If you want any sort of customer service I recommend staying far away from this location. New customer? Stay away. Existing customer? Stay away. They will rip you off and blame you for the mistake that they made. The manager, Chase, is not helpful and gives you a phone number that doesnt work as a solution to a problem that he and his team are responsible for. The district manager is my next stop right after I write reviews on a few more websites. Just dont do business with this company at all.

Tim was the rep who helped me. He was knowledgeable, friendly, courteous, and expedient, and so are the rest of the staff. There is a store 5 minutes from me, but I go to this one 20 minutes from me because of the service.

Horrible experience. Was told I would be trading in a phone for a new one. They didn’t have my new phone in stock so delivered it to my house the next day. They told me I would receive a box in the mail with instructions to return the old phone. I never received the box, now when I went to the store they are charging me the full price for the new phone when I was supposed to be trading my old one in for credit. It was supposed to be a 300$ phone not a 1000$ phone. They told me I was past the 30 day window to do a trade in when for the past 30 days I’ve been waiting their box to arrive that never did?!? So it’s my fault I didn’t send in the old phone when I literally couldn’t?! And I’m stuck with a phone I literally can’t afford. Manager was not helpful and gave me a customer service phone number to call. They gave me the run around and talked to 7 people before the line was disconnected. Still haven’t resolved the issue.

Josh Cannon did something that 20 different customer service representatives could not do. He also did it In 30 min. I’ve spent over 10 hours on the phone in the last 2 days and still hadn’t found anyone that could resolve the issue. Thank you Josh. You are very knowledgeable and courteous.

Absolutely worst at@t experience. I feel so strongly about that. They tried to take one of my phones for $17 instead of the agreed $350 at the east side at@t (recommend that at@t strongly) and you have to wait a very very very long time.

The manager, Chase, met all of our needs and was ready to assist whenever new issues arose and helped us solve them promptly.

We had the nicest most helpful customer service person I’ve ever had. Tim. Though we waited an hour, it was very busy and they could have used more people, our experience was good because Tim was so great. I highly doubt if you are in the Frankfort Lenardwood store to ask for Tim.

We had a great experience upgrading phones with Megan today! She was extremely knowledgeable and helpful with both the iPhone 12 and the Pixel 5, and she made the process as painless as possible. Overall, a much nicer experience than I would have expected!

I was having such a horrible time with Verizon and their service. With the price I was paying and the quality of customer service it just wasn’t adding Up. I just happened to be walking in the store to browse when this charming young lady with a big smile came up and introduced herself. I explained how over the last 10 years my experience with Verizon was getting worse and worse and she began to show me how AT&T save me on my monthly bill. To be honest even if the bill was gonna be the same price I probably would’ve still switched carriers that day just based on the kindness and quality customer service I received from Jennifer. I want to thank her again for taking the time to break down my old Verizon bill and move me to a better quality carrier!!!

Tim was an excellent rep. He helped us with replacement screens for our phone and helped with an iPad purchase. Tim is definitely the person you need if you have any AT&T needs ask for Tim!

One star is pushing it. They will not back up their devices that have been bought there. If it doesnt work too bad you have to pay them to replace it! 12 days old and didnt work from get go and they wont replace without a restock charge, absolutley dridiculousHighly unreccomende

Great staff. Rachel was super helpful. I needed to come in and try to apply an additional discount to my account and while she was helping me with that, she was explaining some of the new packages that were available. Not too pushy but made it appear that she wanted me to get the best deal. I have had a considerably wait before but that is not a case of not staffing enough or anything like that. You only have so much space and everyone is going to come in at the same time of the day and the week. The last time I was there was during Covid so they would take your name and ask you to wait in your car until they got freed up. Good system and seemed to get everyone taken care of in a timely manner. I will say again that Rachel really did a great job helping me.

Went to the at&t store to get a new screen protector put on the new phone that I just purchased. Jennifer helped me and explained everything very thoroughly about our new phone plan. She even showed us the apple airpods and we ended up buying 2 pairs while we were there. She is great! Very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions.

Everyone was amazing!! Special thanks to Jessica, Ross and Nick for all the help. They made it go very smoothly. All the employees were very friendly. Great job!!

I’m at the Frankfort,Ky store. Had trouble with my phone. Tim was very professional and very nice.

Josh, employee at the WEST side AT&T was like a spiritual experience, and I mean that in the best way I possibly can. My phone was suspended, I paid the balance, no cell service. After 5 to 6 hours of phone calls to customer service, and many departments, still, no resolution. Josh, with his impeccable patience, went through I believe 6 different customer service reps, and stuck with it until he reached the department that was able to restore service. We were about to give up. He even told me hed be in at 9am tomorrow and wed keep trying. So, to AT&T... he is an EXCELLENT EMPLOYEE. And thank you to the assistant manager for listening... I will return, I will not change companies completely because of him, and I spend a darn good amount of money monthly, im the kind of customer you want to keep. Again, thank you Josh! I know that was a lot!!!

I have to say this is the cleanest store I think Ive ever been to for AT&T. All the associates were polite and helpful. I had Nick help me with a cracked screen which turned out just to be my screen protector. *You seen cracked glass and you think its your actual screen and not just the protector anymore lol.* he not only helped me out instore but reminded me that I had a lifetime warranty on the protector. Thats it, he was simply just helpful. Great store, expect me again soon!

I had Megan she is amazing only been there a month and she is so sweet! She helped me so much and was so nice!!!

I went into the store to pay off a phone and get a newer one. The store rep did not activate the right SIM card to the new phone and the iccid number she entered was incorrect for my new phone in their system. She activated my daughters phone number to the new phone when it should have been mine. I didn’t realize this until after I left the store. When she did that, that deactivated my daughters SIM card and she was left without service. I called AT&T that night and was told they would contact me within 30 mins to resolve the issue, but no one ever called so I had to wait till morning to call again. Danielle, the phone rep for AT&T, was able to resolve the issue and reactive my daughters SIM card again. And my new phone finally is working with my current SIM card.

I usually hate going into the AT&T store due to always being bothered about AT&T TV and always feeling rushed out of the door when we decline.. After being there 30 minutes or so the office manager came out I believe her name was Jennifer. She helped me set up my phone and talked about TV with me as well. My husband and I was amazed by how much we’ll save and we’re definitely considering signing up thanks to her and her patience.

We came in to the Frankfort Location on Saturday because my husband lost his phone. Rachel was so wonderful. She helped us track his phone so we could fine the last known location. Although we were unable to recover his phone she assisted us with purchasing a new phone and was able to recover a lot of his information from his old phone. We were extremely satisfy and feel like she went above and beyond to provide great customer service. We are very grateful that she was there to help us on Saturday. Thanks again.

Never can help, online and call in is just as bad. I get double charged and they never credit me. And dont try to upgrade during a promotion they will play games and make up reasons why your not eligible. Been with att for at least 10 years and pay over a grand a month for the service I get and they suck. I plan on changing my carrier.

Came in to upgrade my phone and everyone was so friendly and helpful! We were in and out in no time and the rep made sure that everything had transferred perfectly.

After working with Rachel for our company phones, it was a delight to find her in the store and willing to assist me on a personal level. She knows the apple products and the process inside and out. Not one question did she not have an answer for. The Frankfort store is blessed to have her. Professional, dedicated and knowledged. An asset to the company.

What can I say? The manager is a piece of work. Super great at being unhelpful. Exceedingly experienced in wanting to presume authority over the customer. I love the fact that he said he was unwilling to help me in any way to get a credit for a restock fee I was charged. I was also told by this guy that I should drive 197 miles back to the store I had to buy the phone from when I was out of town. ZERO redeeming qualities about this location. It felt like I wasnt just inconveniencing them but that I was the target for all their pent up bad customer service fantasies to be unleashed on. Im in the professional services industry and would have been fired on the spot if I had done this. I will say, he didnt raise his voice but I think he got off on being smug and entirely detached from helping anyone. I mean, what are managers for after all? At least as far as AT&Ts Frankfort location is concerned.

My sales rep was professional clear fast and listened to what I needed and he explained everything I needed to hear to sale me the package I needed and wanted . I had a phone and package that fit me . He set up my phone and I was on my way home in less than 45 minutes!!!!!

I went in and got what I needed to get done In less then an hour and I was definitely satisfied

I switched from Sprint and I am pleased to say everyone here is very professional and very nice!!! Went to upgrade our phones and our satellite and TV. Our customer service rep was Asia DuBose. She was so personable and knowledgeable. She set us up with a very good package. We initially had some problems with the connections, but she handled them very quickly. I always ask for her even if we have to wait.

Long wait at store for 5 minutes of service. Should have been able to take care of it on phone but customer service sucks. Told me my phone numbers didnt exist, I guess that should have been good news😁 lcould stop paying my bill. Taken care of at the store in 5 minutes after a 1 hour wait.Go

Would be better if they had Unlimited high speed plans for hot spots so people that live in the country could do like people in the city can. Also they say 4G high speed and no matter where u are its the same seems like u only get 2 to 3g speeds poor!

I have visited this store several times and am always greeted promptly and personnel have been helpful.

I went to the AT&T store in Frankfort Ky specifically to upgrade my phone to the iPhone 11 Pro Max after speaking to an associate over the phone. When we came in the associate by the name of Austin was very indifferent about us being there and bringing business. We tell him what phones we want and he goes to find them. He returns to tell me that another associate in the store had called the manager to inform him what phone was about to be sold. The manager whoevers he or she maybe told the associate not to sell the iPhone because they wanted it.So after bring told that they will not sell the phone I specifically came to another city for, I decided on my 2nd option. Austin was either not knowledgeable at all or just didnt care enough. I am very dissatisfied with my whole experience.

I asked if AT&T could price match the cost of a subsidized phone. I was told no. I was surprised because I told the employee where we could get a better deal, and also that we were long time customers (since the Cingular days) and wanted to stay with AT&T. The employee said they didnt care if my wife and I left AT&T because we were only two customers. Needless to say, we left AT&T for a different service.

Wait time wasnt too bad at this location. Staff are friendly and helped us with old and new service on multiple occasions.

Needless to say I believe they only have one person who actually knows what they are doing and actually works and doesnt just stand around. Today we walked in a ND waited roughly 45 minutes for somebody to help us and there were 4 employees just standing and talking to each other. The manager Casey he is very rude and disrespectful. Steer clear of him he has very poor customer service ethics. Ross was amazing! He helped with everything that needed to be done and went above and beyond.

They wouldnt answer the phone, i called the store several times. I realize that people can be busy. But i dont believe they were as busy as they were making it seem by ignoring calls.

My fiance has been there twice for the same problem. Theyre brilliant technicians use google like any normal person who doesnt get paid to know nothing about a phone. Will never go myself and encourage her to never go again. I discovered and fixed the problem in 15 minutes. Worthless....

This place sucks.! they gave me so many issues about buying a SIM card ...saying that I couldntbuy one with out having my phone with me ... literally went right over to the franchise story on the east side, got my SIM card, activated and was out the door in 5 mins..

This is the only internet we have on Ann drive Lawrenceburg KY and it is very very bad! I work from home and have had to have AT&T out time and time again to try and speed up my connection. They even charged me for a year for the top speed which wasnt available. What a joke! if i had another option i would be using IT!!
