They were amazing. As soon as we walked in they were interacting with us. They gave us a breakdown, told us when truck would be arriving with what we needed. Told us which they had and what worked best.

They are very friendly and very professional. Treated me with the utmost respect and helped get my fridge deliverrd by the next day. Delivery drivers are very quick and efficient when delivery your items. Also very careful so as not to ruin your home or items you purchased. Give them a hundred stars. Tyshna was awesome

Or even call your Bloomington District manager Mike and ask him about whats wrong. Feel free to give me a call too if you like. I only gave 3 stars cause most of your staff actually do a good job at what they can. I dont blame them for the poor quality of equipment or the quality of your insurance protection plan.
