Outstanding service. Within minutes of arriving to the store I was taken care of by having my iPhone fixed in about 15-20 minutes. This is the fastest and most professional service I have received in my life. This is definitely a 10 star business.

These people are very skilled at what they do. I would definitely recommend them to repair and work on everything I own. I typically do my own work but something happened to all my tools etc. Im not typically the type of person to allow someone else to work on my stuff. These guys on the other hand I trust. Brought in my PS4 saying it keeps randomly turning off. Brought it in they said they would call me before fixing it. 7 days go by and nobody calls me so I call them they say your PS4 is ready for pick up. I never was told a price until it was already done. So I was forced to pay. And then I asked. If the problem persists will I get a refund or be able to bring it back in for free if it starts messing up just like before within the week. They say in a very rude fashion no after you get it you won’t be able to do anything due to us not knowing what you do with your PS4. So I can understand that so I go home the next day and hook it up for the first time since I got it back literally moments later it shuts off anytime I open a game. So now I have $120 less in my bank account with no refund or second chance at them trying to fix it. Also when I was in the store one of the workers was trying to tell another customer they didn’t pay when the customer had reciepts pulled up as proof. And it took that customer 20-30 minutes just to get out of there with their phone. Do NOT recommend. Bad service and Bad reassurance (hate to be a Karen but I love my mf game so)

They’ve fixed my tablet screen, a phone screen for me, and even revived an old laptop with pictures of a deceased friend on it that I thought were lost forever.I always suggest this place for my family and friends.The owner and his team are talented, skilled, honest, and fair. Willing to bet that some of these bad reviews were probably trying to get something for nothing but I can only speak on my experiences and they were nothing less than excellent!

I called this business along with many others, frantically trying to get my daughter’s iPad fixed before a weekend trip 4 hours away. I didn’t leave a message, however they called me back within a few minutes! Her iPad’s screen was replaced in an hour! Happy kid! Happy mom! They’re my new go to! Thank you!!!!

BAD FOR BUSINESS If I had the option I’d give them no stars at all. After dropping my tv off and paying $60 for a diagnostic that was supposed to be given within 4 days I did not hear from these people at all. I gave them a call after about 10 days to see what was going on. Carlos the owner of this place had no answers for me and told me he would get with his assistant and give me a call back. He never called back. I waited another week before calling again and when I did Carlos told me they were waiting on a part for the tv. Mind you I still haven’t gotten a diagnosis as to what was wrong. Gave them an additional week before calling and when I did Carlos had my number BLOCKED😳 yes he blocked my number and I was baffled to say the least. My husband and I immediately get in the car to go pick up the tv bc at this point we don’t want to do business with this guy bc of the lack of communication on his end as to what was going plus him blocking my number as if I’m harassing him or something. I only called him twice and it’s been a little over 3 weeks. When we get there Carlos would not give us our tv back and calls the cops on us bc we told him we weren’t leaving without it. Cops come and this man is now trying to say we never paid the diagnostic fee when in fact you pay that fee BEFORE leaving your tv duh! the officers are clearly seeing what’s going on here and are actually annoyed by Carlos and Instructed this man to give us our tv back the exact way we dropped it off. Come to find out it was just a blown led light🙄 like why am I waiting a month for you to replace a damn led light? I will be calling the bbb on this man bc this behavior is unacceptable and I honestly don’t want anyone else to go through it. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS SNAKE!UPDATE/ we got our tv fixed (within 3 days) by a much more dependable business. Come to find out not only did we have the original problem that we walked in with (back light went out) We now have obvious INTENTIONAL scratches to our tv that could only be put there by someone operating on it and able to take the tv apart. When we told the gentleman and woman who worked on our tv previous to them they immediately knew these people and stated they have actually come to them to fix TVs and other electronics in the past. Do yourself a favor and walk away! BBB has been notified 🤪

Bottom line: unprofessional, disorganized, an all around terrible business. I took my laptop in on a weekend morning to be looked at for a few technical issues. At the time, the tech told me 3 hours for a fix. 5 hours passed and I had not heard anything about my laptop. I called and the individual on the phone said he would check and call me back immediately. I didnt hear anything from them for a week. When I finally did get ahold of them again, they had misplaced my laptop, then said they had forgotten about it, didnt get around to it, and other similar excuses. Essentially, whatever was done did not fix any issues I was having, and they didnt have the courtesy to call for an entire week, I had to be the one to call them to check on progress, multiple times. If you want to waste your time, possibly lose valuable personal property, and receive awful customer service, this is absolutely the business for you.

I brought my MacBook in to be fixed because it wouldn’t turn on and I didn’t know why. I left my laptop there for them to fix and it was ready in 24 hours! The price was great and the customer service was awesome! I would recommend this place to anyone with electronic problems!

Was debating on using this service but after reading the comments and the owners responses, I hope someone teaches this person a lesson. I dont even know where to start . Im not the type to bash any bodies business but this one right here is very unprofessional. i used this guy maybe a total of 3 or 4 times the last one was enough . I wont get to much into details, ill just let you guys Know he Fixed My iPhone 6 plus and presented a working phone but shortly after i left there began problems being wrong with the new screen that was put on. I told him about it and he said the phone was out of his care and he had nothing to do with why it was not working. I went and bought new iPhone 7s for me and my girlfriend. He then fixed my iPhone 7 screen on January 1st 2021 only for me to find out the phone started acting up shortly after i left . it was turning on and off by itself , had white spots appearing on the phone screen , etc. A few days later it wouldnt come back on. I took the phones back up to him and he said the same thing . these phones were not in his care when they started to mess up and we left the store with the phone working perfectly fine so he couldnt do anything about it . Longer story short i had to find out from another iPhone repair that i needed a brand new screen and a new home button that should have been replaced the day i got my screen fixed with them, but it was out of stock so they didnt replace it and took my 100 dollars knowing it would eventually have problems because the home button didnt work ! they also put a broken screen on my iPhone 6 plus that only worked for only 1 day after getting it fixed !!! Im very disappointed with this business, they are very unprofessional , and He was Very Rude and Money Hungry .... They also are doing business from their house which is also very Unprofessional . And I have reasons To believe that Old batteries were put into my phones each times i used them . It was Very foolish of me to go back to these people for a second & third time !

$70 for a speedy diagnosis. Seems like a solid business. Alls I got was a diagnosis and even with that I cant be sure that they were 100% correct about it since they werent really forthcoming with their process in diagnosing it. Only other issue is I didnt get a call back when it was ready for pickup, and two of my calls went straight to a full voicemail inbox. So maybe they could improve communications with customers.

Wish I could give less than 1 star. People please do not go here unless you want to have more technical problems than you came with. Plus the customer service is the worst Ive had my entire life. I came in with a simple fix of taking a coin out of a disk reader, they charged me $85. After the first service I noticed my computer would not even start and when I came back for them to check on it they tried to blame me for its brand new issue on top of trying to charge me an additional $180 to fix the new problem they created. Please dont waste your time, energy, or money on this shady/scam of a business. Plus the owner was rude and tried to put the blame on me. (Below is a picture of my computer after only needing a disk reader repaired)

We got a new battery and screen protector for an Iphone 7 while I waited. The service was quick and the staff very respectful. The price was better than expected. I will not hesitate to suggest this business to friends and family.

The staff were very friendly, professional, and quick. My phone seemed to be damaged beyond repair but these guys really are experts at their craft and helped me to save a lot of money. I would definitely recommend doing busy with them and will be happy to bring electronics to them in the future for any necessary repairs.

MacBook had a penny inside the disk reader so it was a small issue to fix, they charged 85$ and when they gave back the MacBook the screen was blank so we took it back to them and they fixed it, maybe 2 weeks later the same thing happened with the screen and it went blank again and now they are saying it’s going to cost 180$ to fix. Poor quality for sure.

Im so disappointed I paid $220 dollars to get my tv fixed because it wouldnt come on all the sensor light do was blink. Its only been a week since I picked it up and samething happening very disappointed and he was so rude when I came to pickup the tv to me that I can only imagine how he gonna act towards me now that I have to bring it back. For me being a widow with 6 kids $220 dollars is not easy to just dish out like that. Horrible customer service,I have a iPad mini with a bad wifi antenna so I called to get a price quote. They wanted $85. For just the wifi antenna. But heres the kicker the gentleman on the phone said if we break your screen in the process you have to buy a new screen like um what? Who says that? Either you know what your doing or you dont if you kno what you doing you wouldnt have to worry about the screen breaking. And if it did break it would be your fault it broke. But they expected me to pay for that. Never doing business with this company!!

Took my Lenovo Ideacentre B-540 for a black screen no operating system found on a Tuesday evening. By Wednesday evening the PC was repair and they also added a virus protection, put Windows 10 back on and added Microsoft Office all for $%180.Very nice and helpful personnel.

I had a broken iPhone 7 screen and took it here because it was the cheapest in town I could find. Customer service was professional, quick and reasonable. My cons were the location and the replacement screen was a Knock Off and worked maybe a week. When I called it was All sales are final. The location was difficult to see, the building could use an advertisement sign or flailing arm tube man.

At first glance I was concerned the roof about front door showed very recent fire damage.The gentleman behind the counter whos name is Christopher was very pleasant and explained what needed to be done to fix my sons tablet. And that yes they had a minor fire but it will be fixed soon.

After going to a few repair shops to try and fix a wireless remote control I was glad to find this place. They were the only ones who were able to fix it. Definitely going back for any other issues in the future.

They did a great job! After getting a ~$285 quote from Best Buy to replace my laptop screen, We Fit It did it for $140. My only (very tiny) complaint is that the screw covers were scratched a bit. Not a huge deal. They also fixed a Windows tablet that I havent been able to use in years due to issues with the LCD. That price was $80. Another company said they couldnt help me because they would shatter the screen trying to fix it. Seriously phenomenal job.

This guy stole my money. I have an I phone 7plus that needs work. Instead of going all the way to Raleigh, I gave him a call and he said he could fix it. I drop off the phone be and picked it back up in an hours time. He told me, he had to change the charging port. This was clearly true since I have scratches and pry marks on my phone now. I asked him if he had warranty on his work. He says no and tells me he has to go (red flag). By the time I get in the car, plug my phone in, and realize that the problem wasnt fixed, he was pulling off. I had to argue with this man about the $90 that he took from me u till I gave up. Bottom line this guy is a crook...

Beyond happy they fixed my PS4. Thought it was just my hdmi, they discovered I had a motherboard issue and fixed it for only $45 more. Total came to $130. Worth it cause they fix same day and it’s fast. 5 stars no less.

I will not recommend this place to anyone. I paid 140$ each for 2 IPhones 7 to get the screens replace. after 5 days of me using one of the phones the screen started overheating and had a dark shadow on the bottom right side. I’ve had this phone for over a year and it has never done this. I took the phone back to WFI the owner tried to blame it on the phone and when I told him he it was talking about the other phon he just told me to leave phone with him. When I got back to pick my phone they had already put a new screen on my phone and the technician told me that the older screen had an issue with the connector. All I ask was for them was to replace my screen. The owner said all he could do discount 40$ from 140$. But I had to pay 100 for the new screen. Like i said I only use my phone for 5 days after it started overheating and had the dark spot on the bottom right hand. Bad customer service from WFI and I will let everyone I know to not do business with them.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR APPLE PRODUCTS HERE!I took my iMac here to be fixed. Was having issues with it blinking out on me. It was working but would blink out while using it. So, these guys ordered a video card and told me it was working and ready... when I went to pick it up I was told that it was running all week until the day before I picked it up. So then I was told they had to order another part. I called 4 weeks straight and kept being told that the part had not arrived yet. Apon stopping by the shop after the 4th week, I was told the part finally came but when it was placed on, it burned out & that they thought I needed a logic board which they think were burning out the placement parts. So I was then told that it would cost too much for them to repair it and that I could take it with me. I took the computer home only to find out that it would not come on at all anymore. So I took it to another guy in Fayetteville to see if he could look at it & he immediately told me to just take it to apple in Raleigh. We took it to apple yesterday only to be called this morning being told that the shop that I took it to wasn’t apple certified and that they can’t fix it because the shop had screws missing, cables out of place and parts exchanged out that weren’t the proper apple parts! I now have to take a trip back to Raleigh to pick my computer up & probably wont be able to find anyone to fix it! My iMac is a 27 inch $2,000 computer that apple now, WILL NOT TOUCH! I would never go to this business again. I had a Samsung Galaxy Note 4s screed repaired for $200. When I got it back , I noticed my front facing camera was not working so I took it back to the place after calling of course. The owner and his repair man accused me of locking myself out of my camera from the settings in my phone (didnt think that was possible). After finally factory resetting my entire phone, they agreed to take my phone apart and look at it. As the phone was apart, they were looking at the phone under a magnifying glass and could not find any physical damage so would not fix the camera. As they were putting the phone back together , in the back, I asked about my phone because it had been over an hour. When they finally brought a broken phone back out to me, they accused me of dropping my phone since the last repair. There was a crack in the top right corner over the camera , and the LCD was not working. I went in for a diagnostic on a broken front facing camera and left with a phone that was unusable. After hasstling and threatening to call the BBB the owner only agreed to pay half of the labor and half of the retail value of the parts for the LCD/Screen and camera... basically still making a profit for refixing my phone. Definitely did not give him the satisfaction of ripping me off again. Id rather spend more money with someone is fair than half price with someone who cheated me.
