Jeff at the Fort Myers, FL TREK location was extremely helpful when I came into the TREK store off of Colonial Blvd. My mountain bike needed a new fork and my mountain bike was not the usual brand they had experienced repairing before. Jeff went to any length and determination to repair my bike back to its original condition. He was very patient, he didnt give up looking for a solution to fix my bike while i waited to see if it was possible to fix the bike. He found a solution and weeks later the bike has parts that are better than what was previously on the bike that i brought in to be repaired. Im completely satisfied with my experience with TREK and will not hesitate to bring my bike in for service in the future.

Jeff is amazing! I bought my son a bike and then doubted myself in putting it together. I took it there and he checked pedals, handlebars, brakes, etc. he was a lifesaver! Great customer service!

I came in to purchase a bike helmet to replace one damaged in an accident. Brett was very helpful in learning about the type of riding I do, explaining the various helmets, and the options of each. I was very pleased with the service and Im very pleased with the helmet.

The Trek store on San Carlos is relatively new but these guys are great. John, Matt and Ryan all do a great job and are very responsive. I purchased a new Trek for my wife and delivery was superb. I recommended them to friends, who then purchased one new bike and had another refurbished. They are now working on a parts issue for my MTB. All of these experiences have been extremely positive, especially given how overwhelmed most bike shops are these days. This Trek shop is a true local bike store so be sure to give them your support.

My wife and I stopped in today to inquire about electric bikes. We were met by a middle-aged male salesperson. He looked at us with disdain and made every effort to make us feel unwelcome. His attitude worsened as we told him that we were just browsing and had some questions. He responded to our questions dismissively that most products will NOT be in for up to a year. Needless to say, he seemed to do everything in his power to NOT sell us bikes, now or in the future. Our experience with this Trek salesperson leaves a bad impression of this store and the brand.

My daughter had her hind wheel including gears stolen from her bike. They sent me a replacement tire with the gears for the cost of shipping because it was an older model and the bike was still under warranty. Who does that??? Clearly they are the best!! John

I couldnt be more pleased with the services at the Trek store in Ft. Myers. The manager, Brett is amazing! The friendly professionalism cannot be beat. I drove two hours to the store because Brett was the only store that had both of the bikes I had been seeking for weeks. I requested a few accessories and when I arrived at the store, he was turning the last turn of the wrench. He took his time to answer all my questions and even assisted in loading one of the bikes into my vehicle. If you are in the market for anything bicycle related, go directly to this store. You will exit with the same happiness I experienced.

My rear derailleur cable broke. I was able to ride to this Trek store just as they were opening. They did an incredible job replacing my messy handlebar tape and both front and rear shift cables. Also they noticed and repaired a loosening crank arm. I was back on the road in just over an hour with time to complete the December Gran Fondo. My handlebars never looked so good and this bike has never shifted as smoothly as it does now. Thanks guys!

Dont typically post on these sites but my experience is worthy of sharing. I had a flat tire on my wifes old Huffy coaster bike that she bought years ago from a garage sale. Mike gave me a friendly greeting when i entered the very nicely well stocked showroom. I thought I would have to drop it off and wait a couple of weeks to get it repaired. Mike took it right away and repaired it with a new tube before my very eyes at a very fair price. He allowed me to view some very nice possible Christmas gift ideas for my wife without pressuring me in the least. This establishment is worthy of your inspection if you have any bicycle needs. Maximum stars all around! I will be back!

Started our journey on a search for 2 hybrid bikes. Honestly had no idea what we were looking for or where to start. We came to the trek store in Fort Myers to be greeted by Brett and Joy. Those two are nothing short of amazing, helped us find what we were looking for and explained why we should purchase a trek bike. Unfortunately they on had one bike for my girlfriend and none for me, so the search continued. We went to 4 different trek stores and no one treated us like Brett and Joy did. I also was unable to find the bike I was looking for due to shortages on bikes from COVID. I drove all the way back just to put a deposit on the next bike coming in. The only reason I did this was how I was treated on our initial visit the to trek store. When you go to the trek store in Fort Myers ask for Brett or Joy, they were a pleasure to deal with!!!!!

Well the phone service was nice. So many bike shops are sold out. Matt gave me the option to go online with him to look up bikes. I like that idea since i know i want a female comfort cruiser with a 7 or 10 speed for my sister.

This shop is close to where I live (very close to Lowes on Dani Dr) and I was delighted the moment I walked in. The shops staff is working on bikes right in the open in a shop space behind the counter: nice arrangement.They were also very patient with me because I spent about 45 minutes on two visits before purchasing a Sun Seeker recumbent. In that time, I also got to watch the staff interact with multiple other customers and their conduct was impressive. They were helpful and descriptive in their replies to the questions asked.Glad to be a customer.

Trek bicycles last for years and provide a great, comfortable ride. I just purchased a Verve 3 step through and LOVE it! The Ft. Myers team is friendly, knowledgeable and helpful!

Lots of bicycles that were marked sold already on display along with bikes to service. However, there really werent any electric bicycles that wasnt sold or marked do not use. The salesman however was not very helpful when he discovered that I was not going to spend over $3000 for an electric assist bicycle. If youre not spending high dollars you will be treated like a peasant. My advice would be to shop online and find another bicycle shop besides this one.

I had a problem with my order and Brett immediately took care of it. Could not be happier at how responsive he has been and the eagerness and quickness to resolve the issue. There are a lot of great reasons to buy a Trek, but customer service is bar none. That is what matters.

It is the best store not only bicycles but for anyone who truly appreciate great service. I am and have been commuting with my bike daily for the past couple of years aswell as being a cycling enthusiast and riding on my free time, so it is safe to say Ive been there almost as many times as there are days in a year, and it is for one reason essentially: It delivers every. Brett, the store manager, is one of the most outstanding professionals Ive had the pleasure to meet in any business ever, and with his team, always went above and beyond all my expectations and needs. I could only wish this level of customer service was the industry standard everywhere.

Expert repairs at reasonable cost. Had rear tire replaced on my mountain bike. Bike runs perfectly. This shop has a great reputation and is very busy so plan on leaving your bike a while for repairs. Busy because they are the best shop around and have many devoted customers who only trust them for parts, maintenance and repairs. You can trust them not to rip you off. My only bike store I use!

They are friendly and helpful at this location I just wish it was bigger that way they can offer more accessories for the bikes and clothing for the rider. I know you can order online and have shipped to store for free, but sometime you want it now. Lol 😆

Great experience! Had an issue after purchase and Ryan went above and beyond to fix it. Follow through is always what matters and the bikes are great quality as well.

They had new bike inventory when everyone else I checked with had none. Also, I love their flat tire insurance. I ride a lot and I’ve had more than a few flats. Now, instead of finding a new tire and fighting to put it on myself, I just take the wheel in there and all I pay for is the new tire.

Went to buy a bike after finding one online. The man who helped us was not wearing a mask and kept moving next to me as I backed away. On top of that, all he could tell me about the bike was they didn’t have it in stock. Did not offer to help me find another and seemed barely interested in helping me. Spent more time tying his show while telling me they didn’t have it than he did putting in any effort.

I went in for a camelback squeeze bottle and none of the other local bike shops had them in stock. I appreciate that the Trek store had exactly what I was looking for and the staff provided excellent customer service. I will most likely be coming back to Trek for all of my cycling needs going forward.

It has been a long while since I have purchased a new bike and now that I am retired I was looking for something that would be appropriate for my current fitness level and move up with me as I got stronger. I had the good fortune of immediately being greeted by Brett! He listened to my requirements and so respectfully and patiently helped me choose the perfect Trek for me. He then helped with outfitting it with accessories, he promptly ordered items not in inventory and then the shop installed everything expertly. This was such a positive experience. I would most enthusiastically recommend this store and in particular Brett!

Brought a trek in for a tube repair on a Sunday afternoon was told to pick it up on Monday. Went back on Wednesday to pick up the bike it was not done. Basically a waste of an hour with traffic. Even though signs are posted on the door that they are Covid conscious no one was courteous enough to wear a mask on either visit. Seem very busy which is good for them. Perhaps they are to busy?

Unfortunately there is a nationwide bicycle shortage due to the pandemic. Still was able to show me some bikes that would fit my style just no inventory.

Wrong parts installed on my bike and employees totally oblivious to mistake. New bar tape installed and employee with old greasy shop gloves or dirty hands takes out for test ride. They said shop would call when correct parts come in from another local store and I haven’t received a notice in 7 days now.

Mike was knowledgeable, passionate, and helpful! I felt like every question was answered and never felt pushed to buy. These bikes sell themselves and the folks working in the store obviously believe in the product they sell. Thank you! I love my FX!

Pricey place. They ordered an accessory for my bike that was on the display floor, but the size did not fit my bike. I had to pay a hefty fee for expedited shipping for the correct size. Also, they installed fenders on my bike, but it was obvious the rear fender did not fit. I wanted a partial refund for the rear fender, keeping the front fender which did work. They would not do it. Also they dont wear face masks. The store is a tight confined space with customers coming and going. Florida COVID19 cases are spiking. Employees should were masks.

My husband and I purchased our bikes from this location within the last year and have been in several times since. Each time we have had the pleasure of dealing with Brett. He has always been professional and helpful and very knowledgeable. We would definitely recommend this business to others with confidence!

I arrived to this Trek Bicycle Store in Fort Myers with the wheels from my Torker bicycle, and was promptly greeted by the friendly guys behind the counter. I expected that I would need to leave my wheels for flat repair and return later to pick them up, but Billy tool care of them right away! He took time to determine that the cause of holes in the inner tubes was due to failing rim tape that covers the ends of the spokes. New rim tape, new inner tubes filled to spec, and I was back on the road much sooner than I expected. I will definitely return to this bike shop for any future needs.

I came in from out of town to rent a bike last minute. I was so glad they had a great bike in my size! Steve and the rest of the staff were so helpful. My top notch bike rental cams with a spare kit and bike computer. They also fitted me for the bike, put my saddle on, and put on the cage pedals I requested. Steve was so helpful and gave me some good suggestions on local rides and restaurants. Reservation, pickup, and returning were so easy and pleasant! I would definitely recommend this store for any of your biking needs!

Brett, Billy and the whole crew at this shop are top tier. I recently had an issue with my madone that could have jeopardized my ability to complete an event and the guys went above and beyond to fix it way ahead of what other shops estimated. It doesnt matter if you are a new rider or a season veteran, the team at this shop will treat you like one of their own and ensure you are well taken care of. Cant say enough great things about this shop and the people that work here. If you havent stopped in to see them, you are doing yourself a disservice.

Bought a Trek Electra Townie 7D and love it -- the upright position and feet-forward is much more comfortable for someone riding casually. The store helped make sure it fit, and patiently and with no pressure let me try several bikes before settling on this one. They offer a years free adjustments and maintenance as well, which so far I have not needed, but who knows. Very happy.

My wife and I but two bikes from this store and Brett help us find the bikes we need it for what we wanted to do, I never done trail and we wanted to try it out and Brett was very Knowledge and professional we felt comfortable talking with Brett and he was never in a hurry like other store’s we had visited, I when back to the store after a week of riding the bikes and spoke with Brett to see if it was possible to return the two bikes and upgrade to a better more comfortable bikes for us and Brett was very nice and polite with me and he help me find a different bike, the costumer services is one of the best by far and everyone I met there is very nice and knowledgeable I will recommend this shop to anyone the is looking for a bike you will not regret it.

It’s also easy to talk to people and get advice.

I needed some better tires for my mountain bicycle.I have had a lot of flats down here in sw florida.The guy at trek bicycles was great.Joseph found me some real good puncture proof tires.They have real friendly and Knowledgeable staff too.I cant wait to buy a new bike and It will be from them.

Availability is very minimal on trek products but got very lucky to find some items in stock at fort Myers trek store. My gf is excited she finally got a Marlin 5 and Mike, a Fort Myers Trek store worker, made the whole process smooth and easy. Thank you once again

After much searching this place had what I needed. It was at a good price. The only drawback I would say was that when I asked the mail owner a question he looked at me in a weird way made me feel like my business was not wanted. Maybe he was having a bad.

They carry an extensive line of bicycles, but also bicycle accessories and clothing. When they didnt have my size, they were willing to order it for me to try on. Very pleasant and helpful people.

My husband stopped here to discuss a riding solution with a carbon fiber frame and not a racing bike. Brett was super knowledgeable and took the time to come up with a solution that will fit the type of riding we enjoy. Fast forward one week and we bought two carbon fiber bikes with a flat bar FX model. They had all the accessories - clipless pedals, shoes and more importantly a they offer an really smart maintenance and flat coverage. Funny thing, my bike came in first and after going for a quick 10 mile ride the fiat day, I could not be happier!! No longer is the wind going to be a hindrance. I highly recommend you go see these guys. Great experience from start to finish.

When I come to visit in Fort Meyers and have my bike with me this is my home away from home store. The staff are very professional and treat you like an old friend, if you are looking for service this is the place . The service department is clean and organized and if your bike doesnt need something they will tell you because they are not about just completing the sale. I own a Checkpoint ALR 5 and have no issues putting it in their hands because I know they will treat it like theirs .

Highly recommend. I purchased a specialized bike by recommendation at another bike shop in Fort Myers. Brand new they could not fix the same braking problem three times in a row. I finally took the new bike to this Trek Store and they fixed it the first time, like nothing. Great service, great people. I should have just bought a trek here!

Wow, super fast service! We are on vacation down here and while eating lunch I suddenly heard a hissing sound behind me. The stem had separated from the tube of my husbands bike! We brought it in and was out the door in 20 minutes with a new tube installed! Great prices, too. Well definitely use this place again if we need bike service work done while vacationing in the area.
