Melody was absolutely amazing!! She has the best hospitality and she even saved me 60 dollars a month!! Hands down best customer service I have received in along long time!!

I rarely leave the house these days, but I needed a new phone. Melody (?) Helped me very much. She took a lot of time explaining how the memory card works. She got me a case for it after I dropped it in the store. She helped me set it up.... Her conversation and happy company after so long alone almost made me want to break the phone so that I could converse with her again. 😁 Good phone. Good case. Good memory card. Great store.

My email looks valid giving you this 1 star review, doesnt it? Said my email was invalid and refused service. It isnt. I have never been treated so rudely in my life. Even talked about the email needing to be valid on my way out and responded with I was talking to her, not you when i replied. They tried to get me to put personal informaton instead of the business I am authorized to purchase for. I do not understand why the interaction was so bad. All I wanted was a hotspot.

Best store I’ve been to. I’ve been with Cricket for years now. I do not live in Frankfort anymore, but will continue to drive out of my way to visit this location. When I need a phone or have a question Mel and her sister are very friendly and go out of their way to take care of you. Cricket always has great deals, the best coverage in Ky and can’t beat the family plan price. 10 stars

The staff is so awesome!!! They solved a data issue in 5 minutes; something phone tech support could not do during the tweenty minutes we were on the phone.Those girls definitely deserve raises for thier fabulous, friendly, knowledgeable service!!!

Horrible attitude! Also didnt mention the protection plan (which you only have 7 days to purchase including date of purchase) when we purchased our phones nor 3 days later when I stopped in because of having an issue with my phone. I found out about it on the 8th day, so Im out of luck. Crappy service! We will go to a different store next time and give them a chance, but if we get similar service we will get rid of Cricket.

The girls took such care in explaining. Even went back next day and they put my contacts from my old phone on my new one.
