!!CONSUMER BEWARE—YOU HAVE OTHER OPTIONS—DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY HERE!!Took my iPhone XR into Fayetteville location, on College Ave to have the screen replaced. Within a few days, I noticed 3 streaks of lines down the middle of the screen, running top to bottom. When I took the phone in to inquire about this and ask for a replacement, they simply wiped it off with a cloth and gave it back. After reaching out to a different repair shop, I was advised the screen was not put on correctly. I went back in store and Gadget Grave offered to change the screen. The lines were gone on the new screen, so I left happily once finished. In the coming week or two, the screen had raised up at the bottom, it would click into place as you typed—and the very next day I had lines down the entire screen. The touch worked completely, but 1/4 of the screen was completely black and the other 3/4 had green/yellow lines.I contacted the store and spoke directly with the manager. I explained we were unhappy with the experience, requested a refund and kindly declined another repair from a store that hasn’t gotten it right more than once. He advised he is unable to give a refund due to needing the original part back, so I requested our original screen back as well. We ended the conversation without solution, but a promise to call back once he reached out to his supervisor.I have yet to receive a call back. I was worried my phone would stop working in the mean time, so I went somewhere else for a replacement.Between multiple tempered glass purchases and screen repairs, this has cost incredibly too much—I could have bought a new phone and saved a lot of time and effort.I reached out to their corporate office a month ago and haven’t heard anything back. I would explore ANY other option besides this company.

They were extreme knowledgeable and helped out in a pinch. They charge fair prices for refurbished phones and were patient with me. I will be a returning customer

For a non-techie, these guys are the best. They take my weird, crazy explanations of the problem and just fix it. Ive taken my phone, my laptop and my brothers stuff and have been super pleased with the work, the instructions, the service and the price. I give them 5 stars!

Doesn’t take very long. Really helpful. Do the 180 day warranty on repairs and devices... I’ve been back 3 times and had my screen cover fixed.
