Damaging the front bumper and passenger side headlight. Insurance wanted to take the vehicle to some partnered shop that I didnt feel very comfortable. I than called BMW dealership which to my surprise they just ship the bumper out to get painted and again was not very comfortable about their process and were not very accommodating either...At this point I scanned through google looking for Auto Bodys with experience / specialties in higher end vehicles. Couldnt find many convincing in NJ and or with consistent reviews. A lot of franchises seem to just be puppy mills for repaints as well. I than came across Prestige Auto Body in Fort Lee. Showcasing Bentleys, Porsches, Corvettes, Audis, Range Rovers, and more. I felt I found the one, made the call, setup time to come down and had the vehicle there within a week of the accident.The owner Tommy met with me, gave me a nice tour of the facility and there processes. Everything seemed very professional, done correct, and utilizing OEM or top of the line materials. He was very knowledgeable of all the high end car brands and knows how to get any vehicle looking new off the lot. The claim was through Progressive insurance which they worked with. Now my biggest compliment to the Prestige Auto Body team is there willingness and patience to make sure the insurance correctly quotes and understands the OEM parts needed for these types of vehicles. As I outlined above, Tommy is on your side in these situations which was my biggest appreciation. On top of that they had a rental ready for us. We were picked up at the shop and brought 5 min down the road to enterprise. Again insurance giving us issues on the type of rental...enterprise was on our side and very friendly staff. We got in a 2020 BMW 530i which was great. Wanted to highlight this as this is a nice benefit to have these specific locations working together. Just a really friendly experience, better than my BMW dealership.The car took around 2 weeks to get done because of the delays with insurance so still very quick! Even with the inconveniences that Prestige had to deal with. Picked up the vehicle yesterday and as Tommy said, would look better than when I bought it. He was right! Paint match was spot on, headlight looked great, seams were all even on both sides of the bumper. Very happy with the entire experience and all my auto body issues and modifications will be done here! Thanks again Tommy and the Prestige team!

I brought our car in after we’d been side swiped in the city. It wasn’t a big job but an important enough job that we wanted to get it fixed. John and his staff were amazing. They dropped me off by the bridge and we’re even willing to drive me into the city if I’d wanted. The work was excellent but truly the best part was that John promised me the car by the following Monday and Tuesday n Saturday he called to tell me it was ready. In my experiences with garages, especially body shops, this is never the case. It always takes longer than they say which inconveniences the clients. They were so attentive to this. It was deeply appreciated.

Excellent service, craftsmanship and reasonable prices

Brought in 15 Outback with a fender damage. Tommy, John and his team did an outstanding job. Impeccable attention to detail - they even fixed some minor details around the car not related to original damage. Car was returned to me detailed and clean inside and out. Highly recommend! The whole experience was outstanding! Tommy (the owner) even took me on the tour of their paint facility - he is really proud of all the work they put into the new state of the art systems. The room, equipment and supplies are top notch and sparkling clean! This is not your ordinary dirty neighborhood body shop cave.

They were super professional and very welcoming. They way they treat is like they have known you for years and their work is exceptional. I was rear ended by a small commercial truck and they looked at it and told me they can fix it and get it back to me in three weeks no problem. Two weeks later they call me and tell me my car is ready to pick up. When I saw my car I almost jumped for joy because of how beautiful it looked. It legitimately looked better then when I first got the car and it was practically brand new when i got it and they even took care of some unrelated scoffs and scratches on one of my back doors free of charge. I honestly love this place and God forbid if anything happens to my car again I’m definitely coming back here to fix it.

Prestige Auto Body is the only place I will take my car for body work. My neighbor hit my car while it was parked and the door needed to be replaced. I took the car to Prestige. When I got there, the car rental people were waiting to take me to get the loaner. Charlie at Prestige took care of the accommodations. My car was completed in 4 days. What beautiful work they did!I had another incident where my car was parked in a supermarket parking lot and someone backed into it and damaged my bumper. My trunk door couldnt even open. I brought it to Charlie to take a look and he was able to adjust and smooth out the bumper so the trunk door could open. It doesnt even look like any damage was done, but I am still going to get the bumper replaced and Prestige is the only place I will have the work done.Thank you Charlie! You are the best!

My experience at Prestige Auto Body was amazing. I just purchased a brand new Camry and when I got hit I was very upset. Charlie walked me through the entire process of the repair and made sure it got done right and was as good as new. He even helped me deal with the insurance company and car rental.When I picked up my car on the day Charlie said it would be done, it looked brand new!! There was no dent and the car was spotless!! Workers were respectful and made sure you left understanding what was being done step by step with your cars process. I could not be any happier with my experience and the job Prestige did. The work they did to my Truck was great, and the staff was all very friendly throughout the whole process. On top of it all they finished the work earlier than original estimate. The time and quality that was put into my truck was amazing, i was actually shocked that it came out looking the way it did, once i got my car back they even had it washed and cleaned for me. I had recently bought my 2018 Jeep Grand Cherokee and wanted to make a few additions to it. The vision of the owner, Tommy, and his team made it come out greater than I had expected. After my three month old Mercedes was hit in a parking lot damaging both passenger doors and wheels, I went to Prestige in Fort Lee to have it repaired. The owner, Tommy, and the staff offered outstanding service. Tommy immediately called Enterprise to get me a loaner car. He took my car in, leaving me without stress. My vehicle was repaired and returned to me in about ten days, and looks as if it is straight out of the showroom. The entire Prestige staff is courteous, friendly, professional and efficient. I didnt think they made service shops like this anymore, but im glad i found them! prestige is professional, knowledgable, kind, confident and efficient. They literally handled EVERYTHING but filing the claim (and i did that thru the insurance app)! the quality of the work is OUTSTANDING, the shop is modern & clean, and from the expensive cars on the lot, its clear they know what they are doing! There was a subsequent repair needed(unrelated to their work) that couldnt have been found during initial repair. they even took care of contacting the insurance company AGAIN for those subsequent repairs (no paperwork or phone calls to insurance)! Accidents are stressful enough, so having Prestige on your side, makes it a lot easier to deal with. Dont hesitate to visit them when in need of auto body work,

Got my car repaired recently after a small fender bender i thought why not try this place out it had some good reviews and the facility looked great. I definitely will be going back when in need and would recommend this place to any of you for the future.

Scammers!! Where is 0 star option because 1 star is even too much for them to deserve. I mean WTF!! They keep your car for over a month on purpose so they can rack up storage fees. Their actual body work is terrible. When my car was finally finished after over one month in their shop, it overheated on the way to my house and had to be taken back and fixed for another week. When I got it back my wheel alignment was totally off and I was leaking coolant. I brought it to another body shop where I was told they just did a total rush job and all of the hoses were loose. Had to pay someone else to fix their work. I asked them to do me a favor since they had my car for over a month and just fix some nicks I had on my back bumper while they were painting my front bumper. Got my car back and they didnt touch my back bumper (when questioned, they said they did their best??!!) but had the nerve to to affix a license plate holder bearing their name to my rear license plate when I was in a front end collision and nothing needed to be touched on the back of my car. When I makes numerous call to them to complain, they decided to avoid my phone call. VERY FISHY. CONSUMER BEWARE. DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE. I STRONGLY WARN YOU

I took my Audi in for some minor repair and I was treated like a VIP even though this was my first time here. The guys here are great and I highly recommend them.

Being a women and going around to auto places i often get the run around or get blown off however with prestige auto it was completly opposite!! Not only is the owner very nice and informative but so are all the workers. After my repair was done Tommy even walked me into their shop and showed me exactly what was repaired and how it was done. I would deffinilty be going back

Dishonest and overpriced. The owner (Tommy) will claim anything to get you into the shop, but in the end will not deliver. A minor job took a week to complete, despite promising to finish in 3 days - costing double in car rental; promised to fix other small dents and scratches for the same price - and didnt even touch them; the quality of the work was far from perfect - leaving a noticeable rough/inconsistent pattern along the edge of the fixed element; accused me of picking the car up late, even though I had called almost everyday to check on progress and was patient with delays. A significant portion of their business appears to be fluff - just a presentable image. What happens behind the scenes, as it turned out, is not better than your typical body shop with somewhat experienced manual labor. This job cost almost $2000, while realistically (from experience) it should have been closer to $1000, and only if it came out perfect. Considering I was new to this area, and read a few good reviews, I thought it was worth the quality - definitely not. For anyone who decides to try them, just make sure you get everything in writing, with clear and specific language, along with clauses to cover delays and deviation from agreement, and photograph everything. Otherwise, theyre not worth the headache.

Terrible job on my Porsche 911. Alignment came out all bad. When I went to pick up the car which was delayed more than 2 weeks, front trunk was flooded with water they use to clean car. The owner was a nasty guy through out whole ordeal. Very bad experience.* they are not affiliated with Prestige Mercedes Benz.

Very Accomodating - Excellent Body Work - Customer Service Friendly

I just returned from the Vintage BMW Show at Saratoga where people stood in complete amazement that my car is 20 years old. It looked so close to new that several people asked me if BMW started making that model again. Those oohs and ahhhs can largely be credited to Prestige Auto Body and Charlie Marra, who have always taken great care of my car and prepped it for the show with body work, painting, detailing, etc etc. They left no stone unturned and it showed.. Charlie promised me it would look like new....and it did!! A work of automotive art...as one spectator described it.

My Voodoo Blue Scion took a bad hit last month. Friend of mine recommended Prestige Auto Body for the job, was reluctant due to the fact that a year ago another body shop had sprayed my baby........Get this!!!!!!! Baby Blue!!!!. Theres Blue, Baby Blue, Crazy Blue, Electric Blue, and then there is Voodoo Blue which has freakin depth the kind of Blue that makes my Black & White days colorful...know what I mean? Expressed my concerns to the guys down there about getting the color right. They laughed in my face and I thought great!! when it rain it pours!!! They said you keep on singing buddy (Im a SInger) and well do what we do!!!! Handed over the keys put my head down and left. Came back a few days later to pick up my car and literally wet my pants!!!!!! The color was amazing forget about it!!! I have renewed faith in people I know it sounds stupid but thats how I felt then and thats how I feel now 3 weeks later !!!!! They again laughed in my face but this time I got a pat on the back when they handed my keys back to me....Wow!!! What a Prestigious gift !!! Thank you Thank you!!! Prestige Auto Body freakin rocks!!!
