Unfortunately the folsom location has horrible customer sevice... our family normally loves edible arrangements, but each time we have gone here over the past year we have had an issue. I ordered a sick family member a fruit bouquet with get well balloons for them and when I was sent a picture of what they received, the balloons were not even fully inflated! We have also had to wait quite a long time when we do curbside pickup of orders. I hope management makes some changes soon!

Currently on hold and its been 10min. No response, just silence while waiting to hear from somebody. My friend from Canada also has had trouble connecting with staff at this location. This was a birthday surprise and my friend gave my number to contact for delivery.Delivery driver didnt ensure someone opened the door and didnt call, the fruit platter was left outside the door with the edges of the container taped and one side the tape was off when I picked it up. Found ants all over the sweet treats as nobody was home during this surprise delivery and nobody contacted our number to notify us of delivery.Its now 11:37 min on hold and still waiting for someone to answer .....

I received delivery, no door bell ring, no call on my cell phone, on Friday (2 days ago) of a Mothers Day arrangement. I found today it in the sun on the front porch, strawberries moldy, chocolate melted on all of the berries, and the pineapple was brown on top. I had to throw it away.I called Edible Arrangements, E. Bidwell, Folsom and unfortunately got Darren Messina, Operations and Finance Director. He was extremely rude and difficult to deal with. He said because of Covid the driver could not be in contact with me... I said what about the doorbell or my cell phone. He said that they had new employees, etc. Excuses...We had left the call that they would make the item again and deliver it tomorrow. I agreed. Yes, I agreed to a second delivery and DM told my son that I would not agree to a second delivery. Rude and a liar.I asked him his name and he would not give it to me and asked him again and he would not give it to me would just state his title.... I had enough and just I hung up.Then I got a call from my son, who sent me the Edible (not-edible) gift. Get this, Darren Messina called my son and said I WAS RUDE AND THAT HE WOULD NOT SUBJECT HIS DRIVER TO SOMEONE LIKE ME. HE REFUNDED THE MONEY TO MY SON!!! What a nice Mothers Day!Dont believe me that he was very rude and difficult to speak to. Please, GO TO THE REVIEWS AND YOU WILL SEE ONE STARS FROM PEOPLE WHO HAD TO DEAL WITH THIS INDIVIDUAL. I only got his name by reading the ONE STARS from people and they had trouble with the man (Operations and Finance Director). One person got his business card and that is how we all know who this guy is. You will see in the bad reviews that someone complained to corporate and the person from corporate call DM and he was awful to her too...Do not do business with Edible Arrangements, E. Bidwell, Folsom CA

I have used them many times and theyve always done a great job. Today I called and needed a fruit arrangement delivered to my 3 granddaughters who had just lost their dog of 15 years. Sadly, they were full on orders for the day, but when I explained the situation to the manager, he totally made it go right and got it delivered to my girls this afternoon. I truly appreciate his compassion and professionalism. Thank you!

Greg was completely accommodating and understanding when my first delivery was incomplete (which was a fault on my end). He worked with me to find a timeframe when my order could be delivered still as a surprise for my grandfathers 85 birthday. I so appreciate the complimentary re-order that Edible Arrangements honors for customers. Thank you!

Poor customer service. Went to the shop on valentine day asked the guy on counter, do you have anything special for today. He said I can’t do anything today. Went online and order the special for valentine day and it was ready in 3 hours. Why you lie on a day when you have business on peak and you shld impress your customers

Update: Able to retrieve arrangement, turns out the manager is just a defensive jerk.Scam.Placed an order for delivery for $100 with the request that it be delivered after noon.Arrived hours early, and asked the driver if it could be redelivered, he left us a number to call.We called and the person answering the phone was extremely rude. Interrupted us while we said hello, and said, “Is anyone at the residence right now?” It still was still a few minutes before noon, so we said we are almost home.“What’s almost home?” We got in an extremely rude tone. “Look, you have 2 options. Pick it up or have it delivered tomorrow.”“Sorry, we won’t be able to do either-““Our policy... ...no refunds,” interrupted the employee.“Well our situation-““Look, you need to stop interrupting me,” interrupted the employee again.We lost it at this point, “How dare you say that to us, what is your name, and who is your manager?”“No, what is YOUR name?”Then the yelling ensued.Well, at least the driver was a decent human being.Considering opening a small claims case against this place.

This is the second year I have come to this location for a Mother’s Day gift and each time the manager/owner has been extremely rude to his employees. They have provided me with nothing but phenomenal customer service both times but listening to the dude berate his employees while a customer is being helped is pretty unprofessional. Either wait until the customer is gone or take them in the back. Won’t be coming back for that reason alone.

I normally love this location, theyre so kind and very prompt, but when I just called on the phone to see if I could possibly get an estimation of a time for delivery, the gentleman on the phone was very clipped and curt when I had a simple inquiry. I wasnt rude nor demanding of any sort. Ill still be a customer of this store, but beware delivery is you arent at work from 8am to 9pm. And I probably wont ever call on the phone ever again. I dont normally write reviews, but his brusk manner was very uncalled for.

I see no Employees want to make a review. Guess Ill be the first, I never make bad reviews for any forms of business but I must say this is far the WORST store ever! If I could pray for WORSE this would be the ideal definition. I was hired for This past mothers day holiday which I did not get to work. So dumb if you as me, So I worked my assign days leading up to the Mothers day weekend. Then the rest of the time I was on call and never was called. There communication is HIGHlY poor. I would call, leave voicemail messages and text asking what the plans where If they needed me and they would never return my phone calls but shoot a text the day later. This Place is a joke and I hope nobody buys from here ever again or works here. I highly recommended the Roseville location there services are great! Met the manager personally. If you notice on these reviews the manger doesn’t have the decency, respect nor Courtesy to respond/reply to these comments. That speaks volumes its self. Just sad and pathetic. Btw that star doesn’t count for anything but a complete 0

I called to Let them know we were not home when they attempted to deliver our fruit basket. I asked if it was possible to give a heads up to let us know when somebody’s on their way. The guy I spoke to was extremely rude and basically said I could either come pick it up or they would deliver it tomorrow. I said I really didn’t want to drive that far to pick it up and he said have a nice day and hung up on me I would never use this business again

Ordered a daisy arrangement and the fruit was extremely rotten under the fruits chocolate. It seems they dipped rotten fruit to actually hide that it’s rotten. This and the manager Darren M. Was extremely rude. Probably the rudest man I’ve ever met. I wouldn’t recommend placing an order here

I am absolutely disgusted with this Edible Arrangements Store (1300 E Bidwell St. Folsom, CA 95630) and the people that work there. Particularly the Operations /Finance Director named Darren M. Messina. This guy is the rudest person I have ever met in my life… that is seriously no exaggeration. Here’s what happened…I went online to place an order and saw that there was a coupon code for free delivery with a $50+ purchase. So, I chose a beautiful looking arrangement for my wife that happened to be advertised for exactly $50. For some reason when I clicked on the product and added it to my cart the price changed to $49.50 and it no longer qualified for free delivery. I didn’t make a big deal about it though, I just found a $5 off coupon online and ordered it for pickup. Luckily for me (or unluckily since Darren Messina was there NOT holding down the Fort) there was a 7-minute pickup option. I chose that option, paid and had planned to be there in 20 minutes to get the order.Then, about 10 minutes later I received a phone call from the store telling me that there was no way they could process the order in that time. Instead I would have wait at least 45 minutes. I informed them that I couldn’t do that and would just like a refund… but first I thought, “Maybe I could speak with the manger to see if there was anything he could do about the delivery”.- WRONG MOVE…Then, Darren Messina got on the phone… He yelled at me from the very beginning telling me that I shouldn’t expect to have chocolate dipped and dried in just 7 minutes. I got upset and asked if I could finish talking. I explained I was a new customer and didn’t know how long it took chocolate to dry! I then told him that the site shouldn’t offer free shipping and 7 Minute delivery if they couldn’t actually provide it. I got yelled at some more… so then, told Darren, I would just come into the store. Then he could process the refund and I could get his managers information- I then hung up the phone.About 30 second later Darren actually called me back!! I asked him to please not call my cell phone anymore. He told me that if I came into the store he would call the police on me (for what, I don’t know). He also told me not to threaten him (because I said I could take the conversation up with his manager). I just hung up the phone. I went into the store and the second I walked in Darren pointed to the door and yelled my name, telling me to “Get out before I call the police!”. I said for what… I paid money for a product. He told me that he alredy processed the refund and to leave. So, I grabbed a business card off the counter (happened o have his name on it….yay!!!) and then left.I called another local store and they apologized telling me that they have complaints about him like that all the time and asked me to call the corporate office.When I called corporate they assured me that this was not their policy. The apologized for his rude behavior and told me that if the site says 7 minute delivery then it should have been done in 7 minutes. They told me that this person should never have called me and told me it would take at least 45 minutes. The customer service rep tried calling the store to speak with Darren Messina but she said he yelled at her too and talked to her like she was a little kid. I decided to leave a report of this behavior on Google, Tripadvisor, the Corporate website and any other forum where people are listening.Stay away from this store and Darren M. Messina!!!
