equipment they use to be long lasting and high quality. We have been very happy with their service and dealing with Mr. Kole personally. We give their store the highest recommendation.

Unfortunately we wanted to stay local with home services to invest in our community but we cannot get a response. We called 2x and spoke to someone, we were told someone would call us back, nothing. I then went online and did an inquiry for service/info, nothing. We didnt do this all on 1 day this was over a period of a few weeks.

I recommend Kole Digital to anyone looking for auto equipment. Techs are very friendly, professional and do awesome work!

These guys rock! Kole Digital just finished installing a whole house music system in my house in New Lenox- their installers had all kinds of tricks for getting wires to each of the places that my wife and I wanted speakers, and when they were done, there were no drywall holes or patches. Hector and Ish laid down a tarp for their tools and even used their own vacuum for cleaning up. Jeff showed us how to control the system using our iPad. They are the only ones I would call for future work.

Had Rob come out to my home for a estimate on a home theater for my basement. Took measurements and went over some ideas. Been 2wks and still havent heard anything back on price. Pretty sad companies want the business and cant even follow through to get the business
