Went with my 2 kids to get a basic oil change. Didnt have to wait and they gave me a discount, but after I left I realized the items that said completed on the receipt werent. They didnt vacuum, clean my windows, put my sticker up, add windshield fluid. I did call and went back with my boyfriend and they fixed those things. Them not vacuuming wasnt a big deal, but it concerned me that items were checked off as completed and they werent.

I went in to have my car inspected. This is the first time that I have ever been to a jiffy lube. The man came up to me and asked if I had been greeted. He did a great job inspecting my car, he was very friendly, in fact everyone was. I will definitely be back.

Someone immediately came out to ask what I needed done. Wait wasnt very long at all. The gentleman who worked the itemized list on the computer was very frank and honest about what I need to get done on the car.

Mark assisted when I needed an inspection done. He was up front about what I needed to have done after I failed the inspection. Appreciated his honesty and the fact that he didnt try to force me to purchase something I was not in a position to purchase. Because of that, I will go back.

Sebastian was terrific and extremely helpful when we visited. These guys have my business.

The Jiffy Lube on McPherson Church Road in Fayetteville NC is great!. I like Jiffy Lube overall due to their convenient hours. You can get vehicle inspections and service on the weekends when others are closed. Fayetteville has several locations to choose from. I stopped at this store on Sunday morning 5.16.21 and got my vehicle inspected in just a few minutes. The techs were quick, courteous and professional so I will be back for future services!!!

If I could give this Jiffy Lube 10 stars for my experience I would! I went in with an estimate from my cars dealership of $1700 to fix some brake issues with my vehicle and was almost in tears. Shilo was so quick to help me out and instantly started working on an estimate which was $700 less than the dealerships. After looking at my car, Shilo notified me that half of the work that the dealership said needed to be done didn’t need to be done! And on top of that I could get my car back that same day! After all the work was done, everything was only $500 in total! I can’t be grateful enough! I got everything done for a third of what I was originally going to pay. Take your car here! I’ve never experience such helpful and honest service from any other car service provider before in my life! Thank y’all forever!

Service was underwhelming. The staff was a bit abrasive and did not look or act welcoming. One of the employees should not have been allowed in the bay, as she walking walking around in berkenstocks. Overall, service was satisfactory but there was much to be desired.

Long story short. We came down from Jersey to visit our daughter and granddaughter. We used my daughters jeep to get around and went to walmart to shop for the granddaughters school clothes and tried to get an oil change while we were there. Walmart wasted 3 hours of our time and didnt change the oil and made no effort to make up for not doing their job.We ended up going down the road to Jiffy Lube and explained our situation to the team. Manger Shilo heard this and got us going. She even got involved with our service personally, and Chuck did the dirty work underneath. The other guys all pitched in and we were out in a half hour with our oil changed, fluids topped, jeep vacuumed and air filter changed. Saved the day and our vacation with our granddaughter. I so love these guys and took these shots of them to make sure you know what real super heroes look like. Thanks guys!

Very disappointed !!! I feel I was taking advantage of I was charged $140.00 oil change and inspection all my tires have different air pressure and as far as inspection my truck failed do to window tint that your so called team could see before even starting the inspection, I guess jiffy lube just wanted to take my hard earn money . I could go on and on but why,what are you going to do besides tell me some regulation speech.

My car was overheating and I pulled up in a panic. Sebastian was outside and immediately asked me to pop the hood and Shilo came out. They both went to work on figuring out my issue, long story short the person who capped off my fluids a few days ago didn’t screw the top on my coolant good. They fixed my car in not even 10 min and were super friendly because I was terrified my car was a goner! Thank you both again soo much

I brought my car in from Firestone where they were trying to charge 1200. I had a warranty on my parts so I took my vehicle to the closed Jiffy lube that has never worked on my car. They were able to correct the problem and change my breaks without having to pay no more than 321. They were fast, efficient and friendly. No wait time was required. I will definitely be returning for any further issues.

Great service. Like a jerk I pulled up 5 minutes before closing time but they still serviced my vehicle. They even offered to do a tire rotation. While I’m working in Fayetteville I’ll definitely be using this location for my oil changes.

Come here if you need NC emissions/safety inspection. My car passed with no problem and it only took them 15 min! They dont make you sign a bunch of BS before hand, unlike some other places, which failed my cars inspection because my car wont communicate with the state computer. Well, everything communicated fine at jiffy lube so Im very satisfied!

My friend and I came here for an oil change they greeted us immediately and opened the doors for us. Walked us to the waiting area and offered us drinks. They were very friendly! DO NOT GO TO THIS JIFFY LUBE ! Bad Service. I understand that I pulled up at 5:30 for a simple tire rotation but service my the manager was horrible. The associate told me to pull in the center so as I was pulling up the Manager starts screaming at me. Then at the end they asked if I was paying cash or card. I told him card 10mins later the associate came back and said they couldn’t get the register to work and that it was $30 for a tire rotation! I told him I should’ve gone to Walmart and got it done for $10. He said I’ll make you a deal just go to the ATM and bring back $20 I went ahead and did it. By time I got back they were closed and the associate was waiting. Gave him the $20 and he puts it in his pocket and walks toward the door as if he was taking it inside. I watched to see what he was going to do. He waits til I pull off and walks to his car. DO NOT GO TO THIS JIFFY LUBE! Overcharging and stealing customers money.

This place may not have been where I intended to go today, but an unexpected flat tire changed all prior plans. I pulled into the facility and Ms.Shiloh helped me immediately. I was distraught because of the damage that was caused (sidewall puncture) and she was there every step of the way to get me taken care of. She even called close contacts of hers due to the more custom nature of my tires just to get me out the door. It may have been a couple hours later before that happened, (due to only one distributor in the area) but she never once stopped being extremely kind to me and an overly fussy tired toddler. Because of how the entire shop treated my family and vehicle I will definitely be going back. This time not with a flat tire. Highly recommend!

I pulled up just needing an oil change and inspection. My car got pulled out of line and parked in the back. 45 minutes with no word as to what was going on and several customers that came after me, going before me. Then I over hear that they are not accepting cards only cash. THAT SHOULD HAVE BEEN THE FIRST THING SAID TO ME. But I wasted my lunch break on a sorry group of individuals that have the worst communication skills. I Will never go to this place again. And recommend that anybody that does go ask questions before letting them screw up your day or worse your car.

I took both my vehicles there for service, one vehicle they didn’t put enough oil back into my car and I’ve always brought car in on a low oil life percentage so what made that time any different, but had to pay for a new starter. Then on my other vehicle they pinched the oil gasket and oil spilled all over my engine, but they gave me a free oil change, so I went to utilize my oil change and the manager knew she gave me one , what difference does it make if didn’t have the card she signed off on? There was no special number on it, it just said free oil change and her signature. Well they will never get any of my business AGAIN...

Should be.caller Not So Jiffy Lube. Long waits to be greeted and even longer wait to pay for service once complete. Issues could be resolved by better management of staff, who are genuinely nice, just not efficient.

Sadly I went here and I told the woman I did not want my air filter replaced and she did it anyways. I felt like the paying the money was not worth the argument but I learned a valuable lesson that day which is: Go to Eds Tires for EVERYTHING. Their auto shop is effeccient, trustworthy and reasonably priced. I have always got my oil changed at Jiffy Lube but that will be the last timeI am assuming the company tries to push or force their employees to sell services so it creates a climate that is good for the business but hostile for the customer and worker.

Very unprofessional service. Took my truck in to get reinspected and was lied to as to why they did not want to inspect it. Was told that getting it reinspected at different location from the original would show suspicious activity at the DMV and couse the DMV to come to my house. That’s a lie. The DMV doesn’t do that. It sounded like she was making something up to shorten up the line of cars outside and reduce her work load. The female manager in particular was the one lying to me. In addition she was yelling at her employees in front of customers and her personal cell phone when talking to me.

I went in for an oil change, tire rotation, and brake inspection. I was advised that they could not rotate the tires due to the lift was not compatible with my vehicle (acadia). So I told them to change the oil and change the brake pads. After waiting a while and listening to an employee upsale numerous women customers I started to get a bad feeling about this place. When my vehicle was done, they told me the total was over $400. I asked why it was so high and they explained to me that they changed the rotors also. I did not request this and advised them that the rotors were fine. The manager said well if you dont want to pay for them we can get your old ones out of the dumpster and put them back on I was shocked that this idiot was a manager.

The staff was quick, efficient, and friendly. The man who greeted us also held the door.

On the 17th of Feb 2016 I Mark D. Covington took my 2005 Ford Focus in to Jiffy Lube for a routine oil change at 05:00 PM. The routine oil change was completed around 06:00PM.On the 19th Feb 2016 I noticed a puddle of oil underneath my car. When I checked to see where it was coming from I noticed it was leaking from the drain plug. I took it in around 06:45 PM to Jiffy lube #2724 where I had the work done; I spoke to the store manager (Sigh). The store manager took a look at it and conveyed to me that the seal to the drain plug was dry rotted, and to come in on the 20th Feb 2016 to have the seal replaced free of charge since they were the last once to change my oil.On the 20th Feb 2016 I brought my vehicle in after about one hour one of the floor managers stated they were waiting on the employees to come in that knows how to do that type of work. That same floor told me something totally different he said I quote “it’s not the drain plug it’s the seal around the drain plug it’s the seal around the drain pan itself it’s away he has to bend it up”. After that employee arrived to work he said they were waiting for the part which should get there in about an hour. Two hours go by no part, The employee calls me outside and said the part would be here tomorrow is there someone you can call to pick you up. I told him no I have to call a taxi, he asked me where I lived and I said Raeford he said no problem I can drop you off. The he says again ill have it done tomorrow, so the employee takes me home.On the 21st Feb 2016 I call the store manager informed me he was still waiting on the part that should have arrived 2 days ago. So I said ok no issues, but he conveyed to me that the part will be here on and my vehicle would be repaired on 22nd Feb 2016 and I’ll call you when it’s done.The 22nd Feb 2016 I called the store manager to check on the status of my vehicle so I could coordinate transportation to pick it up, he informed me that part was not in and that he was doing me a favor by repairing a part that Jiffy Lube 2724 damage. At that point I went to store to speak with him in person. He told that the vehicle was damaged when I brought it in (which was not annotated on the service comments) he told me that when his employee that change my oil stated that the vehicle was damaged when they changed my oil. I told him look I will pay for the part just put it on and he agreed to that. He started telling me I need to take the car back to ford and have them reimburse me for the repairs. W shook hands and I left.The reason why agreed to pay for the part that Jiffy Lube# 2724 damaged because it was obvious that fixing my vehicle was not a concern of the store manager and the employees, it had been in the same maintenance bay for 3 days. Their attitudes were it’s a used car so what!Reasons why I know Jiffy Lube#2724 damaged my ford focus:-there were no leaks what so ever until after jiffy lube # 2724 changed my oil-If there were damage to my oil pan or drain plug it would have been annotated on the service comments and they would have brought it my attention, who ever physically conducted the oil change just changed the oil put sealant or putty on the drain plug and didn’t say anything to anyone.

If I could give this place a zero I would!!! My husband took my car across from my work to this jiffy lube To get the oil change. He comes back and drops off my car. Right across the street. He leaves and I continue to work until 11pm. He brought it in around noon.I get in my car and the check engine light is on and while it’s in park the rpms are reving. I have no idea what’s going on! Long story short, they never even put the cap back on!!! Left it sitting on my engine. The oil spillled everywhere! Could have caused my 2 children and I to get in a car accident or even worse die!!! Idk how to load pictures or videos on here but if I could you would see all this. WHATEVRR YOU DO, DONT BRING YOUR CAR HERE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I went into this location last weekend so March 12 2016. I needed a NC inspection on my 2014 Nissan Altima. I pulled up I was told it would be $13.25 ish then another employee said well since my tent is to dark and NC wont approve it it will be an extra $15 dollars I said okay thats fine. I go inside to wait I am sitting about 10 mins. Another gentleman that wears the polo shirts that works the cash register calls me outside around the back of the building . This point Im thinking something is wrong? First question he asked am I military? Im thinking okay hes asking so I could get a discount ? No he ask thinking I have money !! My now $30 doller inspection went to $80.00 . I immediately said no thank you . He said well the company is hard on us when it comes to people with dark tent like yours the only way I can pass it if you pay $50.Then I said again no thank you I can take it back to fire stone where I took it last year for the same inspection . He asked if I knew anybody their ? Not thats its his buissness but no I didnt I said which I do not . He told me if I cant find somebody the best he can do it $50 smh . Yesterday 19 March 2016 I took my car back to fire stone where I paid exactly $23.16 for the same inspection and passed this company wanted to charge me $80.00. I have informed my chain of command this company should be on our black list . They take advance of plenty military personnel and I will be calling cooperate . They are only out to get money not help you . Think about how many people young people who dont know any better this place needs to be shut down .
