My husband and I went to NuYo in Folsom as part of our date night. Due to Covid, there is no inside dining, but there are plenty of seating areas on the outside patio area. When you walk in, there is s small station where you must apply antibacterial gel to your hands and put on food service gloves. Then you tell the clerk what size yogurt cup you need and they hand it to you. After that, its pretty much how things used to be (except now there is no sampling!). You walk to the frozen yogurt machine of your choice and dispense it into your cup. Then you go to the toppings bar (to add more sugary treats than a normal human would ever add to their frozen yogurt!). When your creation is complete, you put it on the food scale and then pay. The clerk asks if you want a lid and bag to take it to go, or just a spoon if youre eating it on the patio. A great covid-friendly treat. And they always offer at least 2 non-dairy flavors!

They said that the vanilla sorbet has traces of dairy and idk why, but why would you call it sorbet if it has dairy in it? We thought that it had a very minuscule amount of dairy in it, but I guess it had more than that. Overall, NuYo is delish.

I won’t get frozen yogurt anyone else. The consistency and flavors are superior to other local fro yo shops. There’s always a no sugar added option which I appreciate and always tastes great. Also very friendly customer service! Love this place and so do my kids!

My go to place for when I want something sweet but not super unhealthy. Their employees are also usually very kind and helpful.

I got the mint cream, peanut butter, cold brew, and blueberry muffin (nsa). They were all so creamy and delicious. Their prices are not as bad as yogurtland. Affordable, i personally like the consistency of their frozen yogurt. If you are around the area, come through. Perfect in getting probiotics in.

Excellent dessert option. We often go there after our dinner at the next door Thai Paradise, great complement to the taste buds after the spicy Thai cuisine. Reasonably priced, family friendly place. We also often visit there to reward kids for there academic efforts and achievements.

I visited this NuYo on a whim and enjoyed it. It’s very helpful that they have different cup sizes. Loads of toppings to choose from. We were greeted immediately and offered samples as well. Definitely has become a go to spot.

Frozen yogurt and toppings charged by the ounce. Several different cup sizes, multiple flavors, fat free and sugar free options, and a large assortment of fruit, nut, chocolate, candy and syrup toppings, including hot fudge.Be careful with the caramel-filled chocolate things. Theyre nearly a quarter mile of walking each to burn off. Just kidding. Or am I?

The frozen yogurt was good and it was very clean, however I don’t think I’ve ever encountered such distant employees in my entire life. One guy was nice who greeted us, but the other two were just so unhappy to be there that I wanted to leave too. One of them even looked angry that we even came in; I work at an ice cream shop and it’d be understandable if we came in 10 minutes to closing, but it was literally 8:30. I didn’t know people could be so angry at a job where all you do for the most part, (relating to customers) was to just stand around, offer samples, and ring you up; ITS SELF-SERVE FROZEN YOGURT. If you really don’t like customers to the point that you practically glare at every one that comes in, you probably shouldn’t work in the service industry.

Good but expected. I left enjoying my yogurt but nothing is bringing me back. Nothing making it stand out means I go to other places that are more convenient or are better priced more often. If youre driving by then stop in otherwise right down the road are more options.

My lady likes frozen yogurt. Im not a buff fan, but I have to admit that this place is pretty good.

Staff is always very helpful. The manager, Sonia, is very nice. It is always a pleasure going there.

Has a lot of choices of froyo flavor, and also a lot of toppings. They also have shaved ice. I only tried their yogurt but i only know 2. Shaved ice flavors, tiger blood, and lemon lime. I got a pretty big chip of froyo for under $5 and it was really good, definitely recommend it for a hot summer day
