Stumbled upon Pedego while looking for rental bikes while at the Luminary hotel near by. The owners, Skip and Lisa are great. The bikes are comfortable and priced well at $25/ hour or $100 for the day (back before 5). They get to speed quick (20 MPh+) and are a nice ride down Mcgregor. Store is clean and nice, very personable. Their two year old pup Kea (spelling?) is a star and happy to give you attention for belly rubs. We will be back every time for our explorer vehicles while geocaching in the area. A++++

Jeff was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful throughout the entire buying experience. He took his time to explain everything thoroughly. I bought an awesome Pedego Interceptor bike from Lisa and Skip last week and love it. Looking forward to much longer bike rides than I could comfortably do with pedal power only (Fort Myers Beach, Lovers Key, etc.) I am not great when it comes to new technology. Lisa and Skip are great friendly people to deal with. We were very comfortable trying out this electric bike. And they have a great place for the trial run. Along the river, very scenic. I just love this bike. I have severe fibermyalgia and can not walk very far. But with this bike off I go and if I get to tired I use the throttle battery power to get me home. Started off slow up to 4 miles in a single ride and the freedom of being on my own!!! Highly recommend this. My husband Ed bought one too so we can do scenic rides together, or exploring!!

The event by Pedego of Ft Myers was spectacular. I met people, listened to people talk about the different bikes, talk about the bike carriers and danced in the rain.We love our bikes and the care Lisa and crew take care if us and our bikes. We have had our Pedego Interceptors for two years and we absolutely love them. About 2500 miles, and we plan our trips now to be able to use our bikes. Skip and Lisa at Pedego Fort Myers were terrific right from the beginning when we first rented our bikes to “try them out” and then when we bought. They are always available if you have a question and very accommodating if you need service. We are so glad we bought Pedego and are very pleased with the entire experience.

My husband and I visited Skip and Lisa at their Pedego store several months ago. We were very pleased with their courteous and informed manner. Skip took us out for a road test and Lisa explained all of the particulars. We went to the store a 2nd time and bought an Interceptor Platinum and an Interceptor. No pressure and lots of patients. It was an easy transaction with delivery as promised. Lisa and Skip are simply 2 nice folks who are selling a very good product.

My Wife and I was heading downtown to do some business and passed a Pedego store and decided to stop and look at E-bikes as we were planning to look into e-bikes anyway.Skip and Lisa gave us a test ride through downtown and it was an instant hit. We returned later and purchased two e-bikes. Skip and Lisa invited us to the Pedego Palooza 2 days later and accommodated us with our E-bikes before they were ready with the accessories we bought for them.The Palooza was a success. We met many other riders and the CEO of Pedego. (Best 7 mile tour ever) Lisa and Skip were more than fair with our purchase and accessories and we will certainly be back. Very happy with my Element electric bike. Very easy to ride and fast! I commute to work on it and the bright color, orange, really helps the cars to see me coming. Rode on very busy streets without incident and on a regular bike I was almost in a near miss every day.

Lisa and Skip were amazing to learn about e-bikes in general and the Pedego bikes they sell. The store is awesome with one of every style Pedego makes so you can try them all out and see what really will be best for whatever activity or lifestyle you have. They had to order one of our bikes and they were great on communicating when the bike would get here and be ready. We bought 2 bikes and we love them. They have followed up with us after the sale which was great. They have an amazing selection of items to add to the bikes like helmets, locks, phone holders and drink holders. They are very low key and try to educate you versus what a lot of other places do when you walk in and go down the hard selling technique. When looking for e-bikes you have to come here and meet Lisa and Skip and learn about this amazing bicycle company.

We unknowingly showed up at the store without an appointment. Lisa was inside taking care of a couple and apologized, but offered to help us as soon as they were done. Skip decided to help us outside!! It was perfect because we were short on time. He took us for a ride on the bikes through the neighborhood and we fell in love right away!! The next day, we came back to make the purchase and by the time we left their store, we felt like they had been our friends for ever. They are a pleasure to visit with and very knowledgeable about the Pedego products. We absolutely love our bikes and look forward to many miles of riding time!!! We wanted to rent bikes while in Fort Meyers to check out the local neighborhood and enjoy the weather. Pedego was conveniently placed right near our hotel so decided to try out electric bikes. Best choice we could have made! Lisa was extremely helpful and friendly and even gave us some great tips for the local area. The bikes were extremely nice, comfortable, and easy to use. Would 100% recommend either renting a bike if you are visiting or purchasing if you have the chance.

I call Lisa at her shop a few days before Christmas and asked her bunch of questions about the bikes, shes very knowledgeable and helped me decide on the bikes I wanted. She actually had both bikes in stock and that day she put them aside for me a few days later I went to the shop and pick them up meeting Skip her husband.Skip is a great guy went over the bikes with me in detail and help me get them loaded on to my truck with my new bike rack. Excellent people to deal with. And by the way we had A-blast Christmas Day.

Shout out to Skip and Lisa Badolato, owners of Pedego Fort Myers. While biking in downtown Fort Myers, and 15 miles from our home, my husband had a flat tire on his regular bike. We called Pedego since they were the closest bike shop. Skip went out of his way to try to fix the tire with the supplies he carried in his shop. When that didnt work, he drove my husband and the bike to a regular bike store, waited while the tire was repaired, then brought him back. (I stayed at Podega with Lisa and their adorable dog). Skip was not obligated to help us ... we werent riding electric bikes, and clearly did not intend to buy one on this day. Just a super nice couple. If youre in the market for an electric bike in the Fort Myers area I highly recommend Lisa and Skip at Pedego Electric Bikes on West 1st St.

We stopped in for a terrific visit six weeks ago, and bought two Pedego Interceptor bikes from Skip and Lisa, and made two good friends. If you are interested in a terrific shopping experience, with folks who are knowledgeable and understand their product, this is the place to go. While Skip and Lisa are really nice people trying to have a successful business...the Pedego bikes are JUNK!I could easily spend a day writing a review about all the issues Ive had with 3 different latchs..I have better things to do with my time..like work on my bike AGAIN! Their assembled in America...but produced in China.Do yourself a favor and avoid Pedego..I wish I would have bought an Enzo electric bike instead..too late now.. I just assumed a bike that cost nearly$3,000 would be better quality.Id like to continue complaining..but I have to go fix my bike AGAIN!

These folks are great. While they are just opening up they still went out of there way to help. I was visiting the area after having bought a pedego bike back home only to find my charger was defective. My home dealer called and got a hold of Lisa. She made sure that she had the right charger since i was still coming from a hour away...that way i didnt waste a trip. She then called me and told me not to rush because her and her husband would meet me if i got caught in rush hour traffic. Met and swapped out the charger. super nice people that took care of me even though I bought my bike from a different store. you just dont see this great of service from most people today. Will make the long drive back from home if my wife wants a pedego bike.
