Worst experience. I have been here a few times and the guy is always on his phone talking away. Instead of listening and paying attention to customers he was just on his own phone talking away.

I would give it 1/2 a star if possible. I arrived on a Sat afternoon and when I walked inside there was nobody inside. Through the front window, I could see a male out front smoking a cigarette. He clearly saw me looking at him, as he looked at me. I thought...no way this is an employee, watching me stand and pace through the store, while he smoked a cigarette. Same male then reappeared inside and said he didn’t see me. I let that slide. He then went to the back of the store, claiming to search for some merchandise, shut the door and never returned. After standing and waiting...again, I eventually walked out and drove to another location. Highly recommend NOT using this location. Highly recommend some QC for hired staff.

Business bureau need to invest this store talk to multiple people and they said cricket did them the same way took money off their card and they did not authorize it.....Theres no point in talking to the manager at this location everything its your fault versus his employees. Well you slide your card twice cause the Mexican girl told me to she should have said first purchase is for phone second purchase is for auto payment. Now I walk in the store this mix boy mixed with white and black is laughing whats funny I paid for a brand new phone that I cannot use......

Definitely need more help. We waiting on average 2 and a half hours. During our purchase we did not get direct attention either by any means. She was helping others and we were literally pushed out of the way during our purchase. I was extremely upset. In fact while waiting she was actually flirting with one customer who was actually after us but got served before us about how he looked like guy on Bachelor show. She even took time to look it up on her phone to show him while supposedly helping us too. Extremely bad customer service skills. During time to transfer info from on phone to another she seemed Not to know much info either. Previous experience at this particular Cricket with another associate was able to fully help and transfer all data and apps everything. This was not he case this time. My spouse did most the work. While I like my service as far as phone goes Customer Service has tons of room for improvement.

I have been to three other Cricket Stores in Fayetteville and theyre rude or incompetent. The young hispanic female who took care of me on 04/23/20 was amazing! She was fast, informative, friendly and welcoming, give her a raise! From now on I will go to this store for all my Cricket needs.

My experience at Cricket has always been great until today. I ordered my son a phone that was shipped to the store and I was told that when the phone came in I would receive a call. Days passed and no call so I decided to call and inquire about the phone I purchased and I was told the phone was delivered a day ago but the store was closing so I had to pick it up the next day. No problem! The next day I go to pick up my phone and the staff on duty was very rude, gave me the run around, and acted as if she really didn’t want to be bothered. So I kindly asked her “do I need to come back when a new staff member is on duty that enjoys doing his/her job and she looked surprised! I refuse to spend my money in exchange for horrible customer service!

Quick polite customer service. I went in here on multiple occasions but one time there was only one representative available and there was 3 customers. She handled herself & her job like a pro!! Polite & fast and was able to help more than one customer at a time while using multiple computers AND she was doing a phone sale & start up! She never broke a sweat..👏👏 great job!

I came here to get help after another Cricket store was rude and unhelpful to me. The person working here was very nice and helpful. I only wish I would have gone to this location to begin with.

I went in to pay my bill and the attendant (Joshua) patiently helped me get back into my account and walked me through how I can now pay online. His suggested it to help me save money.I told him I tried, but failed. He was right there to helo me.I recommend Cricket service to anyone. Service all in the country too!!! Ive been with Cricket now going on two years, switched from Metro PCS, its the best thing i ever done, Cricket has been there since day one of service, and i was introduced to Bridge Pay and i like it bcuz sometime i dont have the full amount for my bill, and Bridge pay allows you to pay part of it and still have you phone on, cricket is the way, *****
