The first time I was there was last October and Dan helped me find the perfect mattress so I headed back there today (September 2021) and he was there and set me up again. Fast, friendly service and good prices. I’ll be back!

Completely opposite experience of what you’d expect from a mattress store

Dan was extremely helpful in finding the best mattress for my boyfriend and I! We went in having no idea what we wanted and he helped us narrow it down to the best mattress that accommodates the both of us. He definitely knows what he’s talking about and was very friendly and made the entire experience simple and easy. Will definitely recommend him and this location to others.

Went to the Frankfort store today because we were lied to from Ashley Furniture. Daniel helped us and was the nicest, most knowledgeable person. We had to pick up our bed from the warehouse as we needed it today and he went through all the hoops necessary to get the warehouse to confirm our order was available and ready for pick up. Once at the warehouse the ladies in the pickup center were friendly and helpful. We picked up our items and had help loading them into our truck by the warehouse guys. What started out as a miserable experience with Ashley Furniture turned into an awesome experience with Mattress Firm. Very helpful sales associate, he was very informative on all scales of mattresses we were interested in. Dan spent alot of time explaining all the positive points of each mattress and advantages of each one that would fit our back, shoulder and neck problems.We selected a queen mattress that we think will fit our needs. We are hoping we will be well satisfied. We also liked the idea of having 120 days to exchange or return if it did not fit our comfort or needs.

We went looking for a mattress late Saturday evening and were blown away by the customer service we experienced, Andre went above and beyond to ensure we got a great deal and a mattress we would love. He guided us into a better mattress and helped us get the price match we requested. Buying a mattress can be expensive with the cover, box spring, frame, delivery but we got a great deal and left very satisfied. Our mattress was delivered the next day too! Would def recommend to anyone looking for a mattress, ask for Andre he will take great care of you.

James was extremely helpful and walked my daughter through the entire process. Ive been to several locations and hit the jackpot with James. Very pleased and daughter and mom are happy which keeps dad happy. A quick add from my review of yesterday. Although my comments about James remain the same, the experience went downhill quickly. After an hour + in the store figuring out the paperwork we were told it had to be finished today. Got the call this afternoon saying the Iowa locations do not sell the same things, ok, lets find a comparable one that they do sell and go from there. After a while, I was called and told we either buy it here and transport ourselves or we just need to buy it there!! The company cant take care of us. This ended up being more difficult than buying a car. (Which I always hated). Well car buying has been surpassed. Now I know why so many stores are folding up, one would think they would fall over themselves for sales. NOPE!! Moving on...
