This is the only place we go to for our phones! We have been to 2 of the TCC locations and was well taken care of at both. They were patient with my older parents as they showed them how to use their new phones. They also made sure we had all the accessories we needed in stock. If we had any questions after the purchase we were able to come back or call and they took really good care of us. Sean is fantastic and I highly recommend him. He is very knowledgeable and a really nice guy. We have purchased multiple phones over the years with them and been very happy with all of our experiences.

Had a major issue with my phone on a holiday weekend due to water damage. Needed help with a repair asap. Kara at Verizon in Frankfort was great! She was very helpful, professional,, and knowledgeable! Will definitely be going to that Verizon store from now on!

I have been with a different provider for many years but I was recently wanting to change due to unhappiness. I had went to 4 different places and was never satisfied. From the moment I walked into the Verizon in Frankfort IL and was helped by Heaven (the sales associate) I was very impressed! She was the only one working and it was very busy and it didnt slow her down in any way. Heaven was very informative and knowledgeable and had a great personality! I would absolutely recommend to anyone to visit her at Verizon (she normally works at the Matteson location) I am now a Verizon costumer because of her.

I have an opportunity to visit the the Verizon store in Frankfort and while there I spoke with a gentleman named Remington. the reason why I came to the Verizon store was that I tried to use my Samsung Internet and I created some kind of problem that I couldnt fix, however Remington not only fixed it but explained to me what had happened and also showed me some other ways that I could go in and troubleshoot my own device. Hadnt it been for his time and patience with me I wouldve never understood. Remington is an asset to your company and you might want to check on giving him a raise have a great day

If you have a Verizon account or want to switch providers and live in the South Suburbs of Chicago do not go anywhere else! Jake was amazing to do business with. He was very helpful, and explained everything he was doing while answering all of my questions. He was able to transfer everything from my iPhone 5 to the new iPhone se. He was very kind the entire time and even helped me save money. Usually when I go to phone stores I am in there for an hour plus and end up with a headache, but I was in and out in under 30 minutes and I left smiling. It was truly amazing!

If you need any help with your Verizon account or are in need of an upgraded device, I would strongly suggest you go to this store. My wife and I are looking to upgrade our phones and came in to get information. We worked with Jake, and he was extremely patient, friendly and informative. He took the time to answer all of our questions even though we told him we werent going to purchase at this time. He did not try to pressure us or guilt us because we wanted to take time and make an informed decision. I have worked with salespeople who will dismiss you once you tell them you are just looking for information, but Jake was the absolute opposite. We will definitely be going back once we decide what we want, this store has earned our business.

One employee and he doesnt even have a sense of urgency. Making people wait 25 minutes so he can BS with a current customer selling a case and whatever. This is not a social gathering! Never again!

I was having issues with my new Samsung A51. It locked up. Verizon Frankfort was on my way home. Jake was very kind, understanding and so very knowledgeable. Went into the store with some issues with my new smart phone. As always I was greeted by Hayley and Autumn . I’ve been a return customer since December. These ladies are extremely knowledgeable and have always helped me with a smile. Today it took Them about an hour to figure out my problem and they stayed with it until everything was resolved . I am very happy with the customer service I received from both ladies and will always return to the Frankfort store.

So before I went to this store...I called numerous times to Verizon to ask about an early upgrade... always being told it wasnt possible right now...I went on Google and read the reviews for a local store and had to go and meet EMMY!She definitely lived up to her great reviews and she worked it out for me to get the phone I wanted and a free one for my husband! I just purchased a new phone from this location and Mike was absolutely amazing. My old phone was beyond repair and I was quite worried about losing information. But there were NO problems at all. He was extremely knowledgeable, patient and friendly. My husband was joking with him the whole time, we never felt rushed. This has been the best new phone purchase experience ever. This is the best store I have been to...and they are not all the same, that is for sure! I would get a different story every time, about the past manager from the managers at the store I used to go to. Now I deal with professionals at this store! Helped immediately by KNOWLEDGEABLE staff every time! Thanks for all the help, cant remember the name of the girls whove helped me, but they were awesome and fixed everything that the other store had not. Happy I made the switch!

Workers are very nice and helpful. The one woman was especiallly helpful and was very kind she helped me set up my new phone and fix my phone when its contacts wouldnt allow me to call people. I love this place i would go to no other Verizon except this one 5 STARS.

Literally THE BEST Verizon store I’ve been in. Both Emmie and the store manager could not have done better...My phone broke right as I was leaving to meet with friends so I was short on time and was frustrated with the inconvenience of needing a new phone ASAP. I felt bad knowing I was going to be walking into the store right at 8pm when they close but they didn’t skip a beat!! Emmie was so sweet, fast, and funny she changed my whole night around and made my day. If you live in the area do not go to any Verizon location other than this one! Thank you Emmie!!!!!

I was having a lot of trouble with ads popping up when my phone was first turned on. Mike in Frankfort removed the ads and instructed how to avoid that happening again. He was very gracious in explaining everything I asked. I appreciate the service with a pleadant attitude!

Would not recommend! This store is only an authorized Verizon store. I did not know that when I went to look at phones. They are miss leading and make you believe what you pay in the store is a down payment for the sale of the phone when in fact they sold me a pp membership and a Redux membership which is do not need.. The sales person was very nice and is only doing what he is instructed to do. I had several phone conversations with someone (will not mention the name) who stated she was the manager. I dont believe she is the manager since a true manager would talk to a customer the way she did, and really could not explain each charge on my in store bill.

Came into Verizon for a tech question and started working with Slavko. Slavko was able to guide me through getting my international plan setup and one of the biggest things he did was being intuative. He helped me get into my first smartphone. I was very pleased coming here. He was able to multitask with three other people while working with me. I would recommend coming here and would give this Verizon 5 stars. So, my wife and I live in Florida.... She stops here while visting her mother in Chicago to upgrade her mothers phone.... At the end they tell her, oh heres a free Samsung tablet 32GB. Totally free bc you upgraded your phone.... So when she gets back to Florida, it sits in a drawer for a month.... We notice an activation fee and a $10 charge for it that they will be charging us every month.... NEVER TOLD HER ABOUT THAT! So we go to a Verizon store down here, they tell us sorry we are corporate, you have to go to an authorized dealer..... They will help you no problem.... Then we drive 12 miles to the second verizon.... Then they tell us sorry you have to go to a Verizon TCC..... They will definitely help you no problem... We get to the 3rd place, another 13 miles away and they cant help us bc weve had the tablet for more than 14 days.... How do we know its going to charge us in less than 14 days?!!! I looked up this tablet new and it ranges from $80-$120 new.... Charging us money for a cheap garbage tablet that should be free..... This third verizon says he cant do anything bc he would get fired.... To call 611.... We call 611 and get the runaround and waste another 30 minutes of our lives trying to get this damn thing off of our bill! All bc some scumbag wanted to take advantage of my wife and her mother, knowing darn well the trouble we would be given later..... This is free, you wont notice a charge, for way later than our 14 day return window!!!! Then the guy that we finally see says he could get fired even if we were in that return window... All of these 3 different Verizons can have access to change and add to my wifes account but, not one of them can help when there is a problem!!!! DO NOT TAKE ANYTHING THEY SAY IS FREE. They will take advantage of you and will not help you. Seriously debating paying $900 to get away from this company by breaking contract, due to this. Going with prepaid instead... I havent been this upset in a long time. All bc someone wanted to add to a bill for some cheap, meaningless, tablet that could probably be purchased at a big lots on clearance.... #Verizon #BetterBusinessBureau

If you like to pay extra for services and be taken advantage of this is the place for you. I took two phones into tcc to have them upgraded and learned a 140.00 lesson. tcc requires you to takes out insurance on the new phone and tell you that you can cancel it after 30 days to cover the phone if you return it. tcc also added two memberships to the bill without informing me or explaining each plan pp membership which sounds appropriate and redux membership. when I asked about the cost to upgrade they said they charge to take the phone out of the box and set it up. They refused to refund the charges because it was past 14 days when I noticed it. tcc IS NOT a Verizon corporate store they only resell the products. If I had gone to a Verizon Corporate store I would have only been charges the tax on the phone not an extra 70.00 for two useless memberships and a month of insurance. tcc is only out to load each bill up in order to make their sales quota. Be sure to go to a Corporate Verizon store for the best deal. I found many of the same complaints about the pp and redux memberships on other tcc facebook pages

Absolutely terrible. Tried everything I could not to call corporate but they could not take care of this locally. Signed me up for a certain plan and they ended up ordering the wrong phone for me. Ive been dealing with this issue for over a month and a half now. From ordering the wrong phone to not finding a way to get me the same plan and essentially having to pay more for another deal and waiting another month or so until I receive a phone. I CAN NOT stress this enough to anyone considering going here DO NOT. Even if you have to drive further to another store. At the very least if you do go take pictures or get copies of anything talked about because they either are not knowledgeable of their own deals or simply misleading in their sales. Regardless I feel screwed over and will never give my business there again.
