Came in the evening and had my back for iPhone 11 Pro Max repaired. They answered all questions for me, were knowledgeable and very friendly. They took my phone with no appointment, repaired it quickly for a fair price, and also gave me great deals for purchasing multiple products simultaneously. The store owner, Chris, Lala and Cassie were all extremely nice and professional. I would definitely recommend and will be back for any future needs.

Was visiting the mall and happen to pass by this store. Ha been looking for another phone case online, since the one I had was to grippy and was difficult to put in and take out of my pocket. When I saw this store had an Otterbox style case, but not Otterbox prices, I bought a new case and with the color I wanted. Service was great and they offer military discount, which is not something you see a lot of around Fayetteville.

My Son dropped his phone yesterday evening and the screen became gray with lines through it. I called and was given a quote and told them Id be able to come this morning to drop it off. Sales are very friendly and finished replacing the screen in under 30 minutes, and I was able to wait. I leaved with a good screen and Screen protector. Very convenient! Unbeatable Price!

I dropped off my Samsung smart watch to repair/ replace the power button cable that was damaged (admittedly) when I replaced the battery myself. After calling in several times and 2 weeks later visiting the store again, they let me know they could not perform the repair. Complete waste of time. I guess Ill have to find another repair place than can solder on a new cable...

I took my iPhone XS Max to get fix by Pro Wireless for a broken screen (front only). Their price wasn’t bad, $230 ($260 after tax and a screen protector), the problem was that the screen they used to replace my broken one, had a glitch. My upper speaker wasn’t working and I couldn’t hear anything when I was on a call. They had run out of more screens, therefore I had to wait a whole week for them to get new screens in and be able to replace my screen again. They made it seem like they were doing me a favor when they said they would take care of it since they were providing me with their “warranty”, but I thought to myself, well of course they have going to fix it since they didn’t get it right the first time, right? Don’t let this misguide you to think you don’t have a right to get a quality work done for something you’re paying for. Now, I work in costumer service, I know how things work; but after having to go to this place multiple times, wasting my gas, time and moving my schedule around to when it would work for Pro Wireless to get a time to get my phone fixed again, I expected to be given a better response than, “alright, this is what you owe us now.”Oh! Because they also had a glitch in their OWN system and didn’t charge me the right amount the first time.No quality service was received at this location for me. Sufficient... would be the word, I guess, and if you’re looking for that, well this would be a good place for you to go to get your phone fixed and give them your money. ?

Lots of cases and accessories, only complaint is that their screen protectors aren’t the best. I’ve always mentioned that the edges aren’t sticking well and they’re response is “it’s your phone”. So, I bought one from Walmart and put it on myself and had no issues with the edges. Guess they’ve gone to cheaper screen protectors and still charging the same price.

Have been fixing my phone since the iPhone 6, I broke my 6 atleast 4 times. Came back today to repair my iPhone 7. Great service and customer service as well. Will always bring my phones here for the best service and best prices.

If I could give no stars I would, they attempted to fix my lg thin q phone and failed to do so. Therefore, I sent it to the lg company and they said my phone was missing screws that Pro wireless failed to put back in my device. I advise no one to take their phone here they are not experts and they did not try and right their wrong.

Very disappointed in this place, I had to have the screen replaced on my iPad and not only did they scratch the rest of my case up but I had to take it back because it wasnt working properly they told me it was a defective screen and they had to order another replacement screen and I had to leave it and have my daughter pick it up and ship it to me 🤦🏼‍♀️🤦🏼‍♀️

I came in to the store on Wednesday evening, I was promptly greeted and asked if I needed anything. I wanted to have my screen replaced on my iPhone 6. Their prices were much more affordable than every other place that I have called. It took the tech less than an hour and they also installed an after market screen protector for me. Helpful, courteous, affordable, cant be beat!

My Apple Watch screen popped off and I called around for prices for the repair. Pro-wireless offered the best deal and had my watch fixed within an hour. I’m very happy with the results and my watch is as good as new!

Last night I had my phone on my lap when I was driving. When I get out of my car, I dropped it my iPhone 6 Plus and shattered it. It was working fine at that moment, but this morning the screen started develop some lines and black dots. It is when the time the screen wont response to my finger. I was so upset, and asked around my friends where can I go to fix it. My friend told me he had the same problem and he went to this Pro Wireless cell phone repair store. As far as I know he dropped his phone millions times! He been to so many phone repair shop, but he told me this store is by far the most reliable store. So I took my chance since I never been to this place. They told me that they can fix it for 30 minutes. So I just decide to wait there and shop for some cases. They let me know when the phone is done (it took them less than 30 minutes!). The job is perfect! My phone just look as good as when I first got it! The lady who work at the front desk was kind enough throw in a free screen protector for me.All this only cost me around $140 bucks!

Took my wife’s busted iPhone to ifixandrepair on Skibo, they told me it was a lost cause and they recommended I just get her a new phone. As I was going to my providers store to look at new phones, I saw pro wireless and thought to myself how it wouldn’t hurt to get a second opinion.I am very thankful I did because after about an hour of their lead tech performing iPhone surgery at his table, he got it looking and working as if it were Brand new out of the box.They saved me about 270$ in total since I was able to avoid buying a new phone. I hope to never need their services again but in the event I need a group of professionals to fix a smart phone, I trust no one else.

Cannot recommend these guys enough! Came in with a really messed up phone. Touch screen was not functioning at all, not being recognized by iTunes. A real mess. I work for a major wireless carrier in the area as a service repair technician. I often refer customers to this location for repairs we are not able to perform at our location. Ive seen first hand several phones theyve completed work on and can say the work they do is of good quality (especially with screen repair). The staff is competent and knowledgeable. I recently visited the location personally and was also impressed to see the wide variety of accessories and low cost phones available. Staff was friendly and also educated me on the warranty they offer for the work they complete. I definitely recommend this location if your carrier is unable to address your device repair/replacement issues and accessory needs.

My Galaxy S6 Active was so smashed that many places didnt even want to attempt to repair my phone. These guys ordered the parts and had phone fixed in just a few days. Ive had phone back for over a week now with no issues. Its as good as new. They were courteous, helpful and professional. They know what theyre doing. If you need a phone repair done you need to come here.

They were very helpful! And affordable. Unfortunately I found them after the pain of going through verizon and spending a bunch of money first and still not getting optimal results. Then, unfortunately I had another accident with it. They helped me understand the warranty, gave me a discount on fixing it again. Frank even took extra time and examined my entire phone and showed me that my camera lens was also broken...unbeknownst to me. They are excellent, affordable, and well worth the visit.

Went in for battery and a screen fix. They lied and said it will take 3 days to receive the new screen in the mail. After calling 3 times in 2 weeks, the screen for my device still didn’t arrive. They didn’t call or show any kind of concern. Finally today, I bring my device back to get fixed and they said 1 hour to fix. It took them 3 hours to fix. Never will return and give them my money again. Terrible

Sold me a fast charger for galaxy s7 and it stopped charging my phone 4 days later, obviously their chargers are from an off brand website with a huge mark up, not worth the money i paid. no refunds no exchanges either on receipt, because they know what they are doing

Took 2 hrs to fix my phone and it’s still broken. Took it back a second time and nothing was fixed. If you don’t know how to fix phones say that instead of wasting peoples time and money. This was the absolute worst experience. Take your phone somewhere where they refund your money if it’s not right. This place is horrible.
