I just want to let everyone know this is the Boost store to go to. you are treated with respect and the lady that works there is so helpful. I live in Lawerenceburg and the boost store there closed and brim isnt worth wasting your time over. I called and was very helpful on the phone and then I had to go to the store and was greeted nicely and she made my bad experience into a good one. I think she said her name was Amanda She also helped my friend today as well. Thanks Boost!!!!! and thanks Amanda!!!

If I could give more stars I would! I have visited this store several times over the last month and Amanda was great! I went in a couple times and she was busy but she was very polite and helped everyone and had us all talking just like we was family. If you have any phone problems or any questions I recommend her 100%. If you are thinking of switching go to Boost!!!! Amanda is the only one working there and does an amazing job running the place it always smells great in there and always clean and mostly its a friendly environment!! I have met the owner once and hes a nice guy to.

I recommend going here for any questions you have concerning your boost phone or to switch to boost. Amanda is awesome and goes above and beyond for her customers. Went one day they wasn’t able to help me store manager / owner did try. So whatever the solution that he talked with Boost about would take 24hours.. okay cool tell him I’ll come back tomorrow .. come back the next day the lady that works there attitude is NASTY!!! Tells me I couldn’t use my SIM card all the time I spent in that store the previous day no one mentions it came with the phone I had just purchased.. asked could I get my phone’s updated SIM still with attitude we don’t have any..I asked her what was the Nasty attitude for ..I won’t return because you just don’t treat customers bad.. if you don’t like your job find something different. Was the west side location.. lady with glasses and reddish brown hair

The store in Frankfort (West side) is a place to avoid. I just tried to get the free replacement SIM, per Boost Mobiles notice and when I asked the clerk what was involved in the process, I was told that I could not be told that information. After another 5 minutes of being told that no information could be shared with me and why was asking, instead of just giving my login credentials, I left. Then the clerk started screaming, good luck trying to use the phone in 30 days.

This place just opened here in Frankfort. i used to drive 20-30 minutes to the nearest place.. I highly recommend going there, they gave me a free phone and the customer service is excellent. the associate Eden was very helpful and understanding, he moved everything from my old phone to the new one for no additional charge, and installed a screen protector on my phone for free

I highly Recommend this place they give me free phones just by paying the bill sweet people an fast service an the store is super nice

Eden was a great sales men he was friendly gave me good affordable prices I would recommend everyone go to Eden for there phones needs 😁😁

If I could rate it 0, I would. No mask worn in front of customers, smoking inside the store, no hand sanitizer and the AC was at 90! Avoid this location at all cost!
