Came because of a low tire pressure. I think if it were another place, a guy would have probably just filled air and let me be on my way. But Carlos knew something was probably up and actually found a hidden tiny nail which was making my tire slowly leak air overtime. I think this showed that he is thorough and experienced. I am down to come visit the shop again if I have car trouble in the future. Thank you Carlos!
