Yummy frozen yogurt! Tried the holiday one, Pumpkin Spice . . . Was quite delightful, esp with the yummy toppings!!! 😋

I dont see a point in buying a large cup ($8.49) if its going to have no yogurt in the middle. They dont pour them like they used to. Same great yogurt though.

Staff is friendly and the atmosphere is great. The frozen yogurt is perfect. But I had to take my toddler in that restroom... it was sick. Didn’t look like they cleaned in a month. I’m being generous with the 3 stars because of the cleanliness. If it’s that dirty in the bathroom, how sanitary are they with our food?

I cannot keep saying enough great things this pink-berry!!!!! Talk about hiring smart! These are employees are beyond amazing, kind, and so patience when a long line forms (or a customer-like myself- cannot find their credit card and starts having a panic again in line). Seriously, I keep coming back and will only come back to this location simply for one reason… Man, this customer service is stellar!! Shout out to Devin, Taylor, Kendall and several other employees who literally turned a terrible day around for me. Thank you so much for being such amazing individuals who are beautiful on the outside and even more beautiful on the inside. Everyone should experienced this high level of customer service some time in their lives so check this spot out!!!!

Shared a medium chocolate/hazelnut with strawberry, no toppings. My hubby would have prefered a different combo with the strawberry, but I fully enjoyed.

The staff is always super nice... Its too bad management insists on having these young men and women enforce a law that even the county sheriffs department wont enforce! And there are no exemptions here! This is clearly just politics; everyone knows youre not making anyone safer! 🙄

Any establishment that closes before their posted business hours isnt run properly.

Wonderful product. Great service. But, too many patrons are too arrogant/ignorant to wear a mask. It makes it difficult to decide to go here for dessert when there are so many who don’t care about their community.

Normally I prefer the plain yogurt, which is delicious. This visit they had a coconut pineapple and I tried their chocolate. Yummy!!!!I went again this week. The flavor is still great, especially the chocolate - hazelnut. But for $4+ I expect the dish to be mostly filled, not just 6 teaspoons!

I enjoy the frozen yogurt here. I don’t eat it often but I enjoy a cool treat when it’s hot. My employees enjoy it as well so I try to get a treat for everyone from time to time.

This Pinkberry is convenient - right across from the Palladio theater. The staff are always very nice and helpful and pretty clean. Sometimes my cup isnt filled all the way, other times it is. Otherwise, the service is consistently good. They always have a very good variety of fruits, which are usually fresh and ripe - yummy. They also change thier yogurt flavors regularly.

This place is an amazing place to just get dessert. They have all sorts of flavors like M and Ms, sprinkles, waffles, and lots and lots more

Cant say Ive ever had a bad experience here. Always good, they have an amazing honey comb topping that I love. Its a little bit extra but its totally worth it!!! Must try this place

Nice place and yummy yogurt ice creams. I found it cheaper than yogurtland (you might feel otherwise). Overall quick service time and beautiful interiors to enjoy your desert.

The yogurt is a lot more creamy and less icy compare to most other yogurt places that I have been to. The service is great. They give you your yogurt with two hand, a sign of respect in the Asian culture. The place is clean and in a great location, next to the palladio movie theater and other restaurant. I love this place.

Kind of glad I dont live in Folsom anymore - this was a regular go-to for me and my daughter.Super good, fresh toppings, fun atmosphere and ALWAYS outgoing, friendly people working.

It is good yogurt and, since Im someone who likes a lot of toppings, it is nice to pay a flat rate for the size and not by the ounce like most other places.

I had never had Pinkberry before and it was amazing! It tastes so fresh!

We just visited this store, and its mothers day. My daughter was kind of grumpy and started throwing a fit because her strawberrys werent clean(they had chocolate yogurt on them) one of the employees ended up bringing her a fresh cup of strawberries just to make it easier on us and make her happier. I was so thankful and happy. It meant so much to me that someone would do that. So again thank you to AMBER at pinkberry in the palladio.

Friendly staff. I wish they served by the lb and not by the size of the cup. They do have unlimited toppings tho for one price.

The portions we were served were terrible! It was basically a tablespoon in which I paid $5.00 for it. The girl served us the yogurt and went into the back room leaving us standing at the cash register alone.Not great service!
