Paid 140 for Screen fix and screen protector just for my phone a month later to start automatically malfunctioning. If I touch it in the wrong spot or my text too long it starts opening and closing apps, searching random stuff, putting things in the calculator, texting, scrolling...all on auto like the device is possessed or something. If they didn’t know how to fix  phones that would’ve been great to know from jump. And the guy I talked to on the phone was remedial❤️

Was considering asking them if they could recover my movie collection only external HDD, have read several reviews that make me iffy. Love to get some insight, before I go.

Charged me 30 bucks to glue my battery down. Fixed none of the issues i was having, didnt even replace my battery with a new one which was the main reason for the visit.The phone was indeed purchased at brimm electronics, and he highly recommended you. Between the two places we feel raked over the coals. So yes we purchased a new phone from the apple store, should have done that to begin with. Lesson learned. Your welcome.

Disappointed that they would not clean out some space on my phone for a price. Wanted me to download an app for my phone that did not have space... They are good for replacing broken screens...

DO NOT have an order from Amazon delivered to this business. They are advertised as an Amazon Counter Hub but UPS cannot delivered to their advertised address. My delivery never arrived and when I called Sean he was extremely rude and said it was my or Amazons problem. It took me two hours on the phone calling UPS and Amazon, who contacted Sean, who was also rude to her. She is reporting this business to delist.

I had my phone there at 11:20 for a problem with the charging port that prevented me from being able to charge my phone, and picked it up at 12:30. They fixed the port, installed a new battery and screen protector at my request and had it all completed in that time. The service was fast and professional, and they saved me a lot of grief and expense!

Friendly and knowledgeable. I needed a battery replaced on my cell phone and they luckily had it in stock. Switched it out for me and I was back out the door in minutes. I will consider them for other more complex issues in the future.

I took my cyberpower liquid cooled PC and several times. At first I replaced the motherboard which I believe screwed up the cooling unit for the CPU this resulted in coolant leaking and destroying the power supply as well as the graphics card. They told me that because I took the case apart to figure out what the problem was and because of the time frame and took to figure it out the warranty was voided they also suggested I take my PC to another repair shop. I would have thought a professional PC repair shop could have figured out the problem and not just fix of temporary issue so I can bring it back to pay them more money for a repair this place obviously has a business strategy for repeat customers buy not fixing the problem at its source so that repeat business. Is there a fuse for your family for the graphics card I had to fix the GPU cooler or CPU Cooler myself and I am upset because I think when they replace the motherboard they damage the CPU cooling unit. The fact they didnt notice any leaking from it makes me angry and questioning their ability as a repair shop but again this could be a mischievous plot by them so that they have to keep repairing the computer and it takes longer and longer before the problem arises so this place is a scam if you have a computer and know how to repair it yourself do it because they will just fix a temporary solution it will take months for them to do it and then have to bring it again for another repair. I talked to Tyler one of the repair technicians and he refused to refund my money for the GTX even though I told him on the phone I wanted to take Teddy he bought a 670 and then he told me having to wait more time for him to install it. They refused to help me with acknowledging their error and noticing the leak in the power supply despite the red the liquid on the graphics card. And so it took time for us to continue to leak I caused even more damage. So this place is garbage do not take the computer here to do research on the internet and fix it yourself as they only do a temporary fix so that you have to bring it back and pay them more money. I cannot get in touch with the manager or complain with anybody that will help me.

Very quick, friendly, professional service. They were able to repair the lens cover of my iPhone XSMax while I waited. Compared prices with other services and AVie Pros prices were the best! Hope I won’t need any more repair work, but know where I’ll go!

I have had to take so many devices to this place! My kid and I both are VERY accident prone! We have always has a great experience. Yesterday was no different. Took my work phone in, I use this constantly as a property manager and they had it fixed so fast! I was totally freaking out not having my phone! Thanks so much guys! We brought in a phone to have the screen repaired. When I picked it up, the cashier said my card didnt go through and they would have to run it again. It looked like it went through, but he was adament it didnt. So I checked with my bank and confirmed I was double charged ($80x2). AVie PRos credited back the extra amount but I was told by the bank the double amt would be held on my account for 4 days unless AVie PRos would send them a fax saying the second charge was in error. They refused saying then they might have both charges taken off and they would get nothing. Well, I got to pay double while my money is tied up so they would not be inconvenienced. Poor customer satisfaction. Not taking care of business. Will not go back. Crossing my fingers I will ever see the amount they overcharged.

I dropped off a mobile phone after work for a battery replacement. I was told it would be ready in an hour and they gave me a claim check. After an hour, they were closed. I called back the next day because I had not heard from them and was told it was ready. I went again after work to pick it up. It was ready, charged and working. Cost $50.37

I took my phone up there to have the screen replaced. They ordered the screen and told me they wasnt sure which screen my phone would take cause there is 3 different ones. Once the screen came in I took my phone up there to have it replaced. 30 minutes after having it I noticed the thumb print wasnt working. So I figured they needed to try one of the other screens. So now they are claiming that I had sat on my phone screen and thats why the thumb print isnt working. I wouldnt even give this place a star if it would let me.

These guys are great!! My wife dropped her laptop and the screen stopped working. AVie Pros explained what was wrong, fixed it, and it didnt cost an arm and a leg. I highly recommend this place.

I was referred to them by a co-worker and man, was he right! These folks are fantastic! Fast and courteous service along with great prices. Service was quick and efficient and the staff was very helpful and answered all my questions. Im not an easy person to please but I found that this transaction was simple, easy and I will definitely return for any future service needs and refer my friends to them!

I took my phone in to get fixed and they said they had to order a part. They said they would call me when it got in. They never called me back. I called and asked if it came in two times. After two weeks my phone finally stopped working and I had to buy another phone. The thing about it is that they never did call me.

They do a wonderful job on your phone when they fix them and they are inexpensive Im learning all the other stories are out of Bones during income tax time the store had what I needed very pleasant people very nice place

I have made multiple attempts to set up an appointment to get a phone screen fixed at this business with no success. The first time I called I was told the part could be ordered a day ahead of time with no money down but since it was almost closing time and I would not be able to get the phone there until after the weekend. I call back and low and behold the tech wont be in for a few days. I yet again call back and am told I have to prepay for the part. I explain i was told twice I would not have to and I do not live in Frankfort. They insisted I had to prepay but could not do so over the phone. I will take my business elsewhere.

I had a cracked screen on my iPhone 6s. They fixed it quickly for a reasonable price. The touch on the new screen wasnt working quite right and they replaced it without any issue. Everything is working fine now. I will return.

Very professional and fast. Saved me a ton of money fixing my 6 plus screen. Whats even better is that it came with a one year warranty if it starts messing up free of charge. I would recommend them to anyone that needs a phone screen replaced.

This repair was for a large screen Vizio TV that would not power on. Complete time in shop was just over 1 month including 2 visits. First repair was done TV was stated as working returned home to find TV would not power on. First issue was follow up of shop I had to call myself personally to find out TV was done. They stated it was finished on a Friday but they ran out of time to call. While a second guy stated that they were working on it on Saturday (they are closed on Saturday, although it possible someone was there). Called shopped they stated it was working when it left but to bring it back. This is where issue goes South. They went from diagnosis to ordering different parts and so on. Once again I am following up they are not calling me with the exception of a request for a remote. After a final call I suggested that if they couldnt figure out how to fix put it back the way it was and refund cost less the bench fee and I would pick it up. Shop tech agreed and said they would call when it was back together. Another week passed so I just showed up and was told its been ready we thought you were on your way to pick it up. Main issues that I would take away: Shop needs to improve follow up and communication between techs( most of which are teenage). As a business owner dont make excuses provide results and work in a timely fashion. Remember your success is largely based on there is no other business like yours in town. Dont take this for granted because that can change.

I dropped my computer off on Tuesday they said they would call me back that afternoon did not hear anything back from them I finally sent them a message on Thursday night they said they would get back to me on Friday morning no call so I went and pick my computer up and they still hadnt looked at it yet I wouldnt recommend them to anyone you would think they would run a business better than that so dont waste your time because they dont care

Got a new phone screen & screen protector for my iPhone 6S for $90. They were super fast & communicated thoroughly through text & email.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR BUSINESS HERE! The absolute WORST experience I have ever had with computer repair. I needed a virus removed from my computer and I made it clear when I went in Thursday I could not drop this computer off unless my computer would be ready by Monday. I was told it would be ready Saturday; worst case scenario Monday morning. Come to find out Avie Pros was CLOSED on Monday. I called to express my concerns Tuesday morning. I was told the person working on my computer would be in at 11am. 1:30pm rolls around and all I got was he hasnt showed up and I dont know when he will be here the staff is rude and kept interrupting me and told me they dont know when it will be ready. They tried to keep my computer charger and told me I didnt drop one off with my computer (AND I DID) TAKE YOUR COMPUTER ELSEWHERE YOU ARE WASTING YOUR TIME AND MONEY HERE!

Took my phone to get screen replaced they did an when I got home every time I opened an app it kept saying put code in an the code that opened my phone wouldn’t even work so after trying to use 10 apps an it doing the same thing I had to take it back the only way they said they could fix was to wipe it clean so I lost everything all my kids pics an it was there fault it did that an they didn’t even offer to make it right they thought they were doing me a fav by not charging me to wipe away all my memories I think since they messed it up they should have at the very least have me bac my money an actually I think they should have had to pay for my phone r give me another one I know I’ll never go bac .... beware

Took in an smartphone that was experiencing one issue. By time AVie was done with the repair it no longer powered on. Phone was rendered completely useless. Never once received a call from the store. Any communication was initiated by me calling them.

Slooow. To make a long story short, they had my laptop for almost a month to fix one thing. Was told the issue would be fixed in a week. A week turned into 6. After all the lies and runaround, i got my laptop back after nearly 6 weeks. They did fix that problem but now it runs worse that before I took it in.
